Just as the picture showed, when pollution haze comes, the whole city was covered with suspended particles which can breath into our body causing heavy problem to our health.

Due to the bad effect from pollution haze, a green and clear environment, rather than anything else, turns to be an important role and a urgent issue in our daily lives. Meanwhile we just live in only an earth, if we didn’t try to protect our common hometown, we would have no place to settle.

Thus, we should take effective measures to rebuild our beautiful environment of the cities from now on.

In my opinion, law and regulations should be enforced by the government and authorities to control the emission of polluting gas. To ourselves, we should enhance the awareness of environment protection and choose a green lifestyle to make contribution to our earth day from day

当今的社会已经迈入了一个高科技、多信息交流的时代，网络也已经是不可缺少的了.有些人利用网络去学习，有些人利用网络去娱乐，最可恶的是，有些人利用网络发布一些有害于社会、国家经济、家庭以及人的生命的不良信息.

例如：在前几年发生过一起网络偷盗事件，就是几名电脑高手利用网络，向银行的电脑防护系统进行攻击，当防护系统被破坏掉之后，他们就钻进电脑里去，更改了他们事先在银行里的帐户的存款.

从这件事之后，人们开始对网络做出了许许多多的措施，但是，还是抵挡不住犯罪分子的进攻手法.

身边也有许许多多被网络吞噬的人.

比如，现在某些网吧老板，经不住金钱的诱惑，让一些青少年进入.这些青少年一旦进去之后，就可能被网络里的形形色色所吸引.他们从网络里面得到了许多现实生活里不能得到的东西.尤其是，他们被老师或家长批评、打骂之后，心理的怨恨、委屈没法向别人倾诉、发泄时，网络就是他们最好的发泄对象.他们就这样，一天一天的堕落下去，仿佛掉进了一个永远不能自拔的沼泽里去了.

许许多多的事例一幕一幕的重演，许许多多无辜的生命就这样的浪费了.

从我们现在做起，拒绝网络上的不良信息，不要被网络里的毒药所吞噬

Every afternoon during the summer vacation, hundreds of thousands of teenagers pour into Internet bars. They switch on a computer, and indulge themselves in a fantasy world playing games such as World of Warcraft and Counter Strike.

As everyone knows, playing Internet games can do much harm to teenagers if they spend too much time in the virtual world. Firstly, it is an enormous waste of time and teens will have little time for their study. Secondly, those who play video games day and night will be harmed physically for lack of adequate sleep. Thirdly, teenagers’ social ties will suffer as a result of the immersion in the virtual world.

In my opinion, the whole society should pay more attention to this problem, especially the parents and the game industry. Besides, the youth shouldn’t spend too much time, energy or money on the Internet because study is their priority. In conclusion, the youth should make good and proper use of the Internet.
