《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

We all have our homes, some homes may be larger, probably smaller, and some at home, some of the possible ugly, probably prettier. My family is no exception Oh！ Here, let me introduce yourself！ My home, although small, very small, but my family is very nice, at first glance, neat, people look very comfortable.

Come into my house, first appeared in front of you is the living room, the living room is the center of a can pull shrink, brown table, at the table, three chairs, are Mom and Dad and my chair, and that in the southwest corner of a table, that is my position. In the living room wall, there is a very old painting, the painting is a bird on a branch of the scene. Left to go from the living room, is one of our room, where we usually watch TV, play computer ...... room northwest, is one of our computer, I find information tool. N the south, there is a TV, free when you can take a look at the news. Next to the TV is my homework place, where there is a multi—functional desk, you can put down a lot of books and stationery.

Go inside this room is our bedroom, with a bed, it was my mother just a place to sleep near the bed, there are a bed, it was my dad a place to sleep, the walls in the bedroom , he has painted a picture of my childhood, very beautiful. This is my home, you must feel it nice！

When I was in primary school, my mother sent me to learn ballet, like other

mothers, she hoped me to act like a princess, but I was not interested in

dancing, so I quit the class. Later my mother tried to send me to learn singing,

but I had no talent in it. When my mother’s friends were talking, they were so

proud of their children, because they had the talent in dancing and singing. I

felt a little loss, I must find my own talent and learn some skills. I found I

was very interested in painting, now I have learned it for four years, my

teacher speak highly of me.

I have a white cat. It is a present from my mother on my birthday. It’s very beautiful. I call it Mimi.

Mimi is very naughty. She likes to play with me. She often runs here and there and likes running after something. Mimi’s favourite game is playing with balls, ropes and stones. I love it very much. Sometimes, Mimi is very gentle. She likes to wash her face and doesn’t play with me. After lunch, Mimi often lies on the sofa to sleep. When I go home, Mimi often jumps onto my knees. I like to give a bath to Mimi.

Oh, my baby cat brings me much happiness. We are good friends. I love Mimi.

This summer, I move to a new city with my parents, and I transfer to a new

school. I used to live in the countryside, so my new life is so different from

before. The school is a little far from my home, so I go to school by bus. After

school, I have many activities in school. Classmates are friendly to me. I learn

English now. Its so interesting that I like it very much. Besides, life in city

is different. There are many interesting places to go. At weekends, my parents

take me outside. We go to the park, the zoo or go shopping. But we are not so

familiar with our neighbors. I think we should build good relationship with

them.

There is an old saying goes that failure is the mother of success. Everyone

confronts with failures even those famous and successful figures. Some people

say that failure lashes them to work harder. Some think that failures are so

depressing and we should not to make any failures. For me, I cherish failures

very much for we can realize our shortcomings from them.

First of all, we can learn from failure and get more experience. It is

indeed so disappointed when we confront with failure. However, we can always get

some experience from failures and makes us understand our weak point. If we can

learn from failure, then we will avoid such problem in the coming days.

Secondly, the more failures, the more successful we will be. As the old

saying goes that failure is the mother of success. The more failure we make, the

more successful we will be. If we make many mistakes, then we will learn a lot

from them and will do better when we meet the same kind of problems. This means

we will obtain great success if we meet more failures.

All in all, failure is a bad thing for people, but it is a good chance for

us to learn more from it and become successful in the future.
