在刚刚结束的期末考试里，我犯了很多不该犯的错误。

首先我要改掉考试不细心读题目的坏习惯。有时候我往往看着题目前面就顺手把后面的问题写上了，但是却错了很多。这也许也和答题技巧有关系。总之，通过以后的练习，我一定要在考试的过程之中认真审题，自习读题，把题目看准、看好。时间允许的时候要多检查几遍，绝对不允许自己再犯类似于这样的无谓的错误。

第二句话是：平和是应对之策。一位专家说：“考试，六分考实力，四分考心理。”就是说一个人心理调节成功与否，将会极大的影响到他的考试成绩。所以我们要在考前把自己的心理调节在最佳状态，这种状态就是平常心，平和心。首先，目标定位要适当。如果把目标定位过高，就会为难以达到目标而增加考试焦虑，影响正常发挥;但如果定位太低，也会影响潜能的发挥。心理学中有一个定律叫做叶克斯一多得森法则，该法则描述了焦虑程度和效率之间的关系：焦虑程度过高和焦虑程度过低时的效率都很低，而中等焦虑时的效率最高。所以，适度的考试焦虑有利于提高学习效率和学习成绩。其次，对结果的期望值要适当。不与同学攀比，而只与“以前的自己比”，今天比昨天好，明天比今天好。对每个同学来说，只要在考试中发挥出自己的水平就是成功。我们要做到十六个字：强化信心、优化情绪、进入状态、充分发挥，战略上藐视敌人，战术上重视敌人。

第三句话是：方法是决胜之关键。很多同学都有过这样的经历：考前会做，考试出错，考后难过。这实际上是关乎考试方法的问题。我们要调整好临场心态，运用好考试技巧，掌握先易后难，先熟后生的考试方法。拿足基本分，争取得高分。考卷发下后，先浏览一遍题目，做到心中有数，以区别对待各档题目;做容易题时，要争取一次做完做全，不要因为得意而出现了“中间拉空”的情况;做中等题时，要静下心来，尽量少失分;对付难题时，可反复阅读，仔细推敲;如果遇到认为应该能做却怎么也做不出的题目，不能在那儿“死缠烂打”，要学会“绕道”，等其它题目做完后再回过头来集中攻关。最后要掌握复查方法。复查的主要内容包括：审题是否正确、有无漏做题目、问题的阐述解答是否准确、有无笔误，计算结果是否精确等。

当然，语文教学的精华全在课堂上。一节课仅有45分钟，如何调控和把握这个时间，使学生在学习知识的过程中能够循序渐进，由浅入深，学以致用，这就需要老师作为引导者应该懂得调控艺术，做到收放自如，寻找具有科学性又具有艺术性的教学行为，不断学习新课程理论，将理论与实践相统一，使教学行为上升到理论高度。而我发现在教学过程中出现理论与实践脱节的现象。教师要把课堂45分钟用足用好，争取最佳的教学效果，这是老师的本分，老师要对学生负责。

纵观近几年的中考试题，试题的人文特征越来越突出，对学生的感悟能力要求越来越高，这就需要教师的教学方法相应的做出改变。我发现在我的课堂教学行为中，存在一下两个问题：

1、重分析，轻感悟。“语文”姓“语”，“语”就是语言，学好语言，最重要的途径就是品味和感悟。对课文中的精妙的语言，如果教师分析过多，势必限制了学生的思考空间，最好的方法就是让学生在阅读中去品味、去感悟。

2、重应用，轻精神。语文是鉴赏的，也是人文的：语文课堂教学也应以培养学生的人文精神为宗旨，以奠定学生的正确价值取向为根本。适量地进行专题训练与辅导是不可少的，但不能仅仅以考试为标准，更要重视学生人文素养的提高。另外，课堂教学不能仅限于课本文本内容的讲解，应重视知识的相关拓展和迁移训练，尤其是语文学科的学习。

