节日起源考证

我国的传统节日中秋节有悠久的历史，和其他传统节日一样，它的形式与意义也是慢慢发展形成的。古代帝王有“春天祭日，秋天祭月”的礼制，在《周礼》一书中已有“中秋”一词，并有相关的祭祀的记载。在民间，我国人民在古代就有“秋暮夕月”的习俗。夕月，即祭拜月神。在周代，每逢中秋夜都要举行迎寒和祭月。

后来贵族和文人学士也仿效起来，在中秋时节，对着天上又亮又圆一轮皓月，观赏祭拜，寄托情怀，这种习俗就这样传到民间，形成一个传统的活动。加之相关诗词的作用，中秋节更逐渐为人们重视。

农历八月十五是我国传统的中秋佳节“一年月色最明夜千里人心共赏时”。中秋因恰值三秋之半而得名又叫团圆节或月夕、仲秋节、八月节等。有关中秋节的来历众说不一据专家考证在中国传统的三大节日——春节、端午和中秋中中秋节形成最晚。

中秋节的习俗很多，形式也各不相同，除了我们所所熟悉的赏月和吃月饼之外，不同地区的人们也都根据自己的地域传统和社会风情来欢庆中秋，形成了带有浓厚地方特色的不同的中秋风俗。如南方许多地区盛行中秋赏桂和观潮，老北京流行玩兔儿爷，此外还有广州的树中秋、安徽一带的烧塔、香港的舞火龙等等，很多少数民族也有跳月、拜月等中秋习俗，这些活动大大丰富了我国传统节日文化。

虽然各地的习俗有所不同，但都寄托着人们对生活无限的热爱和对美好生活的向往。中秋节是人们一直都喻为最有人情味，最有诗情画意的一个节日。有人说，每逢佳节倍思亲，中秋节这一份思念当然会更深切，尤其是一轮明月高高挂的时刻。

说起中秋节，民间一直流传着多个不同的传说和神话故事，其中有嫦蛾奔月，吴刚伐桂，玉兔捣药，朱元璋月饼起义，唐明皇游月宫等故事。最为人熟悉当然是嫦蛾奔月，嫦蛾偷了丈夫的不死仙丹，飞奔到月宫的故事也有许多说法。在较早的记载中，嫦蛾偷吃了仙丹，变成了癞蛤蟆，被叫月精，奔月后，嫦蛾住在月宫其实是一个寂寞的地方，除了一棵树和一只兔子，就别无他物了。

每年农历八月十五日，是一年秋季的中期，所以被称为中秋。在中国的农历里，一年分为四季，每季又分为孟、仲、季三个部分，因而中秋也称仲秋。八月十五的月亮比其他几个月的满月更圆，更明亮，所以又叫做“月夕”，“八月节”。此夜，人们仰望天空如玉如盘的朗朗明月，自然会期盼家人团聚。远在他乡的游子，也借此寄托自己对故乡和亲人的思念之情。所以，中秋又称“团圆节”。

As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings. There are many different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution and so on. Water pollution cause many kinds of disease that have negative effects on human beings, sometimes the diseases will take people’s life away. Dirty air will increase the rate of getting lung cancer. While the noise pollution will cause insomnia. People’s health condition will be damaged.

In my humble opinion, people should take measures to control the pollution. Recently, not only the government, but also individual has taken part in the action of protecting the environment. This is a good sign. Rivers are being cleaned, air is purified, and the people come to realize that the importance of protecting the environment.

However, this is not enough, the problems are still exist. Not all of them have been solved. Some factories are still pouring dirty water into the rivers or give off the toxic gas into the sky. We should know that protecting the environment needs everybody’s effort.

中秋节是中国的传统节日，是一个喜庆的日子，是合家团圆的好日子。我国不同的地方，中秋节有很多不同的习俗。

中秋吃月饼，和端午吃粽子、元宵节吃汤圆一样，是我国民间的传统习俗。很多地方的人们都有互相馈赠月饼表达良好祝愿的习俗。月饼作为吉祥、团圆的象征，寄托着人们的美好愿望，吃月饼和送月饼的习俗从宋代一直延续至今。

每到中秋节，我们全家吃过团圆饭以后，妈妈就忙着准备拜月光的仪式。我会帮妈妈摆上很多水果和传统赏月食品： 田螺、柚子和芋头等等，当然少不了我最喜欢吃的月饼。知道我为什么喜欢吃月饼吗？ 因为月饼里面的馅儿可好吃了，甜甜的，滑滑的，很细腻。

中秋节有月饼吃，所以我最喜欢过的节日就是中秋节。
