虽然我们学校领导对这种存在现象采取了相应的措施，可是制度措施同学们却当成耳旁风，任凭领导去刮。同学们你们有没有想过，生活在这样的环境里你们心情是否愉悦?对自己的做法是否自责?作为垃圾的创造者是否安心?

同学们如果我们生活在一个令人身心愉悦的环境里，那么对我们的学习和健康会是多么的有益啊!为了校园的明天，为了我们的成长，我特提出以下几点建议：

1、有垃圾扔进垃圾桶。
