所以，我们小学生不能沉迷于网吧，沉迷于网络游戏，上网时一定要节制，最好做一些对学习有用的东西。这样才有利于我们的身心健康的发展。

现在，越来越多的小学生，小小年纪就戴上了眼镜，大部分都是沉迷于网络引起的。有许多家长不起好带头作用，天天埋在电脑旁打游戏，让孩子也受到影响。我们小组因此展开了讨论会。

另一位同学说：“沉迷网络有许多坏处，会把我们推进无底的深渊。有的人整天和网络游戏打交道，导致视力下降，还会影响学习。”“有的青年天天泡在网吧里，长期沉迷电脑网络，浪费了青春，导致不可挽回的地步。”“网络虽然给我们带来了许多方便，但网络却有着很大的危害。它诱惑着许多小学生、青年人，一迷上了它，就会造成不好的后果。只要大家不是长期玩游戏，偶尔玩一玩，影响也不大。”

一位同学又说：“有些游戏需要钱，有的同学没有，就会向家长要，造成不良的习惯。”“网络上有很多骗子，一些人相信了花言巧语，被别人诈骗。有些学生，沉迷于网络，提防心也不强，很容易被骗。”

我也忍不住地说：“过度的沉迷于网络游戏，会导致学生对网络的依赖、意志力下降，还会产生一种‘孤僻症’，冷漠地对待他人。这对学生伤害极大。”

听了同学们你一言我一语的精彩讨论，我们更加清醒地认识到沉迷网络游戏的危害。我们要从小做起，少接近网络游戏，多做些对身体有益的活动、游戏等，千万不要沉迷于网络！

玩“网络游戏”是好?还是坏? 现在“网络游戏”流行很广，种类很多。赛车，暴力，角色等等。那到底该不该玩呢? 首先，暴力游戏是绝对不可以玩的。因为这种游戏充满了血腥，无疑是一个“非法”。作为学生的我们应该“敬而远之”，才不会沉迷与它。再有，这样也耽误了学习，浪费了时间，这种“无知”的行为，我们一定要克制! 其次，“花钱”游戏也不能玩。不仅钱没了，莲连那暂时的“荣誉”早晚也会消失。我们是学生，还是个“纯消费者”。根本没有资格花这份钱。所以我们千万不能玩这种游戏。

成都某高校的一个大学生，有这样一张作息时间表：13∶00，起床，吃中饭;14∶00，去网吧玩网络游戏;17∶00，晚饭在网吧叫外卖;通宵练级，第二天早上9∶00回宿舍休息……

这位大学生几乎把所有的空余时间都拿来打游戏，并开始拒绝参加同学聚会和活动。大约两个月之后，他发现自己思维跟不上同学的节奏，脑子里想的都是游戏里发生的事，遇到事情会首先用游戏中的规则来考虑。他开始感到不适应现实生活，陷入了深深的焦虑之中。

目前，有不少中国年轻人像这位大学生一样，长时间沉迷于网络游戏后，发现自己身心上出现了这样或那样的问题。据统计，目前中国网络游戏玩家人数已达700万至1000万，其中相当一部分是20岁左右的年轻人。

网络游戏成瘾引起的社会问题已经出现。今年2月，湖北一名16岁少年沉迷网络游戏，竟半夜持刀砍伤母亲，抢走8000元钱;3月，湖南沅江一名14岁少年因网络游戏入魔产生幻觉，从4楼跌落身亡。

网络游戏对青少年身心健康的危害已引起心理学家和社会学家的关注。

西北师范大学教育科学院副院长杨铃指出，在网络游戏的虚拟世界里，青少年不需要面对现实中的挫折，不需要接受社会规范和其他人的监督，可以随心所欲地宣泄情感。长此以往会淡化现实社会规范的要求，给暴力犯罪埋下隐患。

中国有关部门已经认识到网络游戏成瘾对青少年心理健康产生的严重危害。由于大多数年轻人是在网吧上网，因此，开设网吧在中国受到严格限制：网吧经营者必须在许多方面满足要求后才能继续营业，其中包括网吧与学校的直线距离必须在200米以上、非节假日时间在校学生不能进入网吧、未成年人在一定时间段不能进入网吧、上网必须出示有效身份证明等。

一些专家还认为，在目前情况下，对网络游戏进行审查和分级，是防止更多年轻人沉迷网络游戏的有效途径。

我想说的是大家不要太沉迷于网络游戏 也许有些人嫌我啰嗦 但是玩游戏确实没有意义 只会浪费时间当时很快乐 但是你在玩的时候别人在学习在进步自己 适当玩时正常的 大家不要太沉迷这是我玩网游记载下来的经验
