这其中也包括不断重复的侮辱性手机短信、网络微博。校园暴力的具体表现形式有： 1、索要财物，不给就拳脚相加，威逼利诱。初一有位男同学，向全班男生借钱，名义上是借，实际上是敲诈。 2、以大欺小，以众欺寡。我们班有几位男生，经常欺负一位小男生，如有不从，就会被揍一顿。 3、为一点小事就大打出手，并伤害他人身体。有两位同学在打球时，身体不小心接触了一下，结果打了起来，一个出鼻血，一个眼睛被打肿。 4、同学间因“义气”之争，用暴力手段争长争短，大打出手。一女生听说另外有个女生在背后说她坏话，于是就纠结了一帮人，把那女生打了一顿。 5、一方不堪长期受辱，采取以暴制暴手段报复另一方。在某种程度上，校园暴力是社会暴力的一个缩影，但是校园暴力毕竟不是社会暴力本身，二者还是有所区别的。

面对形形色色的校园暴力，学校和家长重点还是在预防。首先，家庭教育是重中之重，家长应当关心孩子，加强与孩子的沟通。对于孩子的不良交往要坚决予以杜绝，以自身的榜样感染和影响孩子，教会孩子树立正确的人生观和自我保护方法。教育孩子保持一个积极向上的、快乐的心，广交朋友不要在孤立别人的同时孤立自己。还应当定时同学校保持联系，了解孩子在校状况，发现问题也可及时解决。比尔盖茨认为，一个能够开创一番事业的人必定是一个心胸开阔的人，人要成大事就一定要心胸开阔，只有养成了倘然面对、包容一些人和事的习惯，才能够在将来的事业上取得成功与辉煌。学校应当贯彻落实《义务教育法》和《教育法》，加大对教育的投入，加强德育教育，培养学生正确的价值观和道德观，加强法制教育，还应开展丰富的课外活动促进学生学习兴

今天，我观看了一部非常有教育意义的影片——《校园暴力》，它告诉我们在现实生活中该如何保护好自己，免受他人的侵害。

《校园暴力》讲述的是一位叫祥翔男孩的故事。一天，妈妈叫祥祥出来吃饭，叫了半天，却没有看见他出来，走进房间，发现祥祥昏倒在地上。妈妈赶紧把他送到医院，医生说：“祥祥是因为暴饮暴食才昏倒的。”妈妈觉得很奇怪，在妈妈一直追问下，苏醒后的祥祥只好向家人说出了自己遭到敲诈的真相。原来祥祥受到高年级同学的敲诈，每天都要给他们钱，，而且一次比一次多。每次祥祥给他们钱后，回到家就猛吃东西，不敢告诉父母和老师，才造成今天的后果。

同学们，如果这件事发生在我们身上，你们会怎么做呢？有的同学说：“我可以抓住一切机会，撒腿就跑”。假如跑不掉呢，难道像祥祥那样，乖乖的把钱奉上吗？有的同学说：“我和他们拼了，就是不给他们钱。”这样一来，可能自己的生命安全就要受到威胁了。有的同学又说：“告诉爸爸，让爸爸狠狠地揍他们一顿！”??。那么到底哪一种方法才是最可取的呢？我觉得最正确的做法是，当遭到第一次敲诈时，假装妥协，把钱给他们，记住他们的相貌，佩戴的校徽，然后告诉班主任或家长，甚至可以告诉警察叔叔，让他们保护自己！

省高院举办送法进校园暨惩治“校园暴力”新闻发布会

近两年我省校园暴力10大案例公布

每日甘肃网-兰州晨报讯(记者董子彪)9月9日，省高院在兰州市华侨实验学校开展送法进校园活动，通过公开发布全省法院依法惩处校园暴力典型案例、以案说法的形式，给广大中学生上了一堂法制教育课。在当日的发布会现场，省高院新闻发言人翟荣生发布了10大校园暴力典型案例，省高院少年法庭负责人介绍了全省未成年人犯罪案件总体情况。

