Her whole character was honest and faithful. Angel figured out at last that a person should be judged not only on what he has done but also on what he wanted to do!

Tess didn’t want to be seduced by man and she had no power to defend herself so she lost her innocence and that’s all! Angel also did the wrong thing and it was even more serious than Tess’s crime but HE was not blamed for it. Why it is always the woman who pays? Why they are always hurt? Why was Tess’s girlish purity lost? Why does the wrong man take the wrong woman? Why do the bad often ruin the good? Why is beauty damaged by ugliness? Women are too weak! Thousands of years of history have shown us that women have always been treated unfairly!

I have recently read Battle Hymn of Tiger Mother published by The Penguin Press in 2011. This autobiography was written by the Chinese American woman Amy Chua, a tenured professor in Yale Law School. She causes a sensation because her strict but unique parenting which brings excellent performance of her two daughters.

This autobiography tells the course of Amy Chua how she raised the two daughters in Chinese parenting way. It is divided into three parts. At the first part, it gives some introductions of the two daughters, the family. And in the second and third parts, the writer tells more details in the process of raising her two different daughters and the difficulties she was confronted in the process, and most importantly the success the daughters achieved in music which brought Amy Chua pride as well as the whole family.

To some extent, I don’t like Amy’s parenting in some aspects. In my opinion, she deprived the nature of children and pushed too much pressure on their children, especially on Lulu who was under the shadow of her excellent elder daughter—Sophia. While I was reading the third part in the rebellion part, I couldn’t control my own emotion, I felt what Lulu felt and even hated against her selfish and autocratic mother. I couldn’t understand why Amy didn’t let Lulu get up from sit, for water, not even to go to the bathroom when Lulu just wanted a rest during the long hours’ practice of violin. She made Lulu practice violin all day during the family’s vacation abroad. She spoiled the vacation by letting the other family members waiting the practice. She was unreasonable.

But next what I do is to admire her.

There is an old Chinese saying “property can never last for three generations”。 But Amy Chua did change it! Her parents came to U.S and suffered a tough life at the very beginning. They taught Amy math and piano in an extreme strict way when she was a kid. Under the influence of her parents, now Amy is frugal and pretty strict with her daughters and herself. They are the valuable points of her. Although she is so extreme on her parenting, she has the advisable ideas that the parents and the parents to be to learn.

Firstly, as parents, they couldn’t ignore their children and put all focus on their job. There is no excuse for not concerning their children. Except supervising her daughters, Amy Chua has to give lessons in university, write books and handle the family chores. She is so busy, but she doesn’t ignore the daughters.

Secondly, parents should be strict with their children especially when they are kids because kids lack of self-control. They should not indulge their children in internet or sleepovers.

Thirdly, parents should master some skills in parenting. As a matter of fact, there are so many Chinese parents who are strict with their children with no avail of success. Success can’t be totally copied, because some parents ignore the skills in parenting. When their children don’t follow their will or perform well enough to satisfy them, they will lose their temper and even beat their children, yes, of course, Amy Chua will be mad but she won’t beat her daughters, in this condition, she will be sober and wait until her daughters perform well enough. She learnt some music knowledge in her children’s class and supervised them patiently. She knew where to correct the mistakes and gave the children extraordinary success.

Tiger mother aroused a big heat in parenting and threw such an important issue for us to think about. Battle Hymn of Tiger Mother gives us really some enlightenment. Anyway, that’s a really unique experience in reading this book.

十九世纪群星灿烂的法国文坛，雨果可以说是最璀璨的一颗明星。《巴黎圣母院》是他的第一部引起轰动效应的浪漫派小说，它的文学价值和对社会深刻的意义，使它在经历了将近两个世纪的时间之后，还是在今天被一遍遍的翻印、重版，从而来到我的手中。

夜深人静，我安静的阅读这本书，“聆听”那一段传奇的故事。书中的人物和事件，即使源于现实生活，也被大大夸张和强化了，在作家的浓墨重彩之下，构成了一幅幅绚丽而奇异的画面，形成尖锐的、甚至是难以置信的善与恶、美与丑的对比。那是些浓烈得化不去，深刻得褪不了的形象：独眼的敲钟人伽西莫多，美丽善良的爱斯梅拉达，还有渊博却邪恶的克洛德副主教。

一开始，伽西莫多的出场仿佛给我投射了一个丑恶的影象。他的独眼，他的聋哑，他的驼背，他的巨大和丑陋都让我先入为主地把他当作了大反派。婴儿时，他是一个人人见了都想把他烧死的丑小鸭;青年时，他是一个表面风光但人人唾弃的“愚人王”。他的脸仿佛注定了他就是恶魔的化身。到后来，我才看清他那清澈、崇高的灵魂。他对像使唤奴隶一样，役使他的克洛德忠心耿耿，这是怎样的一种单纯?他对曾经对他有恩的爱斯梅拉达，用尽全部生命的悉心照料和赴汤蹈火，是怎样的一种如火一般刚烈的爱情?他受尽了人世间的歧视和欺凌，却又满足的，勤劳的当着他的敲钟人。如此美丽，如此可敬的人性难道在他那丑陋的外表下就一文不值了吗?

