孙悟空的特点是本事大，一路降妖全靠他，他很忠诚，又嫉恶如仇。但是他性子气，不服管教，经常闯祸，比如推倒人参果树，所以师傅给了戴了个紧箍咒。

猪八戒是个懒虫，又贪吃又贪睡，一遇到困难就想散伙，回高老庄娶媳妇。但猪八戒在取经的路上也少不了，唐僧和孙悟空闹矛盾，总是他把猴哥请回来。

沙和尚好像没什么本领，一路上就看他挑个担子，打仗时也只能打几个小妖。但沙和尚做事最认真，如果没有他，有谁能安全地把担子挑到西天呢?

正因为有了唐僧的坚定意志，孙悟空的本领高强，猪八戒的八面玲珑，沙和尚的认真负责，师徒们共同努力，才终于取得了真经。

The view of Pride and Prejudice

Pride and Prejudice is my favorite novel, which impresses me for a long time. It describes a love story mainly between Elisabeth, who I like the best, and a rich and proud man, Darcy.

The story began with the arrival of a crowd of rich men who rent a house near the Bennet. In a ball, Elisabeth gave such a bad impression on Darcys first pride that she refused Darcys first proposal. Darcy was so surprised by Elisabeths refusal that he loved Elisabeth more deeply. And Elisabeths antipathy(厌恶，憎恨) made Darcy realize his shortcomings. He was not angry about Elisabeths censure, but also he changed his previous proud attitude. During Elisabeths travel in Darcys manor(庄园)。 Darcy was very nice to her uncle and aunt, different from previous proud attitude. When one of Elisabeths sisters ran away with Wickham, Darcy helped Elisabeth find her sister and prevent her sister from the loss of reputation, with nobody knowing that it was he who helped the Bennet. So many changes in Darcy eliminated(消除) Elisabeths prejudice. At last it end with their marriage.

Taking the daily life as its material, this story reflected the life and love in a conservative你(保守派) and blocking England town. It reflected the authors view about marriage that it is fault to marry for property, money and status and it is also foolish to take these elements into account. In fact Darcys pride manifested(证明) the gap (间隙，差距)between their statuses(地位)。 Since his pride existed, there is no ideal marriage between Elisabeth and Darcy. From the different attitudes from Darcys two proposals, it reflected the feminine(女性) pursuit of personality independence and right equality, which is a progressive(先进的) character from the image of Elisabeth.

Usually, we have contact with many world-famous novels, telling the essence of life. The stories of characters’ life move us give us a lot of enlightenment. However, Anna Sewell’s Black Beauty is a different one, as its main character is a black, handsome horse called Black Beauty. Sewell has spent 6 years on this book, while she was seriously sick. Unfortunately, she died soon after her only book in her whole life was published. As Sewell was crippled and unable to walk since a young age, she by nature had sympathy on the poor animals. Therefore, Black Beauty it is not a fairy tale, but a book which seriously talks the issue of the abuse of animals. And this story is narrated in the first person as an autobiographical memoir by Black Beauty himself. In this way, it becomes easier for readers to understand the whole story better and more clearly. When I begin to read this book, I am absorbed in this book immediately, as if I were the horse, experiencing his life with difficulties and set-backs.

Black Beauty, who has changed his name for several times during different periods of lifetime, is a handsome horse with a life full of both happiness and suffering. He has been well trained, so he always tried to behave well. However, then he was sold from one owner to another, he began to realize how tragic his fate is. The author started this story by Black Beauty describing his memory about his happy childhood, when he was accompanied by his mother and taught to be a good horse. At the age of 2, Black Beauty witnessed an accident of hunting for a hare, which caused the rider falling from the horse, dead. Later that wounded horse was killed. And at the age of 4, Black Beauty was old enough to begin the use of saddle, bridle, carriage harness and shoes. Then he was sent to Birtwick Park and named of Black Beauty by Mrs. Gordon. Birtwick Park became his first pleasant home for three years, where he grew strong and met many friends with different characteristics and experiences. One of his friends was Ginger, who was ill-tempered because of a hard life with previous owners. And as a result, Ginger often got wild and bit others. Sir Oliver got a shortened tail because his previous owner thought it was fashionable. Also, there was a groom, little Joe Green. At first, he was too young to know how to properly how to take care of the hot and tired Black Beauty after an emergency, making Black Beauty seriously sick. She was mistreated as a cab horse; in such a great pain that she was longing for death. And soon, it came true. At the same time, Jerry became weaker and weaker, and finally he was ill in bed after waiting for two customers on a bitter cold night. After his recovery, Jerry was told not to work as s cab driver any more, so Black Beauty was sold again.

