As we know, many people favor theidea that the college life is free and comfortable, but I’d like to say it’snot true. As a matter of fact, my life in university is so busy that I wonderif my energy is enough. As to my college life, I divide it into four parts,including study, student activities, library and the others.

一、校园暴力的概述

校园暴力是一个富含深意的代名词，它本身涉及多个科目，如教育学、法学、心理学、社会学等等。从不同的学科，不同的角度可以得出多个定义。因此，目前我国尚未对其给出一个确切的定义。丹·奥尔沃思、夏普、史密斯和国内学者陈世平、张新等人首先从“欺负行为”进行深入考察，从而研究出了关于校园暴力的重要成果——如丹·奥尔沃斯通过亲自调研，终于对暴力行为得出一个定义：一个学生如果反复或长期的成为一人或多人的负面行为的攻击对象，这个学生即是暴力或迫害行为的受害者。这个定义虽仅限于学生之间，但是它开启了“校园暴力”研究与探索的里程碑。我国的校园暴力主要是指发生在各个阶段的学校及合理辐射区内的， 学生、教师或校外入侵人员对师生的人身和财产进行攻击以及破坏学校财产或管理秩序的行为。

校园暴力按其来源划分，可分为的内生性校园暴力和外侵性的校园暴力。本文所研究的是内生性校园暴力，特指发生在校园内部的暴力事件(大多指学生之间相互实施暴力的行为)。主要表现为两种方式：第一，学生与学生彼此之间的施暴行为。如，初高中学生之间的拉帮结派索要保护费的暴力行为;同学之间因羡慕嫉妒而实施的暴力报复行为;学生之间恃强凌弱而欺负弱小的暴力行为以及同学之间因吵架、打架斗殴而实施的暴力行为等。第二，教师与学生之间的施暴行为。包括学生对老师实施的暴力行为或老师对学生实施的暴力行为。前者主要表现为偷盗老师财物、损害老师办公用品、恶作剧恐吓、猥亵骚扰老师等直接或间接的伤害行为以及辱骂、讥讽、嘲笑、起侮辱性外号等语言侮辱行为;后者主要表现为老师对学生的性侵行为，让学生罚站、倒立、打耳光等体罚行为，以及对学生实施冷暴力和其精神上的侮辱行为。

二、校园暴力的成因

校园暴力与其他暴力犯罪行为一样，都是现存社会存在的弊端，但其犯罪主体与侵害对象又具有一定的特殊性。这就决定了校园暴力形成的原因具有多样性、多层次性，不是孤立产生的。究其原因可以分为内部原因和外部原因。

(一)内部方面原因

在校园暴力事件中，外部原因虽然在其中起到至关重要的作用，但归根结底还是要通过主体自身的行为发挥真正作用。

首先，是学生自身方面的原因。体现为学生自身生理、心理素质等各方面是否能经受住外界不良影响的考验。主要体现在以下几点：1.心理发育不成熟，叛逆心强。这是处于青春期的孩子所特有的特征，这种学生希望用与众不同的方式来凸显自己的存在感，用来引起师生及家庭的关注。如果此时父母学校采用了不正当的教育和诱导手段，就会使他们的内心遭受伤害，从而失去常态作出报复老师及社会的暴力行为。2.抗压能力弱，极易产生报复心理。面对激烈的社会竞争，学生教育的课容量逐渐增多，紧随而来的是知识难度的加大、作业的增加、以及考试的频繁和升学竞争压力的猛增。这些学业上的繁重压力如果得不到及时的疏导或宣泄，会使他们产生烦躁、焦虑、易怒等不良情绪，从而导致学生厌学情绪高涨，甚至对老师和优等生充满敌意，最后作出滥施暴力的行为。3.法律意识淡薄，容易受外界不良因素的影响。争强好胜，崇尚武力，追求刺激，是处于生长发育阶段青少年的代名词。但同时他们的道德观念和法制意识又严重缺乏，当他们遇到矛盾冲突时爱走极端，喜欢直接采用暴力手段去解决，而不考虑此行为所带来的严重后果，以至酿成大错造成无法挽回的恶果。

其次，是学校自身的原因。学校是未成年人从家庭迈向社会的桥梁，形成校园暴力的学校因素包括以下方面：一是学校教育和规章制度存在缺陷。如今学校分为公立和私立两种。其中一些私立学校片面追求“分数”和“升学率”来提高本校威望。这就使其教学重心严重偏移到智力教育上，从而忽略思想品德教育的重要性，继而引发严重的社会问题。二是教师思想行为存在缺陷。在我国教师任职只需通过考核即可，缺少对其师德方面的关注。有一些道德败坏的老师体罚学生、向学生施暴、更甚者出现性侵同学的现象间接导致校园暴力事件升级。三是学校管理不善。在某些高校由于管理方面严重缺乏，使得外人可以在学校任意走动，对学生的人身、财产存在潜在威胁;学校对学生疏于管理也使得学生染上社会陋习如吸烟、喝酒、看黄色书刊等，严重扰乱教学秩序。