怎么能不引起我的思考?人性的层层面面是多么复杂却简单：尽管人的精神世界是双面的，没有完全的丑，也没有绝对的美。但是，美就是进步的方向，美就是最原始的目的。就像书中说得那样：

当灭灯钟响彻在巴黎圣母院里，所有故事都结束了。但那古老的故事将永恒地被传诵···

翻开书的第一页，眼前跳出一个既熟悉又陌生的单词：ANATKH。

在圣母院的两座钟塔之一的暗角，伟大的作者发现墙上有这样几个由于年深日久而发黑并且相当深的嵌进石头里的大写字母。如果说作者是这篇著作的母亲，那么这个神秘的单词就是他的父亲。这些字母所蘊的悲惨，宿命的意味，深深的打动了作者，结果就是这本书的诞生。

奇怪的字母，使人产生一种想挖掘真相的冲动。拥有这样充满神话色彩的背景，果然不让人失望。也许，我们伟大的作者成功地诠释了这些希腊字母ANATKH—命运，确实不可否认它背后的故事在作者的笔下成为神话，震撼了了一代又一代人;又也许，简单地说它只是个希腊单词，可能是一个不经意的动作刻上去的，几百年来无人察觉;也可能并没有特殊意义。而作家的思想是永远不会停止的。作家看到它，就像看见了灵感，狂热的心不断跳动，思想反反复复，该是在预示着不平凡的事将要上演……。

说了这么多，都是关于ANATKH的前奏，其实看了这本书后才知道主题并不是谈命运，它拉开故事的序幕。正如这些字母藴含的悲惨，宿命的意味，每个人物都有自己的命运，恰恰都是悲惨的结局。

书中ANATKH是我们神圣的副教主在墙上刻下的。这个除了自然法则之外便不知道世界还有别种法则的人“这个所凭感自然流露的人。他心里的强烈感情的湖泊永远是干涸的，他十分习惯每天早上挖些新的沟渠把其中的水排掉”。这个道貌岸然的家伙!我忍不住这样称呼他。好在他的丑陋扼杀了他的命运，可以说他死在了自己的手里。

可能命运让克洛德多活了些时间，他扭曲病态的灵魂又多害几条人命。可怜的敲钟的人和美丽的波希米亚姑娘是不幸的受害者，这不该是他们的命运，可这仅仅是在我看来。这就是他们的命运，在这样的一个“有教养”“文明的社会”里注定他们要受到惨无人道的凌辱迫害。至于比埃尔、甘果瓦，“他从所有那些疯疯癫癫的学问里又回过来搞他的悲剧，那更是疯癫之忧了，这就他所谓得到一个悲剧的收场”弗比斯也得到一个悲剧的收场，他结婚了。不明白弗比斯的婚姻为何会是一个悲剧，不过作者肯定有他的道理。

一切从一个蕴含着悲惨，宿命的意味的单词ANATKH开始，一切又悲惨的结束，可谓从悲剧开始，在悲剧中结束，这就是一出完美的悲剧,宛若经历了漫漫几个世纪，又像是发生在作者一瞬间的思考中。冥冥之中命运似乎做了些什么。

站在一个现代人的角度，乍一看，ANATKH——不懂，翻译告诉我们这是命运——哦，命运啊!接下来该是一声长叹，再陷入无止境的思考之中，表现得很像是一位哲学家。可我们并不是。

我们这些年轻人，都像海绵上的浪花，等待着一阵巨风吹过，带领我们冲向另一个高峰。我们是群生命力很强的家伙，所以一心想着“直挂云帆济沧海”期待着有一天能“独上高楼望，尽天涯路”，而对于“命运”这样虚无缥缈的词语，只会一笑置之。忙碌的我们没有那么多悠闲的时间去怀想这么美妙却隐藏杀机的——命运。

即使真的是命运在刻意安排这些事去让我们体验，这些倔强的家伙还是不会服输的高喊：“命运，我不相信，我要改变命运。”什么嘛?还是相信了!

也许我这人还是挺相信命运的，如果不然，在第一眼看到这本书时，就不会被这个奇怪的单词吸引住，更不会有种熟悉感，更加更加不会在这里讨论这个和我毫不相关的希腊父。

人们常说“一切随缘”“顺应天意”。一切以美好的邂逅，人们把它叫做“命运的邂逅”

这些叫“缘分”，“天意”的就是命运的另一个名字，看来命运真是一种很奇怪的东西，他没有实体，所以又不能称他为东西，确实无法捉摸。

是真的存在吗?命运?还是只是一种抒情的载体，或许，真的存在，尽管不知道是什么，但我宁愿相信它的存在给这个世界保留一份神秘。

命运再一次陷入沉思——像一位哲学家一般....