Black Beauty’s new owner, a corn dealer, was kind to him, but the dealer’s foreman, Jakes, often overworked the horse and used the bearing rein. Once advertised by a kind lady, Jakes was easier on Black Beauty. However, the dark stables nearly made Black Beauty blind. After sold to work as a cab horse again, Beauty was too old and too weak. After reading this book, one may admire Black Beauty’s strong will, persistence, and loyalty, or feel sympathetic on him and feel happy for him to get a happy ending. However, it needs our deeper thinking, a much deeper thinking. In fact, Sewell doesn’t only focus on showing Black Beauty’s great characteristics. By telling Black Beauty’s whole life story, she aimed at revealing the hard life of animals at that time and altering us the crime of those who abuse animals.

From Beauty’s suffering during his whole life time, we can see the tragic life of animals at that time. Some people ran after the so-called fashion blindly. In order to satisfy their own vanity，they ignored animals’ great pain. For example, Sir Oliver’s shortened tail. What the so-called fashion gave animals is great pain rather than a beautiful appearance. Some people knew nothing about how to keep animals, and were always making them work all day long. They abused the animals to make as much money as possible until they died. Therefore, on the day when the animals died, their holiday was on the way. In fact, the abuse of animals not only happened in the past, but also today, maybe right at this moment, a civilized age. Years ago, I got to know that a few girls cut down a cat’s feet, and then threw it on the street, leaving it bleeding to death. And the year before, it was reported that a student from QingHua University, gave black bears sulfate to drink, which gave black bears a great pain. As to the facts that some old or sick animals are abandoned, it has been very common. However, if one can treat animals kindly, the result will be different. Kind people who love animals, such as Mrs. Gordon, Joe, Jerry, get animals’ love and respect in return. I am sure, animals and human can become good friends. No animals will do harm to human, if human have not frightened them first. 读完本书后，头脑中印象深刻的是这样几个人物，代表美丽善良的姑娘—爱斯梅拉达。她不仅有迷人的外表，更有一颗纯真善良的心灵，从她对待那只山羊，救下哪个落魄的诗人，对于伤害过自己的卡奇莫多，送上的水和怜悯。对待爱情的牺牲等。我们看到的是她美丽的，她的身上，心灵上没有污垢，她是没有被污染的。可是，这样的天使一样的姑娘，受到的是怎么样的对待呢?流浪，在最肮脏的环境里面生活，被所谓的上流社会排斥和嘲讽，被玩弄，被抛弃，被诬陷，被威胁，最后，做出了彻底的牺牲。

书中描写了一个那样的社会，和在那个社会生活中的种种人物的状态，麻木的如那个弗比斯，最底层的如老鼠洞里的那几个隐修女，疯狂的副主教，还有尽权利反抗的最丑陋的卡齐莫多副主教和卡齐莫多形成了人性上的鲜明对比，他们对待爱情，一个占有，一个奉献，而毁灭了自己。我想这也是世界名著的真正魅力所在，他让人看到的不是一个简单的故事，他深刻的揭示了人类内心深处的一些活动，无论放在什么时候，什么社会，人的共性是始终存在的，对美好的向往，追求，对美好的赞美。

人是一个天使和魔鬼的综合体，人和人的经历没有相同的，也就是说，社会本身就不可能让所有人享受到同等的待遇，这种不一样的待遇，让多少人的内心失去平衡，失去了对美好的追求啊。林林总总的肮脏的巧取豪夺，充斥着我们的眼睛，震荡着我们的心灵，我们该怎么办?我想每一个人都会有一个属于自己的答案。

After reading this wonderful story, I can feel love, brave, deep friendship and some other good spirits in the people.

The Scarecrow wanted some brains, but on the way to the Emerald City, he thought out of a way to cross the river. The Cowardly Lion wanted to be brave, but when they met the river, he carried other friends to jump across it. And the Tin Man wanted a heart, he said he couldn’t love, but he didn’t want to hurt any animal.

In fact, they all have the things they want: the Scarecrow is clever, the Cowardly Lion is brave and the Tin Man is kind-hearted.

