People often ask and are asked that what is the most important thing in

life. Some people answer that family is the most important and others say love,

work or money. In my opinion, health is the most important in life. However, how

to keep healthy?

Firstly, being positive. A positive attitude towards life must be good to

health. It also brings you power to overcome disease. Secondly, taking exercise

regularly. Taking exercise regularly or even every day helps you build a strong

body which is the base of health. Exercise can improve the ability of the body

to fight disease. Thirdly, making friends, because friendship is an important

part to influence your health. Many studies show that people with a wide range

of social contacts get sick less than those who dont. I always feel better when

I am with friends than when I am alone. Finally, eating properly, having good

rest and building normal daily routine are aslo important to health.

Health is a problem we should attach importance to. Only build a healthy

body can us live a better life.

In China Mid-autumn Day is considered to be a symbol of family reunion. On this day all the family members gather together at home to celebrate this special occasion. Last year I could not celebrate the festival with my family because I was in university. However this special day left a deep impression on me.

I still remember the atmosphere of that evening. All the students who could not go back home assembled in our classroom having a party to celebrate this traditional festival. We tried our best to show our own enthusiasm. As an ethnic minority I performed a peacock dance which received warm applause. After the two-hour party we went out to the playground and sat together to appreciate the moon because it is a tradition on Mid-autumn Day. We ate moon cakes played cards and listened to romantic poems recited by one of our classmates. In that harmonious atmosphere nobody felt lonely or homesick even though we were far away from our homes.

Thanks to our classmates I experienced such a colorful and interesting Mid-autumn Day at my university. Thus I learned to value all the festivals I spent during my university life.

今天是中秋节，早上还真看不出来中秋的热闹，那平常不过的天却在晚上奇迹的出现那融烈的烟花，花儿是欢迎我似得笑灿了脸，转瞬又换成了下一个，还有那从邻居家传出的骰子声，“铛铛”响。

我呢?当然是跑到超市里买今天的奖品，食品区那里正可谓是超市里的一道风景线，都可以像骨牌那样推到一个全军覆没!我站在那真的有种想暴走的感觉，但事实是我紧咬着牙，忍着被挤的可能冲进去买，还好比较熟悉那里，三下五除，我就把想买的那一大袋抱在怀里，屁颠屁颠地走着。

当回到家时，迎面而来的是姐姐，把我的东西全捧进客厅的桌子上，当骰子和碗放在桌子上时，就决定了“博饼大赛”的开始啦!

轮回着，前几盘，姐姐运气超好，相反的哥哥的运气却超烂，其他人都满平稳的，姐姐那一笑啊，真要咧到耳朵根边上了，这次又轮到我了，我一把抓起骰子，使劲一掷， 骰子 “叮叮当当”的掉在碗中，砰发出清脆悦耳的声音。 骰子又像一只调皮的小猴子，在碗中打起转来。我口中虽然念叨着“胜败乃兵家常事”，可心理却没有大的把握。 骰子终于原地不动了，我小心翼翼地点着数：“一，二，三，四，五，六 是对堂，哈哈!” 我高兴的喊叫着……

家里荡漾着一片温馨的海洋，中秋的月亮现在看起来真的好圆好圆，好亮好亮……

每当中秋节，家家户户都会做月饼，我们家只要做好月饼，妈妈总会让我先给村里的长辈们送一些去。妈妈是一个非常善良的人，只要做了好吃的总会送给邻居长辈们一些，让他们也尝尝。

妈妈曾经给出国留学网讲过这样一个她亲身经历的故事：“那时候，家家都很穷，过年很多人家别说吃饺子，就连吃上一口好面馍都不容易。我拿着刚刚织好的一块布，准备过年做件新衣服。当我拿着布让你大娘帮我裁剪的时候，路过我们邻居强家，我听到了小孩的哭声。于是就跑到他们家去看看，结果看到他们家四个孩子都在被窝里，抱着被子在哭呢?你们哭什么呢?怎么不起床出去玩呢?“呜呜呜……我们没有衣服穿……呜呜呜……”孩子们说着又哭了起来。我一看四个孩子都光着腿，没有衣服穿。这时候他妈妈从外面回来了，哭着对我说，孩子们的衣裤都穿得烂得不能要了，没有布给他们做衣服，他们只好躲在被窝里不能出门。这时候妈妈就把自己手中的一块布送给了他们，让他妈妈给他们做衣服，虽然是杯水车薪解决不了太大的困难，但是对他们来说也是雪中送炭一样的温暖。后来他们家的孩子都长大了，都考上学出去参加工作了，他们家也搬去贵州了。但是这件事他们依然都还记得，每次回老家来都会来我们家坐坐，也会说起这件事。当时我只觉得自己少穿一件衣服，让孩子们高高兴兴过个年，没想到他们却记在心理了。所以当能帮人一把的时候，尽量伸出手帮一把，哪怕是自己少吃点，少穿点，也不能看着邻居挨饿受冻。”这就是善良的妈妈。

有时候看到这些好看又稀罕的月饼，我都想吃，不想送给人家，但是妈妈不愿意。总是对我说：“你先去给爷爷奶奶们送去，家里我给你留着，等你回来再吃。”于是我就会飞快地跑到邻居爷爷奶奶家，把妈妈准备好的月饼一家一家地送去。他们也会说：“尝尝我们家的月饼。”但是我总会飞快地跑回家，因为妈妈不让我随便吃人家的东西，总是告诉我说：“放下东西就走，人家给东西也不能要，要早点回来。”于是就这样我跑完一家又一家，送了好多人家，累得我气喘吁吁才算完成任务。

后来我长大了，但中秋节送月饼的传统依然在继续，这时候弟弟也长大了，总是我们两个人分头行动，这样就送得比较快一点。随着岁月的增长，一些年龄的大的爷爷奶妈们都相继去世了，能送的人家也越来越少了。这几年妈妈也很少回老家去了，爷爷奶奶都相继去世了，老家的长辈们也都不在了。中秋节的时候，拿起月饼才想起来已经无家可送了。

是呀!岁月催人老，不知不觉，妈妈也成老人了，我和弟弟都已经是中年人了。现在的中秋节都是弟弟开着车回家给叔叔家送月饼，爷爷辈的老人都已不在了。每当这个时候，我总会想起小时候，给他们送月饼，他们亲切地抚摸着我的头，夸我说：“一年不见，你看有长高了，也懂事了。”他们都是那么慈祥善良，每年的端午节，他们都会往我书包里塞鸡蛋，而且还嘱咐我说：“到学校别忘了把鸡蛋吃了，好好学习，将来能考一百分。”我就是在这些爷爷奶奶的祝福声中长大的。

过节了，这些难忘的往事又涌上了心头，虽然已经时过境迁，人已不再，但是这份情，这份关爱，却时时刻刻温暖着我!
