The fireworks in the sky diversiform dressed in brightly coloured fireworks, “ ” “ &rdquo into the sky, bang; a sound exploded, the sky suddenly become colorful, the faint powder is like colorful flower blooming. It cant be a long play, &ldquo, fireworks, &rdquo, slowly fade from the sky, fade away until it vanish, and there is a shock like silver light attracting my attention, which is sprayed up and sprayed up. Falling back then jumped out of the silver, like pearls falling from the sky to tens of thousands of people, very beautiful feeling; “ snapping, snapping, ” the deafening sound must be firecrackers! Chinese New Year starts with the new moon on the first day of the new year

and ends on the the full days later. In china,people regard Spring Festival as

the most important thing.People studied and worked throughout the year.No matter

how far and how busy, they must do their best to go back home.Thats a tradition

and now becoming a habit. During this time,transport is extremely busy.Although

the way is difficult,it cant reduce the urgent feeling of going home.I cant

describe this feeling,only the people that experienced it can

understand.Actually,on one hand,people miss their family,and they need to get

comfort in the family.On the other hand,getting together is a symbol of

blessedness and auspiciousness.People in other country dont have this

consciousness that going home is necessary.For example,American could celebrate

the Christmas in everywhere they like or with anybody.This diversity is

occasioned by different culture between two countries.

On Spring festivals eve,the whole family prepare the dinner.Of

course,dumplings is essential.In the

evening,family members always sit at the television and watch Spring

Festival Gala.At 0:00,people set off firecrackers and fireworks,at the same

time,children pay New Year,s call to old people.The old people give money to the

children as a lunar new year gift.Usually,people stay up late or all night.

On lunar New Years Day, the Chinese family eat vegetarian dumplings which

imply they will plain and neat in this year. People change their new

clothes,this stands for a new beginning.Next,people visit relatives with some

gifts.The second day is son-in-laws festival,the husband and married women

visit their side of the family.In a word,Chinese attach great importance to

Spring Festival.

There are many festivals in china. And among them, I like the most is the Spring Festival. Because of it, not only is the biggest holiday of the year, but the start of a new year, but also all of us all the people, come together festival.

Before the Spring Festival, people go home, no matter where they are. Usually, we in the new years Eve dinner. Then the family sat together to share their lives or aircraft. Some people play games or go out to play. On New Years day, people get up early to meet people who say. Children can get lucky money from relatives. In the coming days, we will visit relatives to pay New Years call, give them. In a word, it is the family reunion and we all the time to enjoy it.

除夕之夜，我们全家围坐在一张大圆桌旁。桌上的菜可丰盛啦：金黄色的烧鸡，红红的年糕，雪白的汤圆，米黄色的油炸虾片，咖啡色的调味鱼，……最引人注目的，还是我们家的“大厨师”爷爷烹调的“醋溜墨鱼”。你看，那用刀切成的一片片的墨鱼片，炒熟了，卷了起来，就像一朵朵绽开的花朵，浇上香气扑鼻的醋溜汁，又香又美又好吃，真是太诱人了，就是吃上一口，也让人感到舍不得吞下去。

桌上那瓶黄澄澄的鲜橙汁，紧紧地吸引着我的双眼。

我叫爸爸给我倒上一杯，爸爸却给我出了个“难题”??“嘉嘉，明天就是‘鸡’年了!请你至少说出五个含有‘鸡’字的成语，我就给你倒鲜橙汁。”“好!‘闻鸡起舞’‘鸡毛蒜皮’‘鸡犬不宁’……”可是我只说出三个，就只有抓头皮的份了。我用眼睛看着爷爷、奶奶、妈妈，妈妈笑着轻声地说：“‘鸡飞蛋打’”爷爷眯着眼说还有：“‘鸡犬不惊’‘鸡犬不留’。”奶奶也在我耳旁说了个“还有‘鸡鸣狗盗’!”于是，我就大声地一口气又说了四个，爸爸乐呵呵地点头说：“不错，不错，你还超出了两个，有奖!”说着给我倒了满满的一大杯鲜橙汁。

我站起来，高高地举起杯子，先给长辈们拜年!我先祝爷爷奶奶：“健康长寿!鸡(吉)祥如意!”再祝爸爸妈妈：“鸡(吉)年，大吉大利!工作顺利，做更多的事，挣更多的钱!给我买更多的……”我话还说完，长辈们都笑翻了天，妈妈笑得搂住我，爸爸笑得直拍手，奶奶笑得满脸皱纹成了快乐的线条，爷爷笑得弯下了腰……

呼声、应声、话语声、碰杯声、祝福声、欢笑声……声声悦耳，声声动听，组成了一曲美妙的交响乐，在除夕的夜空中荡漾着，许久，许久……

i spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. i used to run about every day in previous  summer vacations， but this summer vacation i simply could not afford to do so. i would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. though those examinations were still a year away， i had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things i had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. at first i was rather dismayed at the thought of this， but later i thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer i could count on  endless happy summers to e. with this in mind i then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. i was not at all bored by this kind of life， for i was sustained by a hope.
