原来，擀饺子皮的关键是两手的配合，先把切好的小面团尽量压扁，然后把双手放在擀面杖的两边，左手负责擀，右手负责转动擀面杖，擀面杖转了，饺子皮也会跟着转，这样就能使擀好的饺子皮又圆又均匀。我又擀了一个，果然比刚才好多了。擀了一个又一个，一个比一个好，现在我的水平可是一级的哦!

妈妈对我说：“看花容易，绣花难，只有虚心学习，才能成功!”真是耐人寻味呀!

这个春节我的收获可真不小啊!
