人生有很多个第一次，我最难以忘却的莫过于妈妈第一次带我去游泳了。

我第一次游泳时是在6岁的夏天，那天真是令人难忘!可那滋味也真是令人不敢恭维!

去游泳前的几天，我因受不了夏日炎热的煎熬，曾多次请求妈妈带我去游泳，可妈妈总是不答应我，直到那天——

那天下午，妈妈突然对我说：“月月，咱们去游泳啊?”我听后，用半信半疑的眼神看着妈妈，随口问：“真的吗?”妈妈仿佛早已看透了我的心思，极其爽快的答：“当然了，妈妈还能骗你?走吧!”看着妈妈拿着早已准备好的游泳衣，我只好带着疑惑不解的心情跟在妈妈后边。坐到车上，我终于忍不住问：“妈妈，为什么以前我请求您带我来游泳，您都不答应，而这次却主动带我来呢?”妈妈听了，并没有回答我的问题，而是笑眯眯的对我说：“到了游泳馆你就知道了。”听了妈妈的话，我心想妈妈还给我留点悬念，这到底是什么原因呢?

During the summer vacations, I went to learn how to swim. When I went to theSwimmingpool, I saw many children swimming happily. The teacher taught me how to hold my breath. I was frightened at first, but gradually, I could stay in water for a long time. After some days, the teacher taught me leg- movements, hand- movements and so on. After ten days of training, I learned how to swim at last. Now I can swim freely in water. How happy I am!

Every time when summer comes, I am so looking forward to summer vacation, because I can make many plans in the long vacation. Last summer, I spent a month to stay with my uncle and his family.

They live in the north. When I got there, I found the weather there was not that hot and I liked the coolness. In the daytime, my cousin and I played on the beach, because we lived near the beach. I would paint pictures and wait for the water to wash they away. Sometimes my uncle would take his boat with us. We floated on the sea and appreciated the beautiful nature.

This is the best summer for me. I wish I could have chances to spend some time with them again. I will never forget those happy days.
