It is quite usual that one meets failures, for ones life can never be

plain sailing. However, diffhrent people hold diffhrent attitudes towards

failure. Some people think it a heavy blow to fail in achieving something and

After eating zongzi, my father took me to watch the dragon boat race. There

are lots of people here, and the traffic is very busy! The race started, and

every team is ready to go. With a burst of gunfire, each dragon boat flies

across the water like an arrow. The audience cheered and shouted, cheering and

encouraging for the contestants. The contestants listened with confidence and

strove hard to paddle, and the water splashed everywhere. Each dragon boat

chased after each other. At last, the laggard No. 1 finally caught up with the

far ahead No. 2. The audience couldnt help cheering. There was a sea of joy

everywhere. Ah! This is the most unforgettable day for me.

before and some people cannot handle the stress well and choose some extreme

aspects.

For one thing, stress is a kind of mental burden caused by nervousness or

anxiety. In modern society, stress is mostly caused by the high requirements or

heavy burden from surroundings or us, such as stress from peers or stress in

economy. If we cannot handle the stress well, we would be easy to be in a

negative mood and lost our motivation and courage to keep going or struggle with

difficulties. In this aspect, stress is a threat for our body and mental.

十几年昼夜，十几度春秋。多年父子成兄弟。

清明节是中国的传统节日。今天，我们城北学校四大队全体师生来到了平江县烈士陵园，举行清明节祭扫活动。

清晨，我早早地来到了烈士陵园，薄雾还未散去，高高矗立的纪念碑、道路两旁整齐肃穆的松柏都笼罩在轻纱里。一进大门，就是一条笔直的沥青路，路的尽头是一个圆形广场，广场中央有一座雕像，雕像上每个人神情严肃，目光眺望着远方，仿佛看到了革命胜利的曙光。中间有一位叔叔，抱着一位已经死去的孩子，但他的目光依然坚定。看着这个雕塑，我心中感慨万千、沉重不已。圆形广场四周有一些松柏树木，好像一位位士兵守护着那些为革命牺牲的热血儿女。

“集合啦!集合啦”!老师的呼声把我从思绪中唤回。上到台阶的最顶端，我们拍了一张集体照。拍完照，我站在献词方阵里静静地等待。活动开始了，献词、献花、默哀一分钟……活动一个环节接一个环节有条不紊地进行着。在默哀一分钟里，我心里在想，为了现在的和平安宁，有多少革命先烈长眠于地下，是他们用自己的鲜血换来了今天的美好生活，祖国不会忘记他们!历史不会忘记他们!默哀结束后，我们排着长队瞻仰烈士碑林，我认真的记着他们的名字，仔细地看着他们的资料，突然我发现一块墙壁上写着烈士英名录，上面的名字成千上万，这时我才领悟到有多少人在抗战时，失去了自己的宝贵的生命，失去了自己的房子，失去了自己的父母妻儿。

通过这次的扫墓活动，我深深的懂得了，我们是时代的幸运儿，我们要好好珍惜今天来之不易的幸福生活，发奋读书，增强本领，将来好好地报效祖国。

革命先烈，浩气长存，永垂不朽!

夜深了，我总是喜欢在宁静的夜晚，趴在窗边，静静地欣赏着黑色的夜空。

今天是中秋节，我依然趴在窗边仰头看天空。我想：今天下了好大的雨，应该看不到月亮了吧，所以，我没仔细去看。我把头仰得很高，忽然，我看见了一颗很亮很亮的星星。外公说这是“星子”，看见了星子，就能看见月亮。我叫醒了妈妈，拿着相机，匆匆地下楼，到院子里去赏月。

我在院子里找起月亮来，喔，原来月亮就在我们的头顶上。月亮从云朵里钻出来，圆圆的，像一个大圆盘。喔，看到这里，我想起了一首诗，是李白写的“古朗月行”，诗句是这样的：“小时不识月，呼作白玉盘，又疑瑶台镜，飞在青云端”。我一直看着月亮，看久了，月亮外就出现了一圈蓝色的光环，把月亮衬托得更加美丽。

这时，月亮又钻进了薄薄的云层，喔，她是害羞了吧!但不一会儿，又出来了，我飞快地打开相机，我要利用这个机会来“抓拍”月亮。月亮好像乐意我给她照相，便把自己放射的更亮。我拍了很多张照片，好像怎么也拍不够月亮的美貌。

