The usage of Internet becomes one of the most controversial topics in the society. As a student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than the way it harms me. There are many advantages for using Internet.

First, I can best use my time to find information online instead of going to different libraries. Also, the information can be dated back in decades ago. It is very helpful to use those information as reference and historical proof. In the library, it is hard to find so much "old" information. Another advantage to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. It is much more convenience to me because I can stay warm to have class in the winter time instead of spending two hours on the bus and physically attend class. However, there are also disadvantage of using Internet. For example, I might spend too much time on the Internet to concentrate on my study. There might be too much tempatation that I will access some of the harmful information I can on the Internet.Even though the usage of Internet has both positive and negative effect to me, I still consider Internet is a symbol of technology development. I began school at seven in accordance with the law in a remote village. Short of funds, the school had only a few classrooms, all poorly constructed.  to say, our teachers were few, too. Now more and more people get to know its important to protect our living environment.As a student，its my duty to do something for the earth. of my winter vacation.

But I havent bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I

listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside

and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends during the

vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year

and play table tennis tegether. And I watched the spring festival party of the

CCTV in the last seconds of the 2004 year! I think this is the thing most people

网络的确能带给我很多。有时一些灵活性的作业要查找资料时，网络就可以为我服务。当我有些问题不懂时，也可以去请教。如果我心情不好时，在论坛上发个帖子，就有人来帮助你排除不开心的一切。网络还可以给网民们一个虚拟的社会，虽然人物是虚拟的，可是人的个性、品质和才能都是真真实实的。它让我又获得了一个展示自己的舞台，当自己要改变自己一些想法做法时，可以先在网络里试试，发现不好的地方就可以改正。

刚开始的时候，我还真有点控制不住自己，总是想在网络里玩个痛快，但后来我就控制住了。这使我发现网络还有个优点，就是可以培养自己控制能力。虽然网络带给我的生活是虚拟的，却在无形中充实了真实的我。

当今是信息时代，飞速发展的科技改变了人们的生活，给人们提供了许多便利，我也从中获得了不少的收益。

作为一名学生，学习上难免会有一些困难。有时，老师讲的课听不懂，难题做不出，这个时候该怎么办呢?当然是上网查找相关的知识点了，网络几乎覆盖了各个领域，百度、360、谷歌等网站，所以大多数时候它都可以解决你的问题。网上回答不仅仅只有答案，还有解析，做到了“授人以鱼不如授人以渔”。记得有一次，一个数学题把我难倒了，我绞尽脑汁也想不出答案，然而老师讲得又让人难以理解，只懂其一，不懂其一。于是我上网查看答案，发现还有详细的视频解析，花了十几分钟终于把这个知识点弄懂了。心里有种战胜困难的成就感。

网络跨越了时间和空间，还能做到足不出户地买到东西。网络方便了人们的交流方式，过去古人见一次面最短也要几天，就算是书信交流也不会快到哪里去。而电话、微信、qq实现了“海内存知己，天涯若比邻”，仅仅几分钟就可以联系的远方的亲人或朋友。甚至与外国朋友进行交流，提高英语。还有网上的购物网站，让人在家就能收到自己想要的东西，方便又快捷。

网络无所不能，但也有利也有弊。我们要充分利用好它的好处，避开它的坏处，不做网络的俘虏，做网络的主人。

网络改变了我们的生活方式，做到了以前古人想都不敢想的事，节省了我们的时间，让我们了解了大千世界，享受到了生活中的另一种乐趣。