This book tells us a story of how a little girl Dorothy goes back to her hometown when she is in another strange city. Dorothy is a little girl who lived with her aunt and uncle in Kansas. The weather there is very bad, sometimes there was a cyclone. When a cyclone came, people stayed under their houses. But one day a cyclone blows Dorothy’s house, with Dorothy and her dog Toto in it, to a country called Oz. In that city there are four witches and a very famous wizard—the Wizard of Oz. And Dorothy’s house just fell on the bad Witch of the East and killed her, so the people there were very happy. Dorothy took the witch’s red shoes and wore them. She wanted to go home to Kansas but she doesn’t know how to get there. So the Witch of North told her to go to the Emerald City to find the Wizard of Oz to help her. Then Dorothy met the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion, but they need help too. The Scarecrow wanted some brains, the Tin Man wanted a heard, and the Cowardly Lion wanted to be brave. So they all take the yellow brick road to the Emerald City. On the way to the Emerald City they met some difficulties, but they solved them successfully. After they met the Wizard of Oz, the wizard gave them another challenge—to kill the bad Witch of the West and they accept. During the way to the Witch of the West’s house, they were caught by the witch and Dorothy was requested to work for her. One day, when the witch tried to catch Dorothy’s red shoes, Dorothy threw some water on the witch by accident and the Witch of the West disappeared. Only water can kill her. So Dorothy went back to the Emerald City with her friends but they found the Wizard of Oz is not a real wizard, he is also a man came from Kansas, and he is just a conjurer. He wanted to go back to Kansas too. So he made a big balloon and prepared to go. But when the balloon is going to raise, Dorothy’s dog Toto jumped away to run after a cat, so Dorothy had to get Toto back and they were left in Oz. Then Dorothy and Toto went and find the Witch of the South and the witch told them they can just use the red shoes on Dorothy’s feet, they’re a pair of magic shoes, they could take anybody go back to their home as soon as she said‘East, west—home is the best!’After Dorothy said goodbye to her friends, she went back to her new home with her dog. It’s really a wonderful risk.

Yes, no matter where we are, home is always the best place for us to rest or study. There are our parents here; there are also our favorite things here. At home, we feel safe, we feel comfortable, and we can relax ourselves.

From this story, we can see Dorothy is a brave and kind-hearted girl. She killed the two bad witches in Oz; she helped the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion to go to the Emerald City to find the Wizard and get what they want. She solved problems when they met difficulties. It’s really not easy for such a little girl.

We also learn that teamwork is important for us. When we are in trouble, we can ask our friends for help, and also, when our friends need help, we should go and help them. Just remember, more people, more power. It’s always better has more people to do a thing. Teamwork is really necessary in our lives.

And we can see the Scarecrow is absolutely cleaver, he understands things, he can think, he learn quickly, and he suggested Dorothy to cut down a tree to cross the river. The tin man has a kind heart, he laughs, he cries, he loves, he feels sorry for people. The Cowardly Lion is really brave, he did a lot of brave things, he carried the friends to go across the river, and he wanted to find some food for his friends and so on. We should learn from them too. When we are in trouble, we should calm down, watch the things around carefully, and try to think out of a way to solve it, just like the Scarecrow. We also should be brave as we are in danger, we can’t be afraid, we should face the difficulty and try to go through it, just like the Cowardly Lion. And we should learn to love people, to feel sorry for people, to make more friends, to get on well with everyone around us, just like the Tin Man.

Yes, we should learn how to get on with other people, we should help each other, we should be brave, we should love other people. If we can do like this, we can be a better girl (boy), more and more people will make friends with us, and more and more people will like us!

《平凡的世界》之所以是一本好书，因为他的人物以及情节都刻画的很真实。直让人仿佛置身于那个时代，体验着那个时代的风风雨雨。看后让人很受启发，回味无穷。是以朴实的语言与真实的感受来见证平凡生活中的平凡的信仰与人生。浮躁的年代，浑噩的社会像一杯沉垢的清水尽管澄清，但不平静。路遥笔下的人物却是那么个性鲜明，书中的少安、少平，还有其他人都是那个时代的象征也必受时代的局限，但也正因此才真实亲近，栩栩如生。

