《英语教学方法与策略》读后感

为了提高自身的英语教学质量和效率,我从学校图书馆借来《英语教学方法与策略》一书,利用业余时间认真地进行了研读,获得了不少教益。

这本书由鲁子问和康淑敏两位专家编写,由华东师范大学出版社出版,可以作为英语教学设计方向研究生教材,也可以作为中小学英语教师设计培训教材使用。我认为在英语学科骨干教师研修班接受培训期间读读这样一本书是再合适不过的。这本书介绍了教学方法与教学策略的相同与差异,提出了教学方法与策略的选择与整合的方法,介绍了英语教学方法的实践操作方法,包括情景教学法、交际教学法、任务教学法和自主学习教学,然后分析了英语教学过程的策略及实践操作方法,并从英语知识教学的策略及实践操作方法、英语技能教学的策略及时间操作方法两方面对英语教学方法与策略的行动研究提供了系统的指导。

编者用六章分别讲了教学方法与教学策略、英语教学方法的实践操作、英语教学过程的策略及实践操作、英语知识教学的策略及实践操作、英语技能教学的策略及实践操作和英语教学方法与策略的行动研究。

该书对相关理论进行了系统、简要的讲解,主要的内容是对英语教学实践的指导与分析。每一节都采用“准备-学习-实践”三部式结构,不仅讲解理论,而且注重教学实践。在每一节的理论讲解之后,都设计了“实践分析”专栏,以强化理论与实践的直接联系。在看每一节的时候,我都是跟着该书的编排形式在不断地调整自己的思维。在准备环节,编者会给出一个案例,让读者思考,遇到此类教学问题该如何解决,此时,我的大脑就会回忆我在教学中有没有遇到过,我又是如何解决的,然后思考怎样才能解决得更好;在学习环节,编者给我们提供了最系统的理论知识,此时我就很认真地研读每一条理论,认真理解每一个概念,为今后的教学活动积累必要的理论知识;在实践部分,我仔细地看了每个实践活动,对于一些比较有价值的活动自己在教学中也尝试着使用。

本书的优点是:1)语言浅显易懂。不像平常的教育着作,带着很多专业术语。2)内容很实用。书中不但简要地介绍教育理论,还举出大量的课堂活动例子,很适合各个层次的外语教师参考。3)描述很细致。书中谈到英语教学中很多细节的东西。4)编排符合读者习惯,发人深思。书中每一章节都会在适当的位置上安排一个文本框,给出一些名词解释或让读者讨论或思考一个问题。如:请讨论,您如何看待Practice makes perfect.它与数量原则有什么关系?训练中如何把握训练的量?

这本书让我羞愧于自己在教学理论和策略方面知识的匮乏,更让我明白英语教学的成功应体现在“培养学习者在真实的情景中有效使用英语的能力”我是一个率性而为的人,很多时候只是随心而教学,不会严格遵循某一教学模式。所以一直以来,教学成绩都没有取得重大突破,而我本人也一直为此烦恼,这本书教会我许多有理论支持的教学方法。如:语法翻译法、直接教学法、认知法、自然法、社团教学法、沉默教学法、全身反应法、暗示教学法。从书中我悟到了想成为一名优秀的教师必须充分认识到“教必有法”的原则性和“教务定法”的灵活性特点之间的统一关系。教师不应拘于一法一策,囿于一方一圆,而是要因地制宜,因材施教,将各类方法加以组合和调配,在吸收、借鉴已有教学方法的基础上,创造性地发挥,逐步形成富有教师个人特色的教学风格。在教学实践中,我根据教学环境、教学目标、教学内容、学生的需求和自身的教学风格适丰富了一下教学方法和策略,收到了一定的效果。

我最受启发的是书中的如下观点:呈现学习任务时,应当向学习者描述任务中的问题发生的物理背景、组织和社会文化背景。并且,问题的呈现必然是有趣的或吸引人的,目的是引导学习者的积极参与。让学习者体现到伸手可及的成功;教学活动的设置应考虑学习者的兴趣,需要和情感;老师可以和学习者商量课堂活动的内容并建议学习者把他们感兴趣的学习材料带回班上。让我陷入长久的沉思的是这个观点:“personalities and relationships are important for motivation”即:教师的性格及其与学习者之间的良好关系在调动学习者学习方面很重要。文中提到“即使我们不能完全改变自己去满足不同学习者的需要,但我们可以主动了解学习者感兴趣的话题,如:流行音乐,年轻人喜欢的电影,新车,科技的发展等。看到这里,对于学生为什么没有积极参与我自以为精心准备的课堂活动,我似乎找到了答案:设计活动时,我只是从教材内容和个人兴趣出发。当学生冷淡对待活动时,我只会埋怨大的学习环境不好,埋怨学生不配合,极少去思考是否学生对内容感兴趣,是否活动的难度适合学生,课堂指令是否清晰等因素。文中还指出:即使学生会使用老师准备好的语言结构,也明确活动的目的,但如果他们缺乏信心,也不会积极参与…所以,对学生及时得体的鼓励相当重要,借用李阳老师的话就是鼓励学生 “Enjoy losing face. Enjoy making mistakes ”总之,要踏上英语教学的成功之路,进行方方面面的准备工作是必要的,

