一、教学经验

1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

2.严宽结合，狠抓课堂常规。我一直坚持对学生充满爱的教育，但绝不是无条件无原则的爱。尤其是在抓班级教学常规工作中，我更是注重严宽结合，当学生注意力集中时，我就抓紧讲解基础知识。当学生表现疲惫不专心时，我就放慢速度，运用课堂口令帮助学生集中精力。如：我要求学生坐端正会说：one-two-three学生就说：A-B-C并坐好。我要求学生认真听会说：Listen!学生要说：I will listen!总之，恰当的口令语是保证课堂顺利进行的重要条件之一。

3.以鼓励为主，关注学困生。我感觉教师的鼓励是学生奋进的催化剂，尤其针对学困生。平时我总是多给学困生表现的机会，及时肯定他们的进步，坚持给他们写鼓励性评语，让他们时时尝到成功的甜头。一学期下来，个班的学困生明显减少，并且普遍增强自信心，发挥出较强的主观能动性，激发出前所未有的兴趣和热情，英语成绩持续上升，在这次期末考试中脱颖而出。对于纪律不好的学生，我也是坚持多表扬少批评的原则，只要他们一有好的表现，我就会在全班同学面前大加表扬，强化他们已经形成的好习惯。确保班上每一个孩子都能参与到课堂教学的有效互动中，提高了课堂教学效率，在这次期末考试中四个班的成绩名列前茅。

二、不足之处：

1.对待学困生缺少耐心，没有关注好每一个学困生，为他们制定恰当的补习计划和措施。

2.经常犯急躁情绪，没有很好的反思自己的课堂教学而怪罪学生不会学习。

今后我会在原有成绩的基础上继续努力，潜心学习，积极探索更加有效地教学策略，关注每一个学生，为他们的终生学习奠定坚实的基础!

光阴似箭，期末考试的试卷发下来了，望着试卷上那一个个大红叉叉，我只能傻傻的看着，不知道该笑，还是该哭。

The way I go to school

I’m Li Hua.

I’m Li Hua. I go to school on foot. I have several reasons for that.

First, my home is not very far from my school, it is just about two kilometers away from school. It takes me about 20 minutes to get there. Second, walking to school is a kind of exercise. It is good for my health. Third, it’s pretty safe to walk to school because there is a lot of traffic on the road at this time of a day. So I prefer going to school on foot. 我们迎来了最后的期末考试。班上有一部分人被分到了四年级四班，我就在那些人里面。刚一来到考试的教室，所有人立刻拿起语文书，争分夺秒地看自己不太记得的知识点，生怕遗漏了一点点。呵呵，难怪古人说“临阵磨枪，不快也。”

我一拿到试卷，就飞快写起来，呵呵！我都会。有一题，要填关联词，教室里响起滴滴咕咕的声音了，我扫了一眼，他们都遇上拦路虎了，有很多人不会。不过我刚复习过，会写。不假思索，我就填写了答案，看起来，还是要全面复习，才能掌握知识。

考完后，教室里像炸开了锅一样，都在讨论关联词语那题该怎么写。他们异口同声地说：“完蛋了，关联词那道题我没有写出来。”

我却不以为然地说：“呵呵，那题很简单嘛。”。考试成绩发下来了，每个人心里都装着一只小兔子，越跳越快。拿到卷子一看，还可以，我考了95分。美妙的寒假开始了。

一次考试结束了，又一次考试迎来了。在忐忑不安与紧张中写完了试卷。拿到试卷，看到了那通红的分数。我什么也说不出来，只知道，这一次真的很差劲!

翻开试卷，一个个刺眼的红叉叉，红圈圈映入眼帘，再看看错了的题目，“山岛竦峙”睁着大眼却写成了“山‘鸟’竦峙”，更让人不可思议的是最后一个阅读题下有一个“6分”的题目居然没看见!除了沉默，我不知道还能做些什么!