首先，我很喜欢路遥的出发点：平凡的世界。他的世界是平凡的，这只是黄土高原上几千几万座村落中的一座。从小处着眼，作者刻画出一个个普通人物平凡的人生旅程，衬托日新月异的时代变迁，反映人们的思想，给人以亲近，给人以启迪。但路遥却在平凡中看到了他的主人公的不平凡。比如说孙少平，我认为孙少平这个人物是全篇文字的主线，通过他的成长和成熟的经历，展现给大家面前的是那个时代整整一代人对生活的憧憬与无奈。他受过了高中教育，他经过自学达到可与大学生进行思想探讨的程度。战胜困难，摆脱束缚，让人们对美好生活的向往，如何的体会生活中间的亲情、友情、爱情，学会生活，懂得珍惜，对于我们这一代人，也是一种警醒。在路遥的世界中出现的都是平凡的人物，正是在这些平凡的人物里他描写着人性中的善与美，丑与恶。在他的世界里，人的最大的优点就是认识到自己是平凡的。这点从孙少平身上得到最突出的体现。他认识到了平凡，也选择了平凡。

平凡的人生，从平凡中而来地繁衍生息，你能看到的，就是苦难中的信心，不能夺走的盼望，永不止息的爱，平凡中的苦涩，以及今生的骄傲。

Santiago, an old man about sixty years old, fished alone with nothing caught in eighty four days. The Old Man and the Sea tells a frustrated experience of the old man who fishes alone in the sea in plain languages. Through the simple lines, a “tough guy” image is shaped and heroism is praised. The whole story starts with a peaceful beginning which is some trivial of life and talking with the boy, and suddenly turns to its climax which is the dangerous fighting with the big fish and sharks alone in the sea, and ends with the old man’s return with the bare skeleton of the big Marlin. Though the boy only appears at the beginning and the ending in the novel, he plays an indispensible role, it is his inspiring and supporting that helps the old man to be “graceful under heavy pressure”.

In the book, the old man prepared his fishing properly and preciously than any other fishermen so that “Then when luck comes you are ready” as the old man thought to himself. In reality, some of us keep complaining that they are born in wrong time or good luck never knocks their doors. In fact, good luck sometimes just comes when they are not ready. Taking Newton for example, if he had not acquired a lot, millions of apples could never make him discovery the gravity. So if we just keep studying as much as we can, good luck will finally find us and a bright future is ahead of us. The old man never gives up hope. When all of people think he is doomed, he still strongly believes that he will get a big fish. And he does. So never giving up hope is very important to us. This reminded me of the sentence in Churchill’s speech “Never give up, never, never, never…”. “But man is not made for defeat. A man can be destroyed but not defeated” has always been inspiring me when I counter with some setbacks in my life. Setbacks are inevitable in pursuit of our goals, but we should never be frustrated and should be “graceful under heavy pressure” like the old man. It is his relentless pursuit that contributes to the victory.

骄阳似火的七月，我看了很多书，其中印象最深的就是《小王子》这本书了。

故事中的小王子住在一个和屋子一样大的B612星球里，在那里，有一朵长着刺的玫瑰和三座火山。小王子每天都给三座火山打扫卫生、给花儿浇水，同时，三座火山为小王子热早餐提供了方便，花儿也经常和小王子津津有味的聊天。就这样，他们在星球上生活的更加快乐了。

读完这个故事，我明白了大家要爱护花草树木，这样大自然就会变得更加美好。万一小王子不打扫三座火山，总是在那儿堆放垃圾，最后星球上就变得乌烟瘴气，小王子也就生存不下去了。

记得以前我上幼儿园中班时，植树节到了，老师带着全班同学和家长到郊外植树。可是，有人为了造房子，把树木都砍光了。我们植了树，不仅让大自然更美好，还让我们吸收到了更多新鲜空气。

一位中国学生

I have recently read Battle Hymn of Tiger Mother published by The Penguin Press in 2011. This autobiography was written by the Chinese American woman Amy Chua, a tenured professor in Yale Law School. She causes a sensation because her strict but unique parenting which brings excellent performance of her two daughters.

This autobiography tells the course of Amy Chua how she raised the two daughters in Chinese parenting way. It is divided into three parts. At the first part, it gives some introductions of the two daughters, the family. And in the second and third parts, the writer tells more details in the process of raising her two different daughters and the difficulties she was confronted in the process, and most importantly the success the daughters achieved in music which brought Amy Chua pride as well as the whole family.

