在依依不舍中告别吐鲁番的葡萄园，我们来到了此次丝绸之路旅行的终点站——乌鲁木齐，游天山天池，扮新疆姑娘，吃羊肉串，看惊险的“达瓦孜”高空走钢丝节目，尽情感受新疆的热情……

这次旅行，让我看到了祖国山河的美丽，体验了不同民族的风情，欣赏了古代人民的智慧成果，学到了很多历史和地理知识，还结识了很多新朋友。

Eating is a important part in our daily life.Up to now,many people waste food as much as they can.As a middle school ,I am very depressed.

绿地消融着，取代而之的是那贪婪、永不满意的沙漠。可罪魁祸首，却是人类自己！不敢想象，就这么样下去，地球会变成什么！撒哈拉大沙漠原本是一个很漂亮的地方。就是由于非洲地区的干燥炎热，使得它在三十年代到七十年代的时间内已经吞没了六百五十一平方千米的可耕地。现在，干旱已经波及到了毛里塔尼亚、马里、尼日利亚、乍得、苏丹、埃及、埃塞俄比亚等非洲的广大地区。

如果再不珍惜水资源，那么人类看到的最后一滴水将是自己的眼泪。几年前，我就看过央视播出的这则公益广告。那时候，很不以为然，认为那简直是危言耸听。我们这里山清水秀，溪里有水，田里有水，自来水管里有水，水多得很。我们用起水来一点都不吝惜，洗脸洗脚不关水龙头，妈妈洗菜洗碗也不关水龙头，我们觉得长流的水洗出的东西更干净。

去年，我看了中央电视台举办的一场关于节约水资源的晚会。一个来自甘肃名叫江涛的小女孩引起了观众和主持人的注意，她手里始终握着矿泉水，她太爱这甘甜纯净的水了，通过电视短片，我们了解了她的家乡，那里遍地黄沙，简直是一个不毛之地，她们一家吃用的水要借邻居的驴车到十几公里外的地方去驮，我看着她小小的年纪就要帮着妈妈去运水，躬着腰，用瘦小的手推着与她极不相称的笨重的驴车，喘着粗气，满头大汗地向前一步一步地挪去主持人说，那些水还又苦又涩，果真出现在镜头里的水里混浊不堪，可以说那样的水比我们洗过脚的水还脏。那天晚上，我第一次觉得我们以前那么大方地浪费水，简直是一种罪过。我郑重地对妈妈说：我们该节约用水了。

在1821年英国物理学家—法拉第发现了世界上第一台电动机，从此我们的幸福生活也就来临了。在中国直到1882年才在上海建立了第一座发电站，并且是英国人发明的，我当时看到这一行字，有种说不出的味道，我们自己用电，却是别人来告诉我们电源在哪里，真是无奈啊！

在这里让我知道了，中压交流电量最低，耗电却最高，而高压直流电量最高，好电却最少。在这种形势之下，我们因该选做事情效率最高，结果也最好的。在其中让我大饱眼福的是《照亮自己》这一机器，他运用电能转化为机械能，再变成电能，一种弹跳机器。同学们，你们知道吗？这对于我们社会用电很有用哦！比如说：当车子在高速公路上行驶时，车子产生的动能，产生的机械能，就能使路灯自己照亮起来。所么简捷啊！在现在社会中，酒吧耗电最大，其实这也可以运用到酒吧里来，当人们疯狂的跳舞时，是否想电灯已经筋疲力尽，当用上这一点，由于人们产生了动能，那么电能也可以让人们自由摆布了。

但在社会中，这一点还未实行，但我相信，如果我们能合理利用这些能量转化为电能，不仅可以达到节电的目的，同时还减少发电所耗得不可再生资源了。

当夜沉下来时，我们感到了黑暗的恐惧，当电灯照亮时，我们的心田温暖了，如果哪一天，电突然悄然离去，那时的天空不会再美丽，我们的生活不会再多姿多彩。电走了，不仅是点的流失，把我们的幸福也带走了。那时，我们的悔恨就没有任何价值，也没有任何意义了。

我们一定要节约用电，我们是一个有着13亿人口的国家，任何的小问题乘上13亿都将会成为一个大问题。我们节约用电不是喊口号，而是用行动去证明，我们也要理解“节约”二字的含义。当下了晚自习，我们看见教室内的电灯时否会将它关上，节约几度电呢？当你看完电视时，是否会将电插头拔掉呢？当空调独自在房间里吹着时，你是否会将它关掉呢？当你有时间时，你的衣服是否是你手洗的呢？如果你做到了，那你就做到了节约，如果没有，请你尽所能地做到。一件举手之劳的事，可以节约多少度电啊！

如果你真的不想让电资源流失，请你珍惜每一度电，请你尽量做到节约。如果电资源真的一去不回了，那美丽的彩灯也只会残留在记忆，那么灯再也亮不起来了，从此我们的心将永远地暗下去。

I will be a middle school student soon. when I look back on my pass days, I

find myself don’t make a difference, I play most of the time and don’t focus on

my study. Now I make up my mind. In the future days, I must study with all my

heart and learn as more as possible. So that I can store something for the

future.

This week I didnt do many wonderful things．

I went to learn developing film with my classmates on July 1st． It was easy and we all got good marks．

On July 4th， I went to school to learn， because I will be a junior three student soon． We would have to learn some lessons in advance． The weather was very hot． But I didnt feel that learning lessons was boring． Some teachers are new． They are good I think， although they are all looked strict． And the lessons were not too bad．

This week was the beginning of this summer holiday， but it was really typical ．