这时，在一旁看得入了迷的妈妈说话了：“吴雨栖，我们一家人照张全家福吧”!“好的”。“咔嚓”一声，我们一家人便“团聚”在相机里了。这个时候，我才发现，小区里的男女老少都来到院子里赏月。有的人边吃月饼边赏月，有的大人在给小孩讲嫦娥奔月的故事，有的人在赏月……

直到很晚很晚，我才依依不舍的回到家中。我又趴在窗边看月亮，月亮还是那么圆，还是那么亮。我从屋里拿出两个“苏式红豆蛋黄”月饼，我给每个人分一块，我们一家人边吃边欣赏月亮，谁也不想进屋睡觉。

趴在窗边，妈妈笑咪咪地对我说：“月亮代表团圆，如今我们真是家人团圆，社会和谐，国泰民安啊!”

我深深地点了点头。我知道，月亮永远在我心中。

忙碌的星期天

Last week , I had a busy Sunday.

I got up at six oclock at first ,Then ,I must washed my face and brushed

my teeth in ten minutes,Following,I need for breakfast .My breakfast was very

delicious ,so I ate them fast.After this,I went out and went played basketball

with my best friend ,Tom ,in the school playground .We knew many tempering is

good to health, so we can train each week together .In the noon,I went home and

cooked my lunch by myself ,then ate it .In the afternoon ,I stayed at home .I

read books and did my homework three hours .I n the evening ,it is mountain in

the sun ,I began to washed my dirty clothes .At the oclock ,I went to bed and

had a rest.

我的学校可漂亮了。一进大门右转，扑入眼帘的就是我们的中央花园，在一块被五彩的鲜花包围着的大石头后面，是一座圆形喷水池，中间有一个魔方。喷水池旁有一条蜿蜒的小溪流，小溪流清澈见底，在小溪上的黄桥上往桥下看，你会发现桥下有许多小鱼在开欢乐会，溪底还有小螺蛳，生气勃勃。沿着小溪向前走，有一排彩虹管，五颜六色，真漂亮!小路两旁有许多正在盛开的梅花，散发出淡淡的香味，使人神清气爽。 My school is beautiful.As soon as we entered the door to the right, our central garden was rushing into our eyes. 的高大的房子，就是我们的餐厅和体育馆。

Our college is an ordinary institution of higher learning.

on our campus,there are no skyscrapers,no graceful and imposing

buildings,and no strange houses.All the buildings are common,but they stand in

special relationship to each other,making a nice learning atmosphere for us.The

newest and perhaps largest building is the library.It stands in the middle of

our campus.It is seven storeys high.With its bright,spacious reading rooms and

all kinds of books,newspapers and magazines,it is the place where students like

to go.The next largest building is the Chemistry Department.The rooms in it are

filled with various apparatus.The buildings that the students and teachers live

in are the apartment houses.

Before long,new buildings will be added to our campus and some old ones

will be pulled down.I think that our campus will become more and more

闻着淡淡的桂花香，吃着月饼，看着又大、又圆、又亮的月亮，欣赏着美景，四周静悄悄的。突然，一声巨响打破了宁静，我被吓了一大跳，最后才缓过神来，原来是世纪公园的烟花晚会呀!有一个烟花像流星雨一样划过天空，“多美啊!”我们不禁赞叹道。“你们快看!又有一颗‘流星’来了!我们每人许一个心愿吧!”我对爸爸妈妈叫了起来。

我闭上眼睛，双手合十，许下了一个美好的愿望。“啪--—”美丽的烟花在夜空中绽放，红的、黄的、蓝的、紫的……五彩缤纷;烟花可谓是千姿百态啊!有的像菊花迎着秋风开放，有的像一张灿烂的笑脸对着我们微笑，还有的像一面红旗迎风招展……等到烟花晚会结束了，我们也该回家了，但是这一晚的每一个瞬间都深深地映在我的脑海里……如果每一年的中秋节都可以和爸爸妈妈一起度过，那该多好哇!

