Lichun signifies the beginning of spring in East Asian cultures. Chinese New Year is celebrated around this time. In China, people eat chūnbǐng (春餅) on this day.

In the lunisolar calendar, New Years Day might be before or after Lichun. A year without Lichun is called 無春年 (no spring year). 無春年 is also known as 寡婦年 (widow year) in northern China or 盲年 (blind year) in southern China. Marriage is believed to be unlucky in a year without Lichun.

In the Republic of China, Lichun has been Farmers Day since 1941.

一次难忘的事情

刚上一年级的时候，我是班里最能闹得学生，每天早上来到学校后，不管哪个老师给我说什么，让我回教室，我就是不去，在那里跟妈妈哭闹。甚至，在学校里，我只要一看到妈妈，就会去找妈妈，然后就不会班级了，为这事，我都不知道我哭了几回了。但是有一次……

那天，我们要去多媒体教室里排座位，明天就是我们一年级第一次听课。老师正要领着我们去排座位，我又看到了妈妈，我又开始了一如既往的剧情。我哭着闹着就是不肯回班，老师只好把我留在教室里。老师从包里拿出了许多好吃的，有薯片、糖果、饼干，老师说：“姿谕，你以后不哭不闹了，我就每天给你好吃的，这都是老师的孩子吃的，现在我给你吃，但是你要答应我，以后不许再哭了，好吗？”对于吃货的我来说，这简直是太美好了，以后每天都有好吃的了。后来，我虽然还是哭闹，但是，我渐渐地不哭了，也不闹了，看到妈妈后就打个招呼，就跟队伍走了，老师也遵守着她的承诺，每天都给我好吃的。到了放寒假的时候，我已经不再哭了，并且跟同学们玩得不亦乐乎。

童年，是一幅五彩缤纷的画卷，是一首迷人动听的儿歌，还是一片金光闪闪的沙滩。而童年的一件件琐事就像一个个五光十色的贝壳，虽普通，但迷人，虽平凡，但动人。我的一件件童年趣事就是这样一点点，一滴滴的永远驻进我的脑海里。

记得我年幼之时，有一个“干奶奶”。她老当益壮，己有80多岁，但仍精神抖擞，容光焕发。在那一年的秋天，她家的枣树结枣了，绿色的叶子衬着棕色的，粗壮的树干，显得格外嫩绿。而红红的，胖乎乎，圆滚滚的大枣藏在绿叶当中，伴随着风翩翩起舞，与绿叶跳起了“伦巴"，真像一个个“华伦王子"。

如果我们全家人来到她家院子里，她递给我一个"筛子"，让我帮着捡枣。干奶奶家的一个儿子"蹿″上房，举起棍子，朝着树枝一阵"魔爪乱舞"，枣非但没打下来，树叶，树枝却掉了不少。哎!没办法!她儿子只好抱着树枝一阵"狂摇"，"噼里啪啦"红枣就像小冰雹似的砸在地上。

我连忙蹲下去捡，左手拾了一个，右手拿了一个，嘴里还咬着一个，更有趣的是，脖子里还夹着一个，那样子，真像一个滑稽的小丑。我一口咬下去，嗯，不错…不错，甜滋滋的，皮脆而不硬，果甜而不腻，那一刻，我的小心肝沸腾了，幼稚的心灵中充满了惊喜，这是多么鲜的一种味道啊!

我挥舞着胖乎乎的小手，吐着音节不清的几个字:"娃娃，娃娃要枣!"屋顶上的大人们被逗笑了，他们卖力地摇着，下起了一阵"红枣雨"，我兴奋的拿着筛子捡着一颗颗大枣，也许因为我那时是光头，红枣打在头上还有声音，好疼呀!连忙用刚筛完面的筛子往头上一扣，顿时，我整个脸部拍上了白面粉，变成了一个名副其实的"面人"。大人们看到我这副蠢样，笑的捂着肚子直叫疼。

童年是歌，一首动听的歌;童年是画，一幅美丽的画;童年是沙，一捧金黄的沙。童年啊!是我们心灵中最纯洁的地方。就让我们把美好永远留在童年中吧!

There is the famous saying of live and learn, which inspires so many people

to keep moving on when they want to give up. Age is always the reason for people

to give up, but some people insist on doing what they want and enjoy the

success. An old woman took part in a famous show. When she started to dance, the

judges felt a little bored at the beginning, so he gave a "no" for showing his

opinion. The old woman continued to dance, then the audience was shocked by the

old ladys wonderful action. She was like a cheerleader, jumping and turning

over her body. The judge apologized and gave her the great applause. The old

lady just picked up her dance after her husband died. She found the pleasure and

all her families supported her.

I will be in the third grade in the next term.Sin ce the highschool entrance examination is coming soon, there is a great need for me to make a precise plan of my studies.