(二)外部方面的原因

校园暴力是内外因共同作用的产物，内因是根本，外因是重要条件。因此其行为虽是学生直接实施而发生，但是与其错综复杂的外部条件密不可分。

家庭方面：家庭教育失败、家长素质低下和家庭结构的缺陷都是产生校园暴力的另一重要因素。在农村，家庭教育和家长素质大多都很欠缺，许多父母忙于挣钱，疏于对子女进行教育，甚至对子女缺乏真正的爱护而将孩子交于那些孤寡老人。而老人的教育方式大多是过分溺爱、简单的暴打一顿火或放任自流等错误方式，另外，若家长有酗酒、赌博等恶习也将会给孩子的成长带来一些负面影响。这些不良的教育方式存在严重弊端，极易使青少年产生暴力行为。家长是家庭生活的主要支撑者。在某些家庭中，父母政治觉悟低下，道德修养较差，在现实生活中常常爆粗口，抱怨老天不公，对左邻右舍及现实常常充满愤慨，甚至会出现家庭暴力的事件。这些粗俗和反社会的恶劣情绪会直接影响到孩子，以至于变异的体现在孩子身上外化为严重的暴力和反社会行为。据调查，我国的离婚案件正在持续攀升，许多家庭已经破碎。在这种失衡的家庭中，家庭关系紧张、感情出现危机、家庭内部存在暴力倾向，在这种家庭中的子女大多感受不到家庭的温暖，并生活中会产生莫名的自卑感、缺少同情心、反社会心理加重，从而导致子女人格扭曲染上暴力的恶习。

社会方面：经济的发展，富足的生活使青少年精神上出现空虚，片面追求物质享受，人际关系的日益淡薄，自我意识急速膨胀。这样的社会现状使他们养成了享乐主义和消费主义的生活习惯，社会道德水平普遍下降，校园暴力、欺负、拒绝上学等不良行为随之出现并愈演愈烈。此外，黄色漫画、游戏、互联网、电视、电影等大众媒介宣扬的暴力文化直接影响青少年的身心健康，一些自制力较差的青少年喜欢模仿打斗，枪战的暴力场面，从而增加青少年施暴力犯罪的潜在可能。

三、校园暴力的预防

(一)学校应加强保安制度建设

校园暴力只发生在学校内部之间的暴力行为，因此学校应聘用、录制一些较高素质的保安人员，并对其进行岗前培训教育，让其负责学校的秩序和安全。如24 小时不间断的巡视校园内外环境，即可对暴力事件进行第一时间的阻止和救援防止更为危害的结果发生，也可以预防学校内部的暴力事件的发生;检查记录校园内公共部位的消防设施，确保完好，绘制消防设施分布图，协助校方做好室外设施的日常维护;对紧急情况的暴力行为在一定限度内有处置权，并于人民警察密切交流，以促使校园保安与人民警察协调合作，形成完整的安全预防体系以保证师生安全。

(二)学校与家庭深度结合，为学生创造一个良好的学习氛围

学校和家庭是孩子人生观、世界观形成和发展的基石。在孩子健康成长的过程中，老师要和家长连成一线、紧密结合，通过彼此了解孩子的生活状况，并及时纠正孩子在其过程中存在的不良思想和行为。学校还应适当的多组织一些亲子活动，让孩子与父母建立亦师亦友的亲密关系。把学校教育与家庭文化教育紧密结合在一起，为其营造出一种亲善而识礼的生活氛围。

(三)高度重视法制教育和自我保护教育

随着我国法制教育的完善和发展，在青少年时期开展普法教育课程势在必行。据了解，青少年法律意识淡薄使得校园暴力行为手段日趋残暴，因此应编写与其成长相适应的生动鲜活的案例与教材，让其认识到这些事情就在我们身边。不断增强在校学生辨别是非善恶和自我保护的能力，规范和引导学生的行为，把青少年因实施校园暴力而步入罪犯道路的行为扼杀在摇篮里。另外，学校也可合理利用业余时间邀请社会工作者、教育专家、法制专家到学校传授科学健康的法律教育知识。

(四)政府应高度审核大众媒体的文化宣传

当今时代的电视、网络、媒体已与我们的生活息息相关，大多青少年的暴力行为都是通过网络虚拟空间中宣传的暴力文化而直接或间接形成的，虽然我国法律一律禁止孩子接触暴力文化，但在实际生活中操作起来却困难重重。因此政府应当加强审核力度，对其严重的暴力文化宣传予以禁播，甚至追究相应部门的法律责任。父母也应尽到一定的监护职责，空闲时期父母应陪同孩子一起观看电视，必要时对其中的情形进行适当的讲解，以便孩子在成长的路途中有正确的指引。

随着十八届四中全会的召开，全面依法治国被提上日程。为跟上国之脚步，依法治理校园暴力也应紧步追随。因此制定一系列校园暴力防治的专项法律法规已迫在眉睫。目前我国《未成年人保护法》、《预防未成年人犯罪法》等法律法规中对在校学生人身安全制定了一系列的规定，但是这只是针对校园安全建设方面，对保护和救助被害人的措施方面却只字未提，且未制定专门针对校园暴力的国内立法。因此近年来，我们要在具体案件的实践中，在所学理论知识的基础上，制定一套完整的保护被害人的法律制度，以明确在具体的校园暴力实践中家长、学校、社会和政府所应负的法律责任。责任明确就不会再在类似案件发生后推卸责任，使其被害的学生得不到及时的保护和救援，从而使其遭受严重的损害。也会使其相关责任主体在今后的发展中高度重视青少年成长过程中的身心健康，为预防校园暴力事件的发生提供有效的手段。

It is shocking to notice that extreme violence has occurred with frequency on campus in recent years, home and abroad.

In November this year, a college student from a prestigious university stabbed to death a professor who was preparing for his teaching. In the US a deadly shooting by a Korean American college student resulted in 33 classmates’ death. These tragedies seem to be unimaginable when college students are regarded as the elite of the society. Some people claim that the higher education do not improve moralities of those college students. Others believe that college students are fragile in their internal minds. These opinions do make sense when we take the overloaded pressure imposed on college students into consideration. While there is no way to rid totally the world of such violence, it is more important to take measures to avoid those occurrences.