2013年至2015年6月，全省各级法院共判处被告人41987人，判处未成年被告人1720人，占总人数的4.09%。其中，2013年判处未成年被告人801人， 2014年判处未成年被告人672人， 2015年1至6月判处未成年被告人247人，未成年罪犯人数呈逐年下降趋势。从被告人的犯罪年龄看，以已满16周岁不满18周岁的未成年人居多，共1485人，占生效判决未成年被告人数的86.34%。从犯罪类型看，主要集中在抢劫、盗窃、故意伤害等犯罪，其中，判处抢劫罪500人，判处盗窃罪483人，这两大类涉及侵犯财产的案件占生效判决未成年被告人数的51.15%。据介绍，青少年认知能力不足，自控能力低，是违法犯罪的主要原因。同时，家庭教育的误区，父母溺爱放纵不理性;学校教育的偏差和失当，使青少年远离违法犯罪的防火墙功能弱化;社会不良环境的污染，遍布在中小学校周围的KTV、游戏厅、台球厅、网吧等地也成为诱发青少年违法犯罪的温床。

典型案例选登

与他人绑架表妹怕败露3学生参与故意杀人

2011年10月25日晚，王某与李某某、李某预谋绑架其舅舅的孩子以勒索钱财用于网络游戏。次日下午5时许，王某在张掖市某小学等候表妹邵某某放学后，将其骗离学校带至甘州区一土坯房处，王某与李某某将邵某某杀害后逃离现场。当晚二人遇到李某后，王某告诉李某绑架了一个小女孩，并让李某去找30元钱购买手机卡，李某在明知王某购买手机卡是用于给人质家属发勒索短信的情况下，到其家中取了30元钱交给王某，王某购买了一张手机卡多次给被害人邵某某母亲发信息勒索赎金20万元。10月27日下午王某、李某被公安机关抓获。在王某的协助下，公安机关于当日将李某某抓获归案。

张掖中院审理后，以故意杀人罪判处王某有期徒刑十二年，李某某有期徒刑十年;以绑架罪判处李某有期徒刑三年，宣告缓刑四年。

未打扫卫生起争执酿命案3在校学生均获刑

郑某、李某、郑某某与被害人王某某系同班同学，2012年7月，因被害人王某某值日但未打扫卫生，郑某某与王某某发生口角;之后，王某某在路过郑某座位时在郑某背部推了一下，引发推搡厮打;一旁的李某、郑某某也参与到殴打中。最终造成王某某头部重伤，后经救治无效死亡。案发当日，郑某与郑某某先后被警方抓获归案，李某在其亲属陪同下投案自首。

法院一审后，判处郑某有期徒刑七年、李某有期徒刑二年、郑某某有期徒刑二年。一审宣判后，郑某、郑某某提起上诉，二审法院维持原判。

踢球发生口角殴打同学致脾脏切除

丁某某于2014年2月10日17时许，在兰州市某中学操场，因踢球与被害人张某某发生口角争执后继而相互殴打，后丁某某用脚踢打被害人的腹部，至其腹部受伤。经医院诊断：张某某腹部闭合性损伤，脾破裂。经司法鉴定，张某某所受损失属重伤二级。 法院一审，判处丁某某有期徒刑一年六个月，缓刑二年。

为女友争风吃醋中学生持刀防卫过当酿命案

王某某因民勤县某中学学生罗某与自己的女朋友关系密切而对罗某心生不满。2014年4月的一天，王某某见罗某又与自己的女朋友在一起，遂与罗某发生争吵并打了罗某一记耳光，罗某怀恨在心。2014年5月30日11时许，罗某与白某某纠集其他三位同学，在民勤县城拦住王某某打了一记耳光，其他同学也上前打斗。王某某遂掏出随身携带的水果刀乱刺，将罗某左腋部、右背部刺伤，白某某右胸部刺伤，白某某经抢救无效死亡。当日11时47分，王某某到民勤县公安局城关派出所投案自首。

法院审理后，一审以防卫过当、故意伤害罪判处被告人王某某有期徒刑四年。 多次抢劫他人钱款父亲携子自首退赃获缓刑

2013年11月16日晚，清水县某中学学生马某以及同学将另外三人拉到清水县妇幼保健站旁边的巷道里，对三被害人强行搜身，共搜出现金12元及两张银行卡，逼问出密码取出1300元现金后，将所抢现金挥霍一空。