对于以后的教学,我将努力改变陈旧的教学理念,尝试新的教学模式,自始至终把学生放在中心位置:把激发学生的学习热情放在首位,发挥交际教学的优势。是时候改变沉闷的课堂气氛,还学生一个愉快的学习环境了!是时候彻底解放学生,还学生一个可以自主学习的空间了!

其实,单纯阅读只是一个浅层理解词句的过程,我们可能在阅读中很感动,很受启发,但是,几个星期或几个月后,可能我们的思维又回复原状;若把我们的所思所想写下来,联系我们的教学或生活实际加以变通,可能会更长久地影响我们;而如果把我们学到的经验及时应用在教学中或生活中,我们的学生或我们自己则会终身受益,这才是阅读的目的。“热爱阅读、高效阅读、创新阅读”让我们互勉!

despite i’ve not in my childhood yet, i still prefer reading fairy-tale stories. the tales, which accompany with me in my old days, often make me think of some precious experience and sensation which only belong to children. this summer i’ve review this kind of tale, which was published in 1940. it’s the world-famous fairy-tale by the french author, antoine de st-exupery, the little prince.

as many other fairy-tales, the outline of the little prince is not very complex. “i”, the narrator of the story, is a pilot whose plane has something wrong and lands in the sahara. in this occasion, the pilot makes the acquaintance of the little prince, a little boy from another planet, the asteroid b612. the little prince has escaped from his tiny planet, because he has some quarrel with a rose, which grows on his planet. in that case he left his own planet and took an exploration at some neighbor asteroids.

"The wizard of oz" is a book rich in knowledge and truth, which makes me learn a lot.Every chapter of the story deserves to be savored.

这本书看完好几天了，那感觉就像是有一团说不清是什么的东西一直堵在心里，很想找人和自己探讨，很想让它澄清。书里面的经典情节很多很多，那里面展示的很多，我不能一一的重复，就这样借着几个点，说说我的巴黎圣母院读后感。

让我印象深刻的场景是作者笔下的当时的那些建筑，那些奢华的象征权力的教堂，人们还不知道可以拥有自己的思想，以及为了自己的愿望可以做什么事情，一切都假借神圣的宗教，一切都假借神圣的教堂来展现，展现建筑家的审美观，也就是个人的才华，或者展示自己的能力，我想那时的人们，把人性深深地埋在一件神圣的宗教的外衣下面，典型的人物就是副主教——克洛德。从那许多的错综复杂的毫无章法的建筑群，我们不难看出，当时人们的内心是怎样的压抑，怎样狂躁，那些像雨后春笋一般从地下冒出来的教堂的尖顶，正是人们扭曲的灵魂在对着苍天做这无声的哀号！

教堂里面是那么的阴森恐怖，这让人联想到在宗教的遮拦下，当时社会是怎样的肮脏和败坏，真善美的宗教和利用宗教制造血腥事件，形成了强烈的感官刺激。通篇都是在这样的对照下进行的，让人的心灵深刻的体会出迷茫，困惑，和不安，假如有一把利剑，你会尽你的全力去刺破那层蒙在社会上空的阴云，那阴云是邪恶的，你对它布满了愤怒和鄙视，就像书里面的那些流浪汉们对待社会的疯狂的报复。可是你不能，因为假如你想刺痛那些邪恶，你就先要将代表着真善美的上帝打倒在地，那是多么残酷的事情啊！还有比人丧失本性更悲哀的么！

