随着科学的发展.计算机及互联网已经逐渐走进了千家万户.成为我们生活中不可少或缺的重要组成部分.网络给我们提供了丰富的信息并成为快速的信息通道.但是.它在给我们的生活带来便捷的同时.也带来一些负面的影响.那就是网络成瘾.这里简单给大家罗列一下青少年网络成瘾的危害:

研究资料显示.目前在全球2亿多的网民中.约有1140万人患有某种形式的网络心理障碍.这些人都具有一个共同的特征.他们对计算机或网络存在强烈的心理依赖--上网的时间不断增加;离开网络后感到明显的烦躁不安;因为上网牺牲了很多学习和正常活动的时间.这种现象被称为计算机或网络成瘾.

青少年是网络使用的主力军.同样也是网络成瘾的重要组成部分.国外报道:网络成瘾在青少年中的发生率为1.6%-8.1%.在我国则为2.4%-10%.最近几年.青少年计算机或网络成瘾已经成为青少年及其家庭.社会的一个问题.严重影响着青少年的心身健康.

学业损害:上网时间过长.侵占了学习的时间.导致对学习的兴趣减弱.常不交作业.缺课.成绩下降.甚至辍学;长此以往会使智能受到影响.

人际交往损害:喜欢呆在网上.不愿意与父母.同学交往.逐渐变得对待他人十分冷漠.长此以往人际关系受到明显损害.

生理危害:上网时间过长.出现头晕.头痛.颈背痛.睡眠障碍.食欲下降.消化不良.体重减轻.易疲劳等生理不适.严重的可导致免疫功能降低.引发心血管疾病及眼睛方面的问题.

A range of problems lurking behind the frenzy of Internet impressively stand out. A vast majority of Internet users mail boxes are saturated with junk mails, an issue which sparks strong criticism and generates the loss of corporate productivity. Its not alone. Porn websites lure a growing number of young peoples visits. False news via the e-mail, BBS and chat room increasingly poses a threat to the social prosperity and stability.

To crack down them, we should push for a more effectively tough law. We should join our forces to launch a nation-wide campaign, including imposing stiff penalties on spammers, shutting down or blocking the lewd sites and introducing a real-name registration system to curb fraudulent messages. We can fully believe that our combined efforts will reap rewards. A clean cyberspace will paint our lives more colorfully. 网络这一词对大家来说并不陌生，的确，它给我们带来了很多方便，但是网络又像扑朔迷离又芬芳四溢的花丛，让人情不自禁的被吸引过去，不愿出走；又像一张最具有粘性的蜘蛛网，一旦碰上，多数人迷失其中不能自拔，有的人甚至走上违法犯罪的道路。 我在报上看到这么一则消息：有个12岁的学生，原本聪明伶俐，品学兼优，曾荣获河南省首届中小学生计算机网络知识竞赛一等奖。但自从在网吧迷上网络游戏之后，成绩便一落千丈，身体状况也急剧下降，精神萎靡不振，性格暴躁古怪，如同走火入魔。 每天一放学，他就往网吧里钻，双休日则更是无所顾忌，全天泡在网吧，有时还和同学们在网吧里“包夜”，十分痴迷。住校期间，他的生活费没几天就花完了，缺钱就编各种理由向家里要。如果要不到，他宁可在网吧里看别人打游戏，也不愿读书。这样，他每月都要在网吧里花上两三百元。钱从哪里来？他先是在家里面背着父母取钱，后来发展到在社会上去偷去抢，终于被送入了工读学校。因此，在我看来，我们小朋友自身，应该正确认识网络，能利用网络信息帮助学习，同时能认清过度迷恋的危害。

不要沉迷于游戏中不可自拔，既影响健康又影响学业。我还在报上了解到一位专家说过这样一段话：由于青少年自我保护意识薄弱，缺乏分辨力和自控力，很容易迷失于网络的陷阱，而且未成年人缺乏自制力，对各种新生事物的优劣本质还缺乏足够的识辨能力，往往被万花筒般的网络世界搞得眼花缭乱，容易被一些不健康的东西所迷惑，或是过度沉迷于游戏，从而对自己的成长产生不利影响。而又由于大多数网吧惟利是图，放纵甚至引诱未成年人接受这些乱七八糟的东西，导致时常有悲剧发生。所以，我们小学生不能沉迷于网吧，沉迷于网络游戏，上网时一定要节制，最好做一些对学习有用的东西。这样才有利于我们的身心健康的发展。