3、作为教师，我觉得听课非常重要，有助于教师取长补短，听其他老师的课给了我受用不尽的知识和财富，其中感受最深的一点就是听课让我通过人事他人，审视自己，得到了改变和提高。

学生是教学的对象，学生就像工厂加工的产品，学生的学习质量决定了一个教师教学行为的成败，体现了一个学校的优劣。学生才是教学工作的生命线。针对语文学科，有不少学生的学习观念仍未改变，认为听与不停一个样，考试即使考不了高分但也不会比别人差多少，带着兴趣学的学生并不多，学习观念的落后与偏颇导致学生阅读量太少，知识面太窄，基础知识相当匮乏，出现许多错别字、错用词语现象，一遇到仿写句子等题就束手无策，作文写作立意不新颖，主题不突出，内容太肤浅，有的学生学习态度不端正。作为老师应负一定的责任，要教给学生学习方法，要改变学生的学习观念和态度，另外，更重要的是要提高自身的修养和专业水准以及教学艺术，先把学生的学习兴趣培养起来。

我知道了时间的宝贵，就身体力行，做事不拖拉不松懈。我国清代文学家蒲松龄，多次科考都名落孙山，后来专心创作，为了激励自己，他在铜镇尺上刻了一副对联：“有志者事竟成破釜沉舟百二秦关终归楚;苦心人天不负卧薪尝胆三千越甲可吞吴。”蒲松龄正是用项羽破釜沉舟大破秦兵，和勾践卧薪尝胆终于灭掉越国的历史故事来激励自己埋头写书的。由于他从不懈怠，终于创作出传世佳作《聊斋志异》。蒲松龄的故事，给我很大启发，立下志愿，要努力奋斗，争取成功。人们做事情，开始时热情高涨，劲头十足，但往往是虎头蛇尾，不能坚持到底，圆满结束。“靡不有初，鲜克有终”说的就是这个道理。这句名言时时鞭策我，做事不要惧怕困难，要坚持到底。

书籍给我力量，教我如何做事，教我如何做人。李白“天生我才必有用”的诗句，使我明白了：人要有所作为，人能有所作为;孙膑修兵法、司马迁写《史记》的故事告诉我，做人要自尊自爱，力争上游，不甘落后。这样才能化腐朽为神奇，变耻辱为光荣;齐桓公重用曾经是自己对手的管仲，告诉我对人要宽容大度，更需要的是理解与信任;东汉太学范式不远千里探望朋友，它告诉我“言必信行必果。”

名人给我力量，名言伴我成长，人类积累起来的一切经验与智慧，在知识的彼岸在等待着我们，等待我们去采撷去吸收。而到达彼岸的航船就是读书。开卷有益，让这些名人名言作为我们心中的灯塔，为生命之舟导航，让我们在生活的波涛中不畏困难，劈波斩浪，驶向理想的彼岸。

This morning, my father took me to school by bike. I sat at the back of the bike, eating abanana. After I ate it up, I threw the skin onto the street randomly. No sooner had I done thisthan I realized that I had done something bad to our environment. And maybe someone wouldstep on it and tumbleover. I must pick it up. Thinking of these, I asked father to stop. I jumpedoffthe bike and ran back to pick up the banana skin and threw it into a roadside dustbin. Seeingthis, father praised me and I felt very happy.

上学路上

今天早晨，爸爸骑车带我去上学。我坐在后车座上，吃着香蕉。吃完后，我顺手将香蕉皮扔到了街上。我马上意识到我的所作所为破坏了我们的环境，或许有人会踩在上面而跌倒，我必须把它拾起来。想到这些，我让爸爸停车。我跳下自行车，跑回去拾起香蕉皮，并扔到了路边的垃圾箱里。看到这些，爸爸表扬了我。我感到很高兴。