银屏上回忆起那段挨打的历史，这锦绣的江山，这坚实的土地曾经被日本人的大火烧灼过;被八国联军洗劫过;被灾难封锁过，被敌人蹂躏过。如今，你看见了吗?在那里，牵牛花正攀延向上，牡丹鲜艳娇媚，鸟语花香，芦花在风中荡漾，小草摇曳着。皆是一派春光无限。

我们不再害怕“落后就要挨打”面对着美丽的富饶的国家。我们心潮澎湃，今天，我问欢聚在五星红旗下，为历史画上完美的句点。

昨天，像一场梦萦绕在我们眼前。却又那么真实，浮现在我们脑海。不论昨天怎样都将成为过去，成为空间的定格成为历史基石，是失败的经验，是胜利前的黑暗。回忆昨天，悼念英雄的灵魂，把握好明天。你知道吗?为什么我们的皮肤会是黄色?那是因为我们是中国人，那是祖国给我们的印记，为什么我们心是红色?那是因为五星红旗包裹着我们的心。黄色是力量，红色是希望和奔腾的血液。你再看看，那黄色的臂膀多么健美，托起了壮丽的山河。那满是肌肉的手臂为人民撑起了一片崭新的天空。

在海天相吻的弧线中，那是中国的希望。我站在高山之巅，了望中华，那股阳刚之气直冲云霄。我想我们也长大啦。该是我们应该相信自己的执着。为国家为人民献出自己的力量了。我们有能力，有义务去建设美好中国。我们身上背负着使命，去开创，去追求，去发展。在壮丽的舞台上，尽力展现中学生的魅力与辉煌。当祖国翱翔的双翼。

我有一个十分要好的朋友，她总是在无条件的帮助我。 I have a very good friend who always helps me unconditionally.

广东的天气向来都是很热的。有一次我们一起去爬山。还没走到半山腰我就开始感到头晕，“不会是中暑了吧?”洁问道。“我没事你们先走，我马上就来。”我几乎用尽了力气才说出了这句话。

时间过去了很久，我感到眼前一片黑，然后就什么也不知道了。“这是哪?我怎么会在这?鑫你快告诉我呀!”我迫切的问道。“你中暑了，是这位小姑娘送你来的!怎么热的天你们怎么会去爬山呢!”医生指着鑫说道。

“我送你回家吧!”鑫微笑着说。“嗯，谢谢你鑫。要不是你现在我还不知道在哪呢!”“我们不是朋友吗?”我们都笑了。

这件事过了好久。那天潘老师给我们布置了一些作业，我有一题不会就拿洁的作业本来抄。正好被她看见了：“作业不会可以请教，如果抄的话可就不好了哦!来，我告诉你从什么方面去思考，之后可就是你自己的事咯!”

“好，谢了啊!可是不会耽误你的时间吗?”我充满着疑惑。“没事，我先教你吧!”她总是这样不顾自己来帮助他人。

作业本发了下来，我得了95分跑去告诉鑫：“鑫，我得了95分。真是谢谢你!”“这不是我的功劳，这个分数是你自己努力的结果!”鑫说这话时似乎有着什么言外之意。

“鑫，谢谢你的辅导和帮助!”此时她已走出了五米之外，我会好好领悟那句话的!”

我的这位朋友交给了我好多好多知识和处事的道理!我真为有这样的一位朋友而骄傲!

As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings. There are many

different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air

pollution, noise pollution and so on. Water pollution cause many kinds of

disease that have negative effects on human beings, sometimes the diseases will

take people’s life away. Dirty air will increase the rate of getting lung

cancer. While the noise pollution will cause insomnia. People’s health condition

will be damaged.

In my humble opinion, people should take measures to control the pollution.

Recently, not only the government, but also individual has taken part in the

action of protecting the environment. This is a good sign. Rivers are being

cleaned, air is purified, and the people come to realize that the importance of

protecting the environment.

However, this is not enough, the problems are still exist. Not all of them

have been solved. Some factories are still pouring dirty water into the rivers

or give off the toxic gas into the sky. We should know that protecting the

environment needs everybody’s effort.

Today is Mid-autumn Day. I have a big meal at home with my parents and

relatives. This is an important festival, so my mother was busy with preparing

the dinner from morning. She bought a lot of foods for the dinner. We ate the

dinner at 5:30 p.m.. The dinner was very delicious. I was so full. After dinner,

we went to theHongTingParkto enjoy the glorious full moon. There were many

people in the park. We talked to each other and strangers. Of course, the moon

cake was essential. We had a great night there.