爱斯梅拉达美吗?当然美。她能歌善舞，魅力四射，清爽怡人;然而令她真正登上美的殿堂则是因为她心肠仁慈、对恋情的矢志不渝。沙多倍尔美吗?他俊秀洒脱、风骚倜傥、伶牙俐齿;然而他虽有真才实学，却摆弄情感，是一个地地道道的纨绔子弟，你能说他美吗?敲钟人加西莫多美吗?他独眼、驼背、跛足、哑巴，形容丑陋，令人避而远之，然而他心灵纯粹高贵、勇敢机灵、嫉恶如仇，你能说他不美吗?克洛德美吗?他学识广博，申明显赫，然而他心坎阴险、手腕卑劣，是一个一本正经的伪正人。这样的人怎能谈得上美?那群乞丐，衣衫破烂、龌龊肮脏、位置低下;然而他们敢作敢为、极富正义感。他们不也令人肃然起敬，布满着动听的美感吗?由此可见，美更重视的是心灵，是内在，是品格;而不是表面，不是言辞，不是地位。

我感到现在的我们实在是太幸福了，而旧社会的人们生活的凄惨，我们现在应该珍惜已有的生活，不要再埋怨这个世界的不公，当你回首看看旧社会的人们你会觉得现在的生活实在是太美好了。当我们遇到困难时请不要气馁，因为你是世界上最幸福的人。

还有一位女作家，夏洛蒂 勃朗特的《简爱》堪称逆境成才的典范。她在《简爱》里说到：“我们是平等的……至少我们可以通过坟墓平等的站到上帝面前。”

自从无障碍电影在上海电影制片厂 蒋鸿源老师提议下制作成功后，浦东新区图书馆经常组织我们观看，巴黎圣母院观后感。从此，无障碍电影走进了残障人士的生活。在观看了《悠悠风铃声》、《建党伟业》、《雨人》、《巴黎圣母院》等电影后，尤其是《巴黎圣母院》印象尤为深刻。

电影讲述了在1428年“愚人节”，巴黎圣母院门前广场上“奇迹王朝”的穷人们正簇拥者吉普赛女郎埃斯梅拉达载歌载舞，气氛欢快。姑娘出众的外貌与优美的舞姿使躲在教堂窗户后窥视的神甫弗罗洛欲念横生。入夜，姑娘美妙的歌声让神父魂不守舍，他叫敲钟人卡西莫多把姑娘抢来。宫廷卫士菲比斯巡视至此，救下了埃斯梅拉达，两人因此相爱。这使神甫更加嫉妒，趁两人去约会时刺伤了卫队长，并嫁祸于埃斯梅拉达，以至于埃斯梅拉达被判绞刑。

卡西莫因劫持埃斯梅拉达被处于鞭苔示众，埃斯梅拉达挺身而出，送水给他解渴，观后感《巴黎圣母院观后感》。埃斯梅拉达临刑时，卡西莫多出于对姑娘感激和爱慕把她抢回圣母院里保护起来，并用他心中最美好的声音-圣母院的钟声来表达自己的爱意。弗罗洛得知埃斯梅拉达来到圣母院以后就一直企图迫害埃斯梅拉达。但被卡西莫多赶走，他因此怀恨在心，煽动国王不顾教堂的“避难权”派兵把埃斯梅拉达抓走。最后被杀害。

卡西莫多四处找不到埃斯梅拉达发现神父躲藏在教堂一个角落，愤怒的他将这个罪魁祸首摔下钟楼。然后他赶赴埃斯梅拉达的墓地，静静地躺在她的身边守护她到永远。

《巴黎圣母院》是雨果第一部大型浪漫主义小说。《巴黎圣母院》成功地将“美与丑”这两件人类始终关注的事情放在一个充满戏剧化的故事里进行强烈对比，让观众从新的角度审视究竟何为“美与丑”，在震撼人的同时使审美观得到一次提升。巴黎圣母院神甫弗罗洛道貌岸然、心狠手辣、因爱生恨，迫害吉普赛女郎埃斯梅拉达而面目丑陋，心地善良的敲钟人卡西莫多为救女郎舍身。 电影描绘出了巴黎圣母院的凝重和古老，只有几只鸽子反映出了生命的活力。电影从视听语言上来说，色调灰暗无光、声音微弱，营造出一种由死亡带来的恐惧与悲凉，震人心魄，久久难忘。从中揭露了中世纪以来宗教的虚伪，宣告笼罩人类已久的“禁欲主义”的破产，歌颂了下层劳动人民的善良、友爱、舍己为人，反映了雨果的人道主义思想。电影的音乐对观众具有最佳的心里穿透力，令人难以忘怀。是一部真正意义上的浪漫主义的经典之作。