To some extent, I don’t like Amy’s parenting in some aspects. In my opinion, she deprived the nature of children and pushed too much pressure on their children, especially on Lulu who was under the shadow of her excellent elder daughter—Sophia. While I was reading the third part in the rebellion part, I couldn’t control my own emotion, I felt what Lulu felt and even hated against her selfish and autocratic mother. I couldn’t understand why Amy didn’t let Lulu get up from sit, for water, not even to go to the bathroom when Lulu just wanted a rest during the long hours’ practice of violin. She made Lulu practice violin all day during the family’s vacation abroad. She spoiled the vacation by letting the other family members waiting the practice. She was unreasonable.

But next what I do is to admire her.

There is an old Chinese saying “property can never last for three generations”。 But Amy Chua did change it! Her parents came to U.S and suffered a tough life at the very beginning. They taught Amy math and piano in an extreme strict way when she was a kid. Under the influence of her parents, now Amy is frugal and pretty strict with her daughters and herself. They are the valuable points of her. Although she is so extreme on her parenting, she has the advisable ideas that the parents and the parents to be to learn.

Firstly, as parents, they couldn’t ignore their children and put all focus on their job. There is no excuse for not concerning their children. Except supervising her daughters, Amy Chua has to give lessons in university, write books and handle the family chores. She is so busy, but she doesn’t ignore the daughters.

Secondly, parents should be strict with their children especially when they are kids because kids lack of self-control. They should not indulge their children in internet or sleepovers.

Thirdly, parents should master some skills in parenting. As a matter of fact, there are so many Chinese parents who are strict with their children with no avail of success. Success can’t be totally copied, because some parents ignore the skills in parenting. When their children don’t follow their will or perform well enough to satisfy them, they will lose their temper and even beat their children, yes, of course, Amy Chua will be mad but she won’t beat her daughters, in this condition, she will be sober and wait until her daughters perform well enough. She learnt some music knowledge in her children’s class and supervised them patiently. She knew where to correct the mistakes and gave the children extraordinary success.

Tiger mother aroused a big heat in parenting and threw such an important issue for us to think about. Battle Hymn of Tiger Mother gives us really some enlightenment. Anyway, that’s a really unique experience in reading this book.

新的英语课程标准引发了一系列变化，首先加强了指导性和可操作性；其次体现语言学习的规律和渐进性；再次体现了弹性和选择；第四有的地方降低了难度；第五有的地方提高了要求。对教学模式和教师本人提出了新的挑战,同时也提供了新的发展空间。

一、教师是活动的指导者，学生是活动的主体

《英语课程标准》的基本理念中提到“让学生在教师指导下，通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作探究等活动方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。学生在学习过程中进行情感态度和学习策略的调整，以形成积极的学习态度，促进语言实际运用能力的提高。”

这就要求我们英语老师要掌握一定的课堂和课外教学艺术，开展集趣味、知识、娱乐、教育于一体的英语活动，能为学生提供尽可能多的语言实践机会。教师要用直观形象的形体语言，丰富多彩的表情，幽默风趣的语言表达，使学生在轻松、愉快、和谐的氛围中复习旧知，学习新知，提高学习信心。

教学中教师要根据教学目标，学生的需要和客观条件，创造性地探索有效的教学方法，要学会活用教法突破难点。我们可以鼓励学生大胆地模仿，带表情说句子。如“I am hungry.”（可以作饥饿状）；“I am thirty.”（可以作口渴状）。在教单词或句子时，我们老师可以带领学生做动作，甚至做夸张的动作或用夸张的朗读语调，孩子们特别喜欢。“big”两手张开画个大圈，“small”用两手指做个特别小的小圈，“strong”出示手臂，并鼓起肌肉，“thin”做一个瘦的动作。学完单词后，老师做出动作，学生就会说出这个单词。

二、多用评价语，真诚激励。

《英语课程标准》的基本理念中对评价案例进行了重新整合和调整，补充了大量的可操作性比较强的评价方式和方法，提到“英语教学中提倡过程性评价方式，把对学生的评价贯穿到平常的学习过程之中。注重培养和激发学生学习的积极性和自信心。”

因为每个学生，都渴望得到老师的重视和肯定，渴望得到激励和赞许。让每个学生都能享受到鼓励、温暖的阳光，这样无论哪种知识水平、能力、层次的学生都能获得心理上的满足，从而使学生有一种积极向上的源动力。所以教师的评价语应丰富多彩，真诚激励。下面的句子应该多说：Good! Great! Wonderful! You are clever! Don’t worry!

