初三?一提起初三，人人自危，都听过了初三的鼎鼎大名了，反正我对它是挺敬畏的了，我巴不得“初三”这个词从来就没有过!

通过这次考试，我体会到，在教学中，哪怕是教师对内容讲很多遍，也仍会有部分学生掌握得不好。学生的认知能力有强弱之分，我们不能认为自己讲了很多遍之后，学生就记住了、掌握了。学生的基础层次不一，我们不能用一个尺度去要求所有学生，那么有部分学生对某些内容没有掌握好也就不足为奇了，所以在我们以后的教学中要经常去查漏补缺。

其次，我感到课堂上学生听课的有效性较差。有时候我发现班上有一部分学生上课听得不认真。虽然，这些学生中并不全是思想开小差的，很多都是不积极参与的，感觉课堂与他无关。实践证明，只有让学生经历知识的形成过程，他才能有效地掌握所学的知识。从这次考试上也充分证明了这一点。有些题目已经反复强调过，但仍有部分学生出错，比如简便计算的125×88和99×56+56，这两道题在我们的作业本上已经原题出现了四五次，但考试还是有十几个学生出错。

第二学期的初三语文教学工作又结束了,反思这一学期的语文教学，作一小结，以鞭策自己更好地迎接新一学期的到来。

面对中考,我认为只有语文的基础夯扎实了，才有能力进行更高层次的追求。语文教学的脚踏实地还体现在日积月累的坚持性上，教学反思《初三语文期末教学反思》。首先要让学生明白语文学习不是一蹴而就的事情，不是凭小聪明就能学好的科目，必须有着坚持不懈的精神。因此，我要求每位学生都有一本积累本，坚持积累，争取做到厚积薄发。积累还体现在课外阅读上，争取做到每天阅读一篇课外阅读，潜移默化地提高自己的阅读能力。

对学生而言，最大的快慰莫过于解答试题时能展现出一种从容、敏捷、高效的能力，而语文学科和其他学科相比，应试倾向最不明显，并不是讲什么考什么，试题内容和教学内容的直接联系表现得最不明显，很大程度上体现着对本学科整体素质的考查。题海战术不适合语文学科，靠大量做题难以培养出学生的综合语文能力。中学语文不在深，而在广。学生的知识面和阅读范围决定了语文综合素质的高低，而现在初三学生学习紧张，课下学习的时间主要用于数理化、英语上，根本没有时间去读一些文学作品，甚至可以说学生根本没有属于自己的时间，更不会静下心来去品味欣赏文学作品，而现在社会读书风气也不乐观，学生接触的东西都很低俗，所以良好的语文学习环境的缺少也是导致学生语文综合能力差的原因之一。鉴于此种情况，对于语文的学习，我认为关键要靠课堂教学，而语文课堂教学关键在于教师，在于教师的观念和教学设计上。

当然，语文教学的精华全在课堂上。一节课仅有45分钟，如何调控和把握这个时间，使学生在学习知识的过程中能够循序渐进，由浅入深，学以致用，这就需要老师作为引导者应该懂得调控艺术，做到收放自如，寻找具有科学性又具有艺术性的教学行为，不断学习新课程理论，将理论与实践相统一，使教学行为上升到理论高度。而我发现在教学过程中出现理论与实践脱节的现象。教师要把课堂45分钟用足用好，争取最佳的教学效果，这是老师的本分，老师要对学生负责。

纵观近几年的中考试题，试题的人文特征越来越突出，对学生的感悟能力要求越来越高，这就需要教师的教学方法相应的做出改变。我发现在我的课堂教学行为中，存在一下两个问题：

1、重分析，轻感悟。“语文”姓“语”，“语”就是语言，学好语言，最重要的途径就是品味和感悟。对课文中的精妙的语言，如果教师分析过多，势必限制了学生的思考空间，最好的方法就是让学生在阅读中去品味、去感悟。