巴黎圣母院给我印象深刻的是这样的几个人物，代表漂亮善良的姑娘——爱斯梅拉达。她不仅有迷人的外貌，更有一颗纯真善良的心灵，从她对待那只山羊，救下那个落魄的诗人，对于伤害过自己的卡齐莫多，送上的水和怜悯，对待爱情的牺牲，等，我们看到她是漂亮的，她的身上心灵上没有污垢，她是没有被污染的。可是，这样的天使一样的姑娘，受到的是怎么样的对待呢？流浪，在最肮脏的环境里面生活，被所谓的上流社会排斥和嘲讽，被玩弄，被抛弃，被诬陷，被威胁，最后，作了彻底的牺牲。

书中描写了一个那样的社会，和在那个社会生活中的种种人物的状态，麻木的如那个弗比斯，最底层的如老鼠洞里的那几个隐修女，疯狂的副主教，还有尽全力反抗的最丑陋的卡齐莫多，副主教和卡齐莫多形成了人性上的鲜明对比，同样爱上了漂亮的姑娘，同样的遭到了拒绝，他们的爱都是那么的热烈，那么的诚挚，可是，一个是占有，一个是奉献，已占有为目的的，当目的无法达到的时候，他想到的是毁灭，毁灭别人；以奉献为目的的，当无法奉献的时候，想到的也是毁灭，毁灭自己。

我想这也就是世界名著的真正魅力所在，他让人看到的不是一个简单的故事，他深刻的揭示了人类内心深处的一些活动，无论放在什么时候，什么社会，人的共性是始终存在的，对美好的向往，对美好的追求，对美好的赞美，人是一个天使和魔鬼的综合体，人和人的经历没有相同的，也就是说，社会本身就不可能让所有人享受到同等的待遇，这种不一样的待遇，让多少人的内心失去了平衡，失去了对美好的追求阿！林林总总的肮脏的巧取豪夺，充斥着我们的眼睛，振荡着我们心灵，我们该怎么办？

Actually when I first read the pilgrim"s progress I am not interested in it，even feel boring, and the result is I want to give up halfway. Why，because I don"t have experience of the Christian in this book. He encountered many difficulties, but I have not experienced, so I am not interested in it when I readied it.

读完这本书后，使我深刻认识到了，真善美、假丑恶。卡西莫多的内心美，才是我们应该追求的美。而外表的美，不过是虚无缥缈的东西。对于现实中的我们，或许更多把外表美放在首要位置。但现在我才明白，我有一颗善良纯真的心，才是最重要的。

真善美得到赞颂，假丑恶遭到排斥。我们应有真善美的心灵。

在十九世纪群星灿烂的法国文坛，维克多?雨果可以说是最璀璨的一颗明星。他是伟大的诗人，声名卓著的剧作家、小说家，又是法国浪漫主义文学运动的旗手和领袖。这部伟大的作品《巴黎圣母院》是他的第一部引起轰动效应的浪漫派小说，它的文学价值和对社会深刻的意义，使它在经历了将近两个世纪的时间之后，还是在今天被一遍遍的翻印、重版，从而来到我的手中。

波希米亚少女爱斯梅拉达是巴黎流浪人的宠儿，靠街头卖艺为生。她天真纯洁，富于同情心，乐于救助人。因为不忍心看见一个无辜者被处死，她接受诗人甘果瓦做自己名义上的丈夫，以保全他的生命;看见伽西莫多在烈日下受鞭刑，只有她会同情怜悯，把水送到因口渴而呼喊的敲钟人的唇边。这样一个心地高贵的女孩，竟被教会、法庭诬蔑为“女巫”、“杀人犯”，并被判处绞刑。作者把这个人物塑造成美与善的化身，让她心灵的美与外在的美完全统一，以引起读者对她的无限同情，从而产生对封建教会及王权的强烈愤恨。

Usually, we have contact with many world-famous novels, telling the essence of life. The stories of characters’ life move us give us a lot of enlightenment. However, Anna Sewell’s Black Beauty is a different one, as its main character is a black, handsome horse called Black Beauty. Sewell has spent 6 years on this book, while she was seriously sick. Unfortunately, she died soon after her only book in her whole life was published. As Sewell was crippled and unable to walk since a young age, she by nature had sympathy on the poor animals. Therefore, Black Beauty it is not a fairy tale, but a book which seriously talks the issue of the abuse of animals. And this story is narrated in the first person as an autobiographical memoir by Black Beauty himself. In this way, it becomes easier for readers to understand the whole story better and more clearly. The author started this story by Black Beauty describing his memory about his happy childhood, when he was accompanied by his mother and taught to be a good horse. At the age of 2, Black Beauty witnessed an accident of hunting for a hare, which caused the rider falling from the horse, dead. Later that wounded horse was killed. And at the age of 4, Black Beauty was old enough to begin the use of saddle, bridle, carriage harness and shoes. Then he was sent to Birtwick Park and named of Black Beauty by Mrs. Gordon. Birtwick Park became his first pleasant home for three years, where he grew strong and met many friends with different characteristics and experiences. One of his friends was Ginger, who was ill-tempered because of a hard life with previous owners. And as a result, Ginger often got wild and bit others. Sir Oliver got a shortened tail because his previous owner thought it was fashionable. Also, there was a groom, little Joe Green. At first, he was too young to know how to properly how to take care of the hot and tired Black Beauty after an emergency, making Black Beauty seriously sick. Grieved, Joe began to do his best to learn hors care. However, soon, the Gorgons had to move because of Mrs. Gordon’s health, so they sold Black Beauty and Ginger to Earlshall Park.