三、面向全体学生、尊重学生的自主选择

《英语课程标准》的教学建议中提到“尊重每个学生，建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道。”平时学生如果主动帮我拿教具，我会向他致谢“Thank you”，若不小心撞到了学生，我会很抱歉地道声“Sorry”……虽然是点点滴滴的小事情小细节，但我希望从中带给学生“师生平等”的观念。

老师因为尊重学生而更关注他们的个性发展，学生因为受到老师的尊重会更乐意亲近老师，也就更加尊敬老师，这种心灵上的沟通和交流，一旦形成健康的双向互动，正面效应就会成倍增长，师生关系也会更加和谐地向前发展。

总之，新课程下的课堂教学，应是通过师生互动、学生之间的互动，共同发展的课堂。它既注重了知识的生成过程，又注重了学生的情感体验和能力的培养。因此，我们在教学中对教材的处理、教学过程的设计以及评价的方式都要以学生的发展为中心，以提高学生的全面发展为宗旨，这才是课改的最终目标。

[英语课程标准的基本理念读后感

在学习《英语课程改革》的时候我认识到，这是一次深刻的改革，新课改倡导全人教育，强调课程要促进每个学生身心健康的发展，培养学生良好的品质的终身学习的能力，新课改倡导建设性学习，注重科学探究的学习，关注体验性学习，提倡交流与合作、自主创新学习，课程改革的成败关键在于教师，教师是课程改革的实施者，作为教师的我必须做好充分的准备，学习新课程改革理论，更新教学观念，迎接新课改的挑战。下面简单地回顾一下开学以来所做的一些英语教学工作。

一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。

2、为学生提供自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。

3、鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合能力。

4、创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。

二、关注学生情感，创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。

学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有积极的情态，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩，刻板的情态，不仅会影响英语学习的效果，还会影响其它发展，情态是学好英语的重要因素，因此我努力创造宽松民主、和谐的教学空间，做到：

1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。

2、把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学习的活动，促进学生互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感，发展合作精神。

3、关注学习有困难的或性格内向的学习，尽可能地为他们创造语言的机会。

4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一起反思学习过程和学习效果，互相鼓励和帮助，做到教学相关。

三、加强对学生学习策略的指导，让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学习做到：

1、积极创造条件，让学生参与到阶段性学习目标，以及实现目标的方法。

2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅和协调的方法进行学习。

3、引导学生在学习过程中，进行自我评价，并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。

四、对学生进行有效的评价。

评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习过程，评价或采用测验及非测验形式，平时重视形成性评价，对学生回答学习过程中的表现所改进的诚绩，及反映的情感、态度、策略某方面进行及时的评价，如有口头评价、等级评价、学生之间互相评价等方法，充分发觉学生的进步，鼓励学生自我反思，自我提高，测验以学生综合运用能力为目标，侧重于学生理解和获取信息，能力减少客观题，增加主观题，通过评价学生学会分析自己的成绩和不足，明确努力方向。

新课程改革不是纸上谈兵，后必须要与实践相结合，即将努力学习，积极进取，积极参与课程改革，在课改中不断学习，不断实践，不断反思，愿与新课程共同成长。

Recently, I read the attempt to write a novel: "root bird". I read a book, suddenly suspicious: root bird is a name, or a bird? I dont understand and cant wait mood, open the book...

Ah! I found the answer: a bird is a boy, his home in chrysanthemum slope. One day he was out hunting alone, accidentally shot by a white eagle. 最近，我读了曹文轩写的一本小说：《根鸟》。我一看书名，顿时起了疑心：根鸟是一个人名，还是一只鸟?我怀着不解而迫不及待的心情，翻开了书……

呀!我找到了答案：根鸟是个男孩，他家在菊坡。有一天他独自外出打猎的时候，无意中射到了一只白鹰。白鹰的腿上有一张纸条，上面写着：“我叫紫烟，我在采花的时候掉进了峡谷里，快来救救我呀!”当晚，根鸟与父亲寻遍了附近的山谷毫无收获后，根鸟义不容辞地踏上了西寻紫烟之路。途中，根鸟结识了板金先生。板金先生的家族得了一种超级奇怪的毛病，凡是这个家族的男子，一到十八岁，便突然不能做梦。板金先生为了追随梦，一直向西走。板金和根鸟都是为了达到自己的目的，不断努力，就算上刀山、下火海，也在所不惜。

板金先生到达莺店时，他的人生就要走到尽头了。临终时，他告诉根鸟：要一直往西走，要坚持不懈，一定要找到那个大峡谷。根鸟经历了各种困难，这些困难磨练了他。终于，他到达了开满百合花的大峡谷，看见白色的鹰在空中飞翔……

根鸟是一个敢于追求梦想的男孩!读完这部书，让我知道了人在追求自己梦想的道路上，会遇到各种困难、挫折、迷惑，但一定不能放弃。要像根鸟一样：尽管钱丢了，但他还是勇往直前;虽然被人雇佣了，但他还是努力想出各种办法;尽管生病发高烧，但他仍不会停歇下来，执着地往前走!