From September to November,I will follow the teachers in the new lessons learning, and after class , the contemporary exercises are necessary.

Before the end of the first term, I will review all the lessons from beginning again.

From March to April, review all I have learned a second time.

Beginning from April, models tests should be the all.Several days before the exam, I will go over all the mistakes in the papers and have a good rest for the exam.

[初二英语作文：Schedule

I have some habbits, some are good, but some are bad.

I like reading very much. From reading science books, I get a lot of knowledge. From reading novels, I lose myself in the stories. I like doing sports, too. It helps me keep healthy. Also I never put todays work till tomorrow. They are all my good habbits. They help me a lot in my daily life.

However, I also have some bad habbits. For example, sometimes I do my homework slowly, and stay up till very late. During meals I prefer meat to vegetables. And sometimes I play computer games too long without having a reat. They are all harmful to my health.

From now on Ill try to keep my good habbits, and give up the bad ones. Then Ill live better.

Last week， I came across a stray dog when I was taking a walk in my neighborhood. It was a cold day， and there was nobody around. I stopped and he looked at me helplessly. “What a poor dog!” I thought. Then I decided to bring him home. When we got back home， I gave him some food and drinks and played with him， but it seemed that he was a little sad. I knew he was missing his owner. What could I do? I came up with an idea. Then I put up a ‘Dog-Found-Notice’ at the gate of our neighborhood with the help of Dad. A few days later， the owner of the dog came to my house. I was very happy to see the little dog go home with his owner， and I feel proud that I was able to give others a helping hand.

Usually,the first time you did something is unforgettable,although it couldnt be always wonderful.

As for me,an unforgettable experience of mine is the first time I joined the Red Cross.We took boxes,and walked on the street.We found some people on the street,then asked them to raise some money for Red Cross.At first,we were so surprised that just a few people would raise some money for Red Cross,and some people even thought we were cheat!But we werent upset.We went on and worked for the whole day.

During that day,we all felt tired but happy,because we raised much money.We looked at the boxes and smiled.

Its really an unforgettable experience!

Speaking of grateful parents, everyone will say parents are raising me, of course to be grateful. First of all, we would like to thank them here let us born in this beautiful world. Without them there would be no us, without them there would be no us today, without them there would be no we now good result.

Parents is we are the first teachers in life, from we began to learn to speak, walk, has been to grow up, every success, and even failed every time, parents will remember in my heart, accompany in your side, give you silently support, patient counseling, let us quickly learned how to be a useful person to society. So we have such parents, just can have happy today.

Parents also is very love us. Even the body piercing minor injuries, they will be very self-reproach, why didnt always want to watch the children of her own heart. If you are sick, they must be out in a proper meal, sleep, even cry for a little while. Remember once, I had a high fever, mother carried me to the hospital, from the anxious expression in her eyes I deeply feel the parents of my love is from the heart. Parents take care of us like to take care of the little angel, let we grew up and became a healthy and lively big boy. They pay for us, we do everything never called for the return.

The classmates, let us learn to Thanksgiving! 说起感恩父母，大家肯定会说父母是生养我的人，当然要感恩。在这里首先我们要感谢他们让我们降生到了这个美丽的世界上。没有他们就没有我们，没有他们就没有我们的今天，没有他们就没有我们现在的好成绩。

父母是我们在人生道路的第一任老师，从我们开始学说话、走路，一直到长大成人，每一次成功，甚至是每一次失败，父母都会牢记在心头，陪在你身边，给予你默默的支持，耐心的开导，让我们很快学会了如何做一个对社会有用的人。所以我们有了这样的父母，才会有快乐的今天。

父母也是最最疼爱我们的人。哪怕是身上划破一点轻伤，他们都会很自责，心里总想为什么没有看好自己的孩子。如果你得了病，他们肯定急得吃不上饭、睡不着觉，甚至会哭上一会儿。记得有一次，我发高烧，妈妈背着我去医院，从她那焦急的神态中我深深的体会到父母对我是发自内心的爱。父母像照顾一个个小天使一样照顾着我们，让我们长成了一个健康活泼的大孩子。他们为我们付出，为我们做一切从来不要求回报。

同学们，让我们学会感恩吧!用一颗感恩的心去对待自己的父母，用一颗心真诚的心与父母交流，不要认为父母是理所当然帮我们做任何事的，他们把我们带到这个美丽的世界上，已经是足够的伟大，且将我们拉扯大，还不求回报，默默地为我们付出，感恩吧!感恩父母们给予我们的一切!

When I grow up , I’m going to be a journalist(记者). I have been eager(渴望的)to do something benificial(有益的)to the world. And I think it suitable(适合的)for me to be a journalist.

To realise(实现)my dream, I will study harder. Whats more, I am going to write articles(文章)for magazines and newspaper in my free time, so I can know more about the job.