考试之前还装了满满一肚子的自信，现在却被这刺眼的分数打到海底，很深，很深……看到这分数，我的眼泪就这么不争气的落下来;哭过之后，我沉默了，之后陷入沉思：每次都是这样，每次考得不好时都是哭哭啼啼，哭的一塌糊涂之后再怨天尤人，其实这种后果不都是自己造成的。一份耕耘就有一份收获没有辛勤的耕耘哪来的收获?平常只是囫囵吞枣的学，之后对自己期望这么高，还不是自己造成的!

只是说想赶上这个，想赶上那个，别人都在进步，只有我在不断后退，只能说自己不求上进罢了——可是，我何尝不想考一个令人满意的成绩啊!

一天一天过去，只能把握住时间不让它溜走，只能努力的一点一点追上别人，蓝天下的我显得如此渺小，何时才能向别人一样?

时间如流水般淌过，转眼间期中段考也已结束，成绩也已经公布了。望着试卷上的分数，我惊讶了。因为这并不是我真正想要的分数。为什么我不能考得再高一些呢！于是，我开始自我检查。

我每到考试的时候总因紧张而很着急，为此，我想出了几个办法。

1.解答题时，不要急于下笔，要先在草稿纸上列出这道题的主要步骤，然后按照步骤一步步做下来，不忽略每一个细节，尽量把每一道题都答得完整；

2.平时多做一些不同类型的题，这样就会对大多数题型熟悉，拿到试卷心中就有把握；

3.适当做一些练习。我想如果我能做到我以上提到的这几点，我一定能把考试中的失误降到最低。

因此，我一定会尽力做到以上几点的。

但我想单单只靠以上几点还是不够的，我还就该拥有几点科学应试技巧。于是，我根据我自己的实际情况想出了几点。

第一点：拿到考卷后，应把考卷整体审视一遍，看一看哪些题目比较容易，哪些题目比较难。

第二点：先从简单的题做起，把那些好拿的分数全部拿过来。

第三点：遇到难题，实在不能马上写出来的话，不要死死地盯着那道题，而忽略了别的题，应把所有会做的题做完才努力解答那道题。第四点：考完后，认真地检查，看看自己有没有把题目看错或抄错。

在下一次考试中，我一定会尽自己最大的努力做到最好.

My Views on Examinations考试之我见

tests will bring the examinees great pressure， which can affect their lives. A typical example of this is that most young students have worn glasses even though some of them are still children. For preparing for tests， they must spend a lot of time on doing their homework so that their eyesight becomes worse and worse. And the more time they spend on those， the less time they have for playing and relaxing. Consequently， there is a bad influence on their health.

Since school comes into being， the test standard has been used to appraise performance of students. So far it is still being used， which may suggest that actually there are some advantages in it. However， it is also highly possible that the test standard is a not ideal way to find out what students have learned and what they havent. Most school is still using it just because there is no better method to replace it.

In my opinion， the following three points are the critical flaws in the test standard.

One of the most harmful effects on the test method is that it will force us to study just for passing tests， not for acquiring knowledge especially in China. Obviously the final object of education is making us intellective by learning more knowledge. While the test is only a way to examine the level of students studies， it has been deteriorated to a sifter deciding the fate of students. Why can it be called a terrible sifter？ Now in the tests， which decide who can enter a higher school， thousands of poor students， who want a splendid future， must prepare for the tests by finishing a great deal of practices. Those practice tests are heavy-laden to them. So in this case， how can they be expected to study to obtain knowledge？ To them that are enough if they can reach the level which tests need. In the end what our nation will get， genuine persons with ability or just test robots？

在刚刚结束的期中考试里，我犯了很多不该犯的错误。

我一向数学很好，但是这次鬼使神差的，竟然错了很多不该错的地方。经过我的仔细反思，我想这和我计算不认真有着很大的关系，很多计算上的小错误让我丢掉了不少分数。

我明白老师对于我有着很大的期望，但是我还是没有考好。对于这点我感到十分抱歉。但是既然犯了错误就要改正，所以，透过考试我也想了很多以后必须要学习的东西。