In Earlshall Park, the use of bearing rein made Ginger and Black Beauty painful, so finally ill-tempered Ginger rebelled. Then she was used as a hunter, but Black Beauty was much praised because once he saved Lady Anne. However, his unfortunate life has not changed since then. Our poor Black Beauty got his knees ruined because Mr. Rubber Smith, who was drunk, took Black Beauty on a dangerous ride and at last killed himself after falling down. As a result, Black Beauty was sold as a job horse. Although, he was arranged by a smart customer to be sold to a gentleman afterwards, he still had a hard life, because the groom stole the oats in his food. Tired of the trouble of keeping a horse, the gentleman sold Black Beauty again,

This time, Black Beauty was lucky to have a kind-hearted new owner; a cab driver in London called Jerry. What’s more, Jerry’s families were all kind-hearted, which made Black Beauty happy to bear the hard work of pulling a cab every day. By chance, he met Ginger. She was mistreated as a cab horse; in such a great pain that she was longing for death. And soon, it came true. At the same time, Jerry became weaker and weaker, and finally he was ill in bed after waiting for two customers on a bitter cold night. After his recovery, Jerry was told not to work as s cab driver any more, so Black Beauty was sold again.

Black Beauty’s new owner, a corn dealer, was kind to him, but the dealer’s foreman, Jakes, often overworked the horse and used the bearing rein. Once advertised by a kind lady, Jakes was easier on Black Beauty. However, the dark stables nearly made Black Beauty blind. After sold to work as a cab horse again, Beauty was too old and too weak. Once he was exhausted because of the heavy load. Saved from being put down by a doctor, Beauty found a new owner, a farmer. With full effort, he rejuvenated Beauty and sold him to Miss Ellen and Miss Blomefield. To Beauty’s surprise, he met Joe Green there. Form then on, Black Beauty began a happy life at his last home.

After reading this book, one may admire Black Beauty’s strong will, persistence, and loyalty, or feel sympathetic on him and feel happy for him to get a happy ending. However, it needs our deeper thinking, a much deeper thinking. In fact, Sewell doesn’t only focus on showing Black Beauty’s great characteristics. By telling Black Beauty’s whole life story, she aimed at revealing the hard life of animals at that time and altering us the crime of those who abuse animals.

From Beauty’s suffering during his whole life time, we can see the tragic life of animals at that time. Some people ran after the so-called fashion blindly. In order to satisfy their own vanity，they ignored animals’ great pain. For example, Sir Oliver’s shortened tail. What the so-called fashion gave animals is great pain rather than a beautiful appearance. Some people knew nothing about how to keep animals, and were always making them work all day long. They abused the animals to make as much money as possible until they died. Therefore, on the day when the animals died, their holiday was on the way. For example, the poor Ginger that died for overwork. Though some people kept animals well, their main purpose was to have fun and to show off. They were more abominable. For example, in order to hunt for a hare, the rider killed himself at last and caused the wounded horse’s death. As Beauty said, it wasn’t worthwhile, wasn’t it? In fact, the abuse of animals not only happened in the past, but also today, maybe right at this moment, a civilized age. Years ago, I got to know that a few girls cut down a cat’s feet, and then threw it on the street, leaving it bleeding to death. And the year before, it was reported that a student from QingHua University, gave black bears sulfate to drink, which gave black bears a great pain. As to the facts that some old or sick animals are abandoned, it has been very common. Although some organizations aiming at protecting animals have been set up, the abuse of animals can not be prevented. Among them,my favourite book is《Love or money》。It tells a rich women death without.Everyone is suspect,and they greeted her moneys mouth water.Her little daughter threatens her,to obtain money;on the surface seems to love her big daughter to reasons but hater mother;her son to a piece of land and mother fell out……

Pride and Prejudice is my favorite novel, which impresses me for a long time. It describes a love story mainly between Elisabeth, who I like the best, and a rich and proud man, Darcy.