2013年11月24日下午6时许，马某、马某某(清水县某中学学生)在天水农校门口，

与清水县某中学学生张某某相遇，两人对其强行搜身，在抢得张某某携带的5万余元购房款后逃往杭州。马某、马某某二人在将大部分赃款挥霍后返回天水，后在二人父亲的带领下到清水县公安局投案自首，所抢赃款由其监护人主动退还被害人。

清水县法院审理后，以犯抢劫罪判处马某有期徒刑二年零十个月，缓刑三年，并处罚金5000元;判处马某某有期徒刑一年零六个月，缓刑二年，并处罚金5000元。 体罚学生致重伤老师自首获缓刑

刘某系通渭县某学校三年级班主任。2014年12月3日，刘某因该班学生张某犯错误在其脸上打了两巴掌。上午课堂上，刘叫张某将双脚搭在课桌上，双手撑在地面做“俯卧撑”，同时用拖把在张某屁股上击打;下午课上，因张某再次犯错，刘某用拳脚、木质笤帚击打张某脸部、头部等部位。当日张某因头疼被送往医院治疗，经鉴定，张某左枕部硬膜下血肿，损伤程度为重伤二级。

法院审理后，认定刘某有自首情节，以故意伤害罪判处刘某有期徒刑二年，缓刑三年。

大家好!

今天，我演讲的主题是《打击侵害校园犯罪，加强自我防卫能力》。

青少年是祖国的未来，民族的希望，是我国社会主义现代化建设事业的接班人。教育和培养好青少年，是我们中华民族永葆生机和活力的根本大计，是社会主义现代化建设事业的基础工程，是全党全社会共同的社会责任。新中国成立以来，党和政府高度重视青少年的培养教育，为青少年成长提供了良好的条件，使一代又一代青少年健康成长。但是，我们应该清醒地看到，近几年来，侵害校园的案件以及学生犯罪时有发生，严重破坏了学校正常的学习、教学秩序。我们一方面对侵害校园的犯罪要进行严厉的打击，另一方面，也要加强校园治安环境的整治工作，提高自我防卫能力。

青少年犯罪的主要原因：

从主体因素上看，一是自我控制能力脆弱;二是头脑简单，解决问题的方法偏激粗暴：三是贪图享受。从客观因素上看，一是家庭教育的误区;二是学校教育的失当;三是社会文化氛围消极方面的误导;四足缺乏社会救济措施;五是法制教育相对滞后：六是受社会经济负面效应的影响。

对学生来说，让犯罪远离校园，应从自身做起，加强思想道德修养，从而铲除校园犯罪滋生的土壤。许多案例表明，校园犯罪事件的发生有一定的条件，一定的气候，越是思想政治工作薄弱，学生纪律差的学校，发生的事件越多。学校犯罪事件又是一种见不得人的、偷偷摸摸的勾当，因此它只能在黑暗中进行。如果我们让阳光普照校园，那么参与犯罪者就不敢出现。阳光是什么，阳光就是学校的正气，就是全校同学的正气，这就是“魔高一尺，道高一丈”的道理。

我们在打击侵害校园犯罪的同时，还应加强自我防卫能力：

1、提高法律意识，提高明辨是非的能力。你们要多学点法律知识，弄明白什么是违法、什么是犯罪，只有明白了什么是违法，什么是犯罪，才有可能自己不做违法犯罪的事，同时也有可能制止他人违法犯罪。

2、增强同犯罪分子作斗争的勇气。为什么侵害校园犯罪屡禁不绝，一个重要的原因是同学们没有团结起来，缺少同犯罪分子作斗争的勇气。面对犯罪分子的暴力威胁，竟然会束手无策，让他们得逞，原因是他们被犯罪分子的暴力所屈服。

3、掌握防卫方法。一是要看好自家门，宿舍门要随时关好，钱财要妥善保管;二是外出要请假，夜行要结伴，让同学老师知道你去哪里，或者遇到问题有个照应，防止犯罪分子袭击;二是同学们应该学习《未成年人保护法》，明确青少年在哪些方面应受到保护。在受人欺侮，遇到危险或可能发生危险时，要主动、及时地与老师、家长、公安人员取得联系，积极争取学校、社会和家庭的保护和帮助。发生事情后要学会用法律保护自己，要大胆揭发坏人坏事，不要姑息养奸。

