我家乡在江苏，虽然离开家乡已经多年。但对家乡过春节情景可是记忆犹新。

“酸溜溜，甜丝丝。蘸着饺子真好吃！”照我们那儿习俗，过春节家家户户都要用上得“醋蒜”。这醋蒜是四五月份就要开始泡制了，先是把一些没剥皮蒜放进坛子里，再加上有一定比例醋和糖，封上，留着过年吃饺子用。到了年底，醋蒜泡成米黄色，醋汁酸酸甜甜，使人忍不住要多吃几个饺子。