The story began with the arrival of a crowd of rich men who rent a house near the Bennet. In a ball, Elisabeth gave such a bad impression on Darcy’s first pride that she refused Darcy’s first proposal. Darcy was so surprised by Elisabeth’s refusal that he loved Elisabeth more deeply. And Elisabeth’s antipathy made Darcy realize his shortcomings. He was not angry about Elisabeth’s censure, but also he changed his previous proud attitude.

During Elisabeth’s travel in Darcy’s manor. Darcy was very nice to her uncle and aunt, different from previous proud attitude. When one of Elisabeth’s sisters ran away with Wickham, Darcy helped Elisabeth find her sister and prevent her sister from the loss of reputation, with nobody knowing that it was he who helped the Bennet. So many changes in Darcy eliminated Elisabeth’s prejudice. At last it end with their marriage.

Taking the daily life as its material, this story reflected the life and love in a conservative你 and blocking England town. It reflected the author’s view about marriage that it is fault to marry for property, money and status and it is also foolish to take these elements into account. In fact Darcy’s pride manifested the gap between their statuses.

Since his pride existed, there is no ideal marriage between Elisabeth and Darcy. From the different attitudes from Darcy’s two proposals, it reflected the feminine pursuit of personality independence and right equality, which is a progressive character from the image of Elisabeth.

Not long ago I just read the English version of "Diary of Anne Frank." In fact this is not the first time I read this book. When I first read it in elementary school and read the Chinese version. Then still small still can not read that means nothing. Now it seems there feeling very deeply.

Anne Frank was a Jewish girl. She could and ordinary girl living a happy life but she was not hiding different parents attic. Anne all day hiding in dark little attic to escape the Nazis killing. She could not get close to nature can not be friends like before play. In the shadow of the shadow of death Anne only keep a diary to get through tough every day. For her the diary as her friends her only friends can rely on and talk. She wrote in her diary a lot there are silent on the racial discrimination complaint more of the outside world the natural yearning for thinking about life.

From her diary I can imagine she was helpless fear but a more leisurely and calm. This is a great girl.

After reading the "Diary of Anne Frank" my heart is very heavy. Nazi racial discrimination maiming and killing innocent pretty much the same as Annes children. War is always nasty it makes human experience is a market catastrophe.

Thank you "Diary of Anne Frank" and let people see the ugliness of war to get people to think about and condolences for the unfortunate people.

After I read "the destruction of the old Summer Palace", I think the robbers very hateful!

In 1860, British and French troops robbed the old Summer Palace treasures, later gave burning yuanmingyuan. Later came to rob the eight yuanmingyuan artefacts. This proves that the qing dynasty backward and corruption. Only man can have a good life in the palace in qing dynasty, the beggar day all the people will come in.

When the bad guys to the emperor ran, garden soldiers had to keep watching cultural relics were robbed. Many people committed suicide. Delays are dangerous, so, we want to be strong. Only in this way will not be bullied.

We cant forget about the old Summer Palace, yuanmingyuan many treasures were lost to overseas, spent tens of millions of Chinese people bought things looted, let us make more think more angry, it also suggests that weaker underdeveloped countries at that time, will in this way, if the country strong we will not be bullied, also wont spend money to buy back their own stuff.

Now the old Summer Palace was the invaders to its former glory, thought of these I felt so angry and infinite regret.

我读了《圆明园的毁灭》后，我觉得那些强盗十分可恶!

1860年英法联军抢了圆明园的宝物，后来把圆明园给烧了。后来八国联军又来抢圆明园的文物。这证明了清朝的落后和腐败。在清朝只有皇宫里的人才能过好日子，百姓全部要过那种要饭的日子。

在坏人来的时候，皇帝跑了，守园士兵只好眼睁睁的看着文物被人抢走。许多人都自杀了。落后就要挨打，所以，我们要强大起来。只有这样才不会被人欺负。

我们不可以忘了圆明园的事，圆明园许多宝物都流失到了海外，中国人花了几千万买回了被掠夺的东西，让我们后人越想越气愤，这也说明国家那时候弱小不发达，才会这样，如果国家强大我们也不会被欺负，也不会再花冤枉钱买回属于自己的东西。

如今的圆明园已被侵略者掠去了昔日的辉煌，想到这些我感到无比的愤怒和无限的惋惜。