总之，抓好青少年法制教育，是民主法制建设的基础性工作，国民素质的提高，社会经济文化的发展，民主与法制的推进，这都寄希望于广大的青少年。为推进青少年的法制教育的深入开展，全社会都应当行动起来，与时俱进，开拓创新，共同托起明天的太阳。

2017年3月22日上午8点半左右，濮阳县三实小发生一起学生踩踏事故。据媒体最新消息，已造成2人死亡，20余人受伤。濮阳县第二人民医院工作人员称，送到医院的孩子伤情都比较重，有些有外伤。“急救人员到现场时，孩子们已经躺在地上了。”

22日上午10时许，濮阳县人民政府在濮阳县网发布公告称，上午8点半左右，濮阳县三实小发生一起学生踩踏事故。事故造成一名学生因抢救无效死亡，多名学生受伤。

事故发生后，受伤学生立即被送往医院进行全力救治。县委县政府立即启动应急预案，县长孙庆伟、常务副县长孔伟在第一时间赶赴现场，成立事故应急处置小组。副县长杨艳虹在第一时间赶往医院组织救治。事故的原因正在进一步调查之中。

据新华网消息，该校学生上厕所时发生踩踏事故。濮阳县应急办向新京报确认，踩踏事故发生于上午9时许，共有22名学生受伤，其中1人送医途中死亡，1人抢救无效去世，另有2人重伤。

中午12时许，北京时间“此刻”致电濮阳县第二人民医院，一名工作人员表示，送到他们医院的孩子伤情都比较重，有些有外伤，目前都已经送往濮阳市人民医院。

据其介绍，急救人员到达现场时，孩子们已经躺在地上了，具体的事故原因并不清楚。

濮阳一网友“小南”告诉北京时间“此刻”，自己嫂子家的孩子在实验三小上学，嫂子告诉她学校的厕所歪了，砸了不少小孩，救护车已经拉走好几车了。

北京时间“此刻”发现，3月15日，濮阳县教育局曾召开全县学校安全工作会议。会议要求，全县教育系统要准确把握学校安全工作面临的新形势、新挑战，即日起在全县教育系统开展安全工作大排查，重点做好消防、防溺水、校车安全、食品安全、公共卫生安全等方面的工作。

濮阳县第三实验小学坐落于濮阳县红旗路中段。学校创建于1998年，是一所六年一贯制完全小学，现有19个教学班，在校生1600育余人，教职工88人，其中中学高级教师3人，小学特级教师2人，河南省学术技术带头人3人，河南省骨干教师3人，濮阳市骨干教师8人，濮阳县骨干教师21人。

昨天班会课上，阙老师告诉我们不要对同学使用“校园冷暴力”，我一直铭记于心。但今天中午，就有几个同学把它忘得一干二净。

午饭时，我正津津有味地品尝着咖喱土豆，一旁的“茶话会”也如常开始，H同学率先发话：“张石你是不是在非洲有一个弟弟？”我稍感诧异，但转瞬恍然，她又在拿我找乐子，我心中一笑，面无表情。果不其然，她紧接着说道：“你的肤色比他黑……”说着还发出了一声粗犷的笑。

事实证明那种被嘲讽几句便脸红脖子粗想动手打人的行为实在是愚蠢之极，漠然无视既不坏心情也不失礼数，是最好的防嘲措施。

It is shocking to notice that extreme violence has occurred with frequency on campus in recent years, home and abroad.

In November this year, a college student from a prestigious university stabbed to death a professor who was preparing for his teaching. In the US a deadly shooting by a Korean American college student resulted in 33 classmates’ death. These tragedies seem to be unimaginable when college students are regarded as the elite of the society. Some people claim that the higher education do not improve moralities of those college students. Others believe that college students are fragile in their internal minds. These opinions do make sense when we take the overloaded pressure imposed on college students into consideration. While there is no way to rid totally the world of such violence, it is more important to take measures to avoid those occurrences.

Among those solutions, psychological aid is one. If psychological consulting had been resorted to, those tragedies should have happened with less possibility.