其实，坚持是一种力量，更是获得成功与胜利的脚步!我想这和我们学习是一样的，不管理想有多远，只要我们向着自己的目标坚持不懈的努力，才有可能获得最后的成功。

Pinkneys descriptive passages resonate with the splendor of natures beauty. The glowing watercolors, filled with intricate details, make each blade of grass visible, and the delicately drawn, nearly transparent mosquitoes are as ethereal as they are in life. The subtle details incorporated into the scenes--a frog catching a passing fly at the pond and a tiny mouse perched by a crate in the old womans cottage--make children take another look.

One day he heard a sound of whirring wings, and up in the air he saw a flock of birds flying high. They were as bright as the snow that had fallen during the night, and their long necks were stretched southward. Oh, if only he could go with them! But what sort of companion could he be to those beautiful beings?

I am too ugly even for a dog to eat, the duckling thought. Jerry Pinkneys poignant text and rich artwork convey the timeless appeal of this tale of hardship and redemption. Anyone who has suffered the sting of ostracism can sympathize with the ugly ducklings plight and will relish the uplifting conclusion.

课堂是学生获得语言知识，提高语言技能和培养语言交际能力的主要场所，因而使得教师的语言成为课堂教学的工具，又是学生学习的内容。而我们作为英语老师，感知身上压力更大。因为英语对我们来说比较是非母语，怎样才能在课堂中更准确，更流利，更自信地表达自己的想法呢?这一直是我们需要改进提高的部分——教师课堂用语。这本书的出现，真的是能使我们在短期能迅速提高，有据可依的范本。

在课堂用语的表达中，常常存在一些问题。比如，在课堂中往往表达比较随意，用语不够规范。再则，表达时词汇单调，显得乏味，不能给学生很好的丰富语言的范例。久而久之，对于学生能力的提升没有正面的帮助。正因为知道教师课堂语言的重要性，如何在这方面得以改进提高，是非常重要的!

那往往哪些因素在影响着我们教师的语言呢?首先由于教师采用的教学方法不同，每位老师的教育背景和教育理念不同，采用的教学方式也各异，因而呈现出的教学用语也不一样。其次，教师的性格，教师的情感也起到一定影响。再则，学生英语程度的高低，也会影响教师课堂用语所花时间的长短。

怎样可以帮助自己提高这方面的能力呢?首先，还是要规范自己的英语表达，先做到正确无误，不能有中式英语。尽量避免受母语的影响，在表达时，句式，语法要多吸收纯正的英语表达，使自己在课堂中能流利地表达自己的想法。

其次，要深入浅出，根据学生的年龄和知识特点，选择适合他们层次水平的语言，但要略高于学生的水平，这样有利于提高学生的能力。逐渐乃至全部使用英语去讲解新学的词汇，句子等等，让学生使用英语的能力得到提升。挖掘教材中隐性的一些话题，让学生拓展思维，去进行互动交流。

再则，教师语言要生动风趣，幽默灵活。这样的课堂，教师往往能利用自己的教育机智，让课堂变得更加活跃，消除学生的紧张情绪，创造更好的语言交流氛围。

然后，教学语言也可和板书，肢体语言相配合。让课堂中的表达更丰富，让学生更显而易见地明了自己的表达，更容易地互相交流。

接着，尽量用“积极语言”代替“消极语言”，给学生更多的鼓励与肯定，培养学生的学习积极性。每一个人都有自卑的心理，尤其是学生在回答后，如果给他太直接的否定的答案，可能会使他产生消极的学习情绪，换种表达，可能对学生来说，有意想不到的效果。

作为英语老师，我们的语言真的非常重要，相信我们多些学习，更关注下自己的课堂用语，对学生的学习起到积极的正面作用，相信他们也会更爱学英语。
