在2011年的世界锦标赛上太阳打破了1500米自由泳世界纪录2001年由格兰特哈科特和最长的世界记录在游泳的时候坏了唯一的男子游泳记录没有被殴打在科技时代。他赢得了400米和1500米自由泳在2012年的夏季奥运会成为第一个获得奥运金牌的中国男子游泳。

在2012年奥运会上他是一个两位男游泳赢得两个人冠军另一个是迈克尔·菲尔普斯。

The adult always warn us not to go swimming in the river.

They are afraid we will have accidents as the river has no safty measures.

夏天来了，妈妈总会去游泳馆游泳，每次妈妈出门的时候，我总是想和她一起去，但是妈妈说等下一次我放假了再去跟她学游泳。这次可算是等到了周末，我终于有机会和妈妈一起去了。

到了游泳馆以后，妈妈和我换好了衣服，来到泳池旁边。妈妈教我：“学游泳，第一件事是要学会如何在水中换气。”我按照妈妈教我的方法，先憋着一口气，在水里面待上几秒钟以后，再出来呼出气，在吸入一口新鲜的空气，这样子就能保持在水中有足够的氧气保持运动了。

学完换气之后，妈妈拉着我，慢慢的开始游泳，她抱着我的腰，让我掌握身体的重心，尽量把身体活动起来，在水中漂浮起来。一开始的时候，我并不能掌握其中的诀窍，总是会呛水，但是几次试水之后，我慢慢地在无形之中掌握了其中的要领。在妈妈的帮助之下，我学会了游泳。

虽然在学习的过程中十分的艰辛，但是凭借着不不断的努力，我还是学会了，以后就能和妈妈一起来游泳馆游泳了。这是我最开心的一天。
