这时，我突然看到姨丈正在不远处游泳，不禁喜出望外，连忙叫姨丈过来教我。姨丈把我带到中水区，他先叫我把头沉入水中，双腿往后抬高，两臂向外划。咦，果然向前进了一点!我高兴极了，不停地试。可是才游了几分钟，我就感觉全身发软，动作越来越不协调，身体一直往下沉，接着就慢慢地立了起来。姨丈又告诉我，手臂不要拉得太开，这样游很吃力。要想游得远，还要学会换气。我按他说的然后浮在水面上，等保存好了体力，深吸一口气，再继续往前游，这招可真灵，我用上了这招，竟然从游泳池的这头游到了对岸，可是我觉得我游的速度很慢。于是又去问姨丈，姨丈说：“你游得慢的原因是脚的动作不对，脚的动作本来是先放平，然后伸直，接着把脚慢慢地往里收，等收到一定程度后就用力把脚往后一蹬，最后再慢慢地把脚收紧，你试试这个方法。”于是我扶着水池的边缘用力地把脚照着姨丈说的反复练习，然后又游了一次，果然这次游得比上次快多了……

啊，我终于学会了游泳。这次学游泳的经历，让我不仅可以在泳池中一展风采，更教会我人生的真谛：只要我们努力学习，没有什么战胜不了的困难的。

一年有四季，夏季是我最喜爱的季节。金黄色，夏天的代表色，是啊，夏天是这么的灿烂，让人充满活力。而在这夏天，最好的放松方式与运动就只有游泳了。

今天又是一天炎热的一天，就是这样的一天，让我按耐不住我急着想到泳池里好好玩耍一番的心情。终于，在中午，妈妈决定要带我和表妹去游泳!到了游泳池，一阵清凉迎面而来，我和表妹迫不及待想要跳下去了。我们两个快速换好泳衣，扑腾的一声我们同时跳下水，溅起了好大的水花，水花从空中落下时，阳光洒在水珠上，水珠就像是一颗颗金黄色的珍珠，美不胜收!我和表妹玩起了水上排球，排球打在水上，溅起的水花洒在脸上、身上，凉爽极了。妈妈可是一位游泳健将，在水里就像美人鱼，一个个熟练的动作，还有那极快的速度……我羡慕死妈妈了，好棒的游泳技术!我决定要让妈妈教我游泳。

刚开始，我和表妹在水里那笨拙的动作让妈妈笑得肚子都疼了，然后妈妈就细心的教导，指出我们的错误与不足，告诉我们游泳的技巧……

从那以后我和表妹就经常嚷着妈妈带我们去游泳，我就拼命地游，想着妈妈教的技巧，想着每一个动作，一直以来，我都认真学习游泳。现在呀，我也是一个游泳的小行家了!

I like beach very much, I will go to the beach every summer. There is a small beach near my hometown, in the summer, there are many people go to the beach. They go to swimming, play with their friends. I will ask my brother to go there with me, we play the game hide and seek. I feel so happy in the beach.

我非常喜欢海滩，我每年夏天都会去海滩。我家乡附近有一个海滩，夏天，很多人在那里。人们去游泳，和朋友玩耍。我会叫我哥哥和我一起去，我们玩抓迷藏。我觉得在海滩上很开心。