将来我要更自觉地保护周围的环境，更多地为他人着想。

这次英语期中考试我没有考好，没有达到期中考试前制定的目标。我知道父母和老师对于我有着很大的期望，可是我还是没有考好。对于这点我感到十分抱歉。但是既然犯了错误就要改正，所以，通过考试我也想了很多。我知道期中考是一面清澈的镜子，在它面前，我羞愧地低下了头。仔细看看试卷发现竟然错了很多不该错的地方。我的基础知识部分扣了很多分，主要是单词掌握不好。阅读题扣了8分，说明我的阅读量不够，我的阅读速度慢影响了做后面的题，思考的时间少了。老师狠狠地批评了我。我的这次英语作文只得了8分，这与我的词汇量不够，阅读积累不够有很大的关系，分析原因，主要是课前没有做好预习，课堂上没有积极的举手发言，课后不认真复习，把写作业当成一种完成任务。

于是，在期中考的时候，我得到了我应有的“报应”。 经过我的仔细反思，有这样的结果是我 在做作业时，囫囵吞枣，没有仔细审题，认真做题，这让我失去了一次特别好的自我提高的机会。我应该把写作业当成一个新的开始，而不是上一段学习的结束，每一次的作业都要当做一次小的考试。我要增加一些仿写和阅读的练习。在今后的学习中，我在课堂上要积极回答问题做好笔记，多记一些老师拓展的知识点，每天回家要复习一遍老师讲的内容，认真完成一篇阅读与完形填空，我有上进心想去学更多的英语知识，自己努力，超越自己，比别的同学更好。

从现在到期末考试的这段时间，我们要更好地学会合作学习和自主学习。

所谓合作学习，就是要充分发挥好小组学习方式的优势，以小组为单位，狠抓落实。同学们要团结协作，优势互补，促进彼此共同进步。落实任务要在小组内得到执行，作为小组学习的重中之重，在合作学习的同时，还要提高自主学习能力，提高学习效率，使学习一直处于不断的良好循环之中。

距离期末已经很近了，而期末考试的内容又较期中增加了很多，知识点多了，知识面广了，难度也就提高了。课程很紧，任务很重，需要我们认真对待。

现在正处于“高原期”，在这段时间内我们还要不断地进行自我状态的调整，不论是“身”还是“心”，都要尽量调整到最佳状态。朋友们要多交流，有利于减压，每天都保持一份好心情，这样才能更好地投入到学习中去。

经过这段时间的学习，希望可以在期末取得更好的成绩。

Last summer vacation， I went to Chengdu with my parents. We took the plane to Chengdu . It took us about two hours to get there . Chengdu was one of the biggest cities in China . the weather there was neither too hot nor too cold . My parents thought I was very tired and busy in school ， so they wanted me to have a good rest . There were lots of mountains in Chengdu . At first ， we climbed the Longquan Mountain . It was too high. The trees were beautiful and birds sang songs in the trees. I felt very happy and relaxed. 也许成功太宠爱我了，每次考试成绩总在90分以上，这使得我变得十分骄傲自满，一次次在自我满足中陶醉。然而，上帝却不会每次都给我成功，这次期末考试彻底打破了我自以为简单但实际却复杂得多的考题的自信。

这次的政治开卷考试，考试的结果不尽人意，但是我自认为我还是比较重视政治的学习的。上课的时候听讲认真，笔记细致。但是成绩却不近人意，我觉得原因如下。

第一，课后的及时巩固与复习没有到位，有的时候看看就过去了，却忽略了更深层的问题，导致不细心，错了很多不该错的。

其次，考试时候的方法也不是很好。

然后，许多已经会背的内容在考试中却异常的忘记很多，我想可能是基础不牢导致成绩下滑。

还有，考试前复习不认真，审题不仔细，答题不严谨，内容掌握不熟悉。

总之，我以后会更加认真对待政治的学习的，自觉的进行课后的复习巩固，不再临时抱佛脚。我以后应该在开卷考试之前在书上重点问题的页上贴上粘贴条，这样，考试前不会很慌乱，也节省了很多时间。

希望在下次的考试中，能看到我的进步。