2、重应用，轻精神。语文是鉴赏的，也是人文的：语文课堂教学也应以培养学生的人文精神为宗旨，以奠定学生的正确价值取向为根本。适量地进行专题训练与辅导是不可少的，但不能仅仅以考试为标准，更要重视学生人文素养的提高。另外，课堂教学不能仅限于课本文本内容的讲解，应重视知识的相关拓展和迁移训练，尤其是语文学科的学习。

3、作为教师，我觉得听课非常重要，有助于教师取长补短，听其他老师的课给了我受用不尽的知识和财富，其中感受最深的一点就是听课让我通过人事他人，审视自己，得到了改变和提高。

学生是教学的对象，学生就像工厂加工的产品，学生的学习质量决定了一个教师教学行为的成败，体现了一个学校的优劣。学生才是教学工作的生命线。针对语文学科，有不少学生的学习观念仍未改变，认为听与不停一个样，考试即使考不了高分但也不会比别人差多少，带着兴趣学的学生并不多，学习观念的落后与偏颇导致学生阅读量太少，知识面太窄，基础知识相当匮乏，出现许多错别字、错用词语现象，一遇到仿写句子等题就束手无策，作文写作立意不新颖，主题不突出，内容太肤浅，有的学生学习态度不端正。作为老师应负一定的责任，要教给学生学习方法，要改变学生的学习观念和态度，另外，更重要的是要提高自身的修养和专业水准以及教学艺术，先把学生的学习兴趣培养起来。

I took my school report and came back home cautiously only to find mother wasnt at home. She went to my aunts and wou!d come back in the evcning. I knew that fiom a note on the table. I was still a little bit frightened as if mother would come back suddenly.

Seeing the low marks on the school report and remcmbering mothers cold face, I almost trembled with fear. lf mother know I got so low marks oa the subjects, especially English, she would tear all my cartoon books which are my fovourite. I have been treating them as my own life for a long time. But mother always thought cartoon diverted my attention from study and had a bad effect on me. Frankly speaking, I had realized it. 在求学之际，有过不少次考试，然而，每一次的成绩都不同，考试的前后也不一样。

记得2002年度，由于“非典”的原故，把考试时间推到一开学。当时，放暑假，我每天都像井底之蛙一样，呆在家里，不是吃喝就是睡。父母每天都叮嘱：“不准看电视，今天要看两本书。”可我总是看电视不看书。就是这样，把爸爸买的练习册扔到九霄云外，把姑姑买的课外书视如宝贝。

时间过得飞快，考试的日子来了。当时，我的心情非常紧张，心里非常后悔当初为什么不复习?为什么要不听父母的话……

试终于考完了，我叹了一口气，心想，这次可惨了，回到家里怎样交代?成绩出来了，我愣了一下，不相信自己的眼睛：语文91。5分，数学98分，英语99。5分。竟然获得总分全级第一名呢……

周五，在这个阴云密布的早晨，进行了让人紧张而又难忘的英语期中考试。

早读课时，我认真地阅读着英语书，生怕漏掉了什么，使得没能考到好成绩，不过，当时并不是很紧张。就在这时，我听到了让老师领卷子的广播，心里默默地想：放松，放松，我可以考好的，为什么要紧张呢?虽然，我竭力地安慰着自己，可是紧张的感觉，却油然而生。突然，四(3)班的老师走了进来，原来，她就是我们这次的监考老师。开始放听力的录音了，声音震耳欲聋，有一道题目没能听清，结果就蒙了一个答案，心里暗暗地想：惨了，这个题目没听清，如果蒙的答案是错的，岂不是要拖累自己了?后面的笔试部分我觉得很简单，于是就没有认真检查。

第二天，报成绩时，我的心“扑通扑通”地跳着，脑神经简直绷到了极点。虽然得到了一个不错的成绩：98.5，但是那依然不是我心目中理想的成绩。果然，我没听清楚的那道听力题不出所料错了和一个单词少了复数形式的“S”。顿生悔意，如果我当时检查一遍或许就只会错一道题了。

这次考试，因为我粗心和对题目的轻视而犯下的错误，铭刻在我的脑海里，从今以后我不能再让自己重蹈覆辙，要认认真真地做好每一件事。
