沟通是人和人之间交流最原始和简单的程序，是连接心与心的桥梁，是治疗孤独和寂寞的良药，更是化解冷漠的风

一个阳光明媚的下午，我正为一道难题而烦恼，我的妈妈一会送牛奶，一会削苹果。而我却不领我妈妈的情，把一句冷冰冰的话抛给妈妈：我正在做题，别烦我了！妈妈听后什么也没说，就回房了。但我做完题，才恍然大悟，我跑向爸爸妈妈的卧室，向妈妈道了歉，妈妈特别懂我，她并没有生气沟通如雨丝般细小但不乏晶莹闪亮，他奔向大地，汇成溪流，义无反顾的流进心灵交汇的江河；沟通如雨滴般无声胜有声，一滴一滴的流坠，碾着时光的足迹，终于滴穿了人也人之间如石般的隔阂。

夕阳西坠，晚霞已布满天空，天边编织着一幅美丽的图画——

田埂上，走着爸爸、我和大水牛。爸爸走在前面，我牵着大水牛跟在后面。

一路上，很寂静，(爸爸是个哑巴)只听得水牛欢快时发出的“哞哞”声。

忽然“啪”的一声，爸爸一个趔趄，身子差点向前倾倒。我急忙跑向前面。“哟，不好！”爸爸的脚被玻璃瓶碎碴割破了皮，直淌血呢！我蹲下身子，慢慢地将碎碴拔出，殷红的血随着碎碴往下流。我望着父亲，心里怪难受的。而父亲只微微一笑，凝视着我，仿佛在说：“我的小乖乖，爸没事……”爸爸的一个眼神，给了我一份安定……

我转身拾起碎碴，愤愤地骂了一句：“真该死！”随手便将碎碴一扔，它“嗖”的一声在空中划过一道弧线，“啪嗒”一声，掉进了水田里，荡起了几层波痕。

这时，父亲以异样的目光看了我一眼，随后便挽起裤腿，下了水田。我站在田埂上，好生奇怪。只见爸爸猫下腰，将两只手插进烂泥里，仔细认真地在水田里摸来摸去，我更是疑惑不解。这时大水牛也停止了吃草，两眼直盯着父亲看，大概也对主人的奇怪举动感到纳闷吧！

此时，父亲的双手从水中抽了出来，捧上了一滩黑乎乎的烂泥，随后又在水中荡了荡。“咦，怎么是它——玻璃瓶碎碴！”我的心不禁一颤。

爸爸捏着碎碴上了岸，将碎碴轻轻地放进了自己的上衣口袋，又轻轻地按了按……

顿时间，我的脸红了，我知道自己错了。爸爸以深沉的目光看着我，我红着脸，以惭愧的目光凝视着爸爸……

这种沟通是无言的，但给了我莫大的教诲。

田埂上，依旧走着爸爸、我和大水牛。大水牛“嗒嗒”的蹄声，沉重地敲打着我的心……

I was born on March 18。 My family is neither very rich nor very poor。 My parents are peasants。 They work hard to support the family。 They encourage me to study well。 My childhood was happy。

I like learning。 I like music and sports， too。 I can run very fast and am the fastest runner in my class。 I am good at English， Physics and Math。

I want to be a scientist。 Scientists have made recorders， TV sets， and so on。 They have also invented the computer。 All these make our life rich， interesting and easy。

烈日下，草木花都茂盛地生长着，一派生机繁荣的景象。静静地，林间透出了阳光慵懒的模样，层层薄雾顽皮地四处飘荡。没有风的足迹，却不时听到草儿互相拥挤发出的“莎莎”声，是在手舞足蹈吗？高兴的气息中，不时有蝴蝶飞舞的身影，蜜蜂勤劳的情景。轻轻的嗅一口，啊！怡人的青草芳香，让人神往！

可，在这仙境中却屹立着一面墙。一面破旧不堪的墙。

奶奶曾说过，多年前，那里有一间柴屋，一场大火吞噬了它，在众人救险下也就只剩下那么一面墙了。奇怪了，墙上有许多个“正”字。每一笔每一划都刻得很深。仿佛能呈现出一种隐约的痛。

渐渐地，一个个“正”字越累越多，便也越渐沉重，是谁会印下自己的痛。

其实……是我。

不记得从何时开始，每当我遇到不开心的事，我总会去那面没人注意，早已被遗弃的那墙上刻下一笔。将自己所有的失落都复印在那斑驳点点的墙面上，看着看着总会觉得特别伤心。

一年冬天，下了大雪，连自行车也无法自由行走。而我和母亲只能沿着回家的路徒步行走。雪很厚，将夏日的茂盛完全遮盖了起来。丝毫没有半点生机的冬季是最令人厌恶的季节。看着早已被来往徒步行走的人们所踩出的雪沟，不时觉得寒气透骨。啊！握了握拳头，双手早已冻得通红，仿佛失去了知觉一般，地好滑，看着前方兢兢战战的人们，一不小心就滑倒的样子，心中喑自生笑，厚厚的衣服裹在身上，却似轻纱一般不御寒。突然，妈妈用冻得开始颤抖的声音说：“小心一点，慢慢走。”虽然只有一句小小的关心，心却温热了。就在这时，前方急驶来一辆卡车，越来越近，越来越快。就以这样的速度，就以这样的速度从我身边擦过。好大的一阵风，好强的一阵雨啊！天哪！地上的雪全溅在了身上，又一个躲闪不及，我倒下了，倒下了，感觉天眩地转。好丢人哦，妈快来拉我一把吧！“笨死了”一只温暖而粗糙的大手和一句责备的话语向我袭来。我知道妈妈为我好，可我真的笨吗？笨到连路都走不到头。我有些失落，一回家就去拜访了那面墙。拨开雪，又刻下了一笔。从这困难中，我又获得了解开下一道难题的方法。我要变得更加坚强，就像下雪中的松柏一样。不畏风雪，屹立不倒。

不久前，墙被人“捣毁”了，它倒下的那一刻，一个个“正”字，将我的坚强完全地呈现了出来。一个个复印画像经过了三棱镜的折射，变得更加光亮。此时，情绪似乎不再那么低落，明媚的阳光也拥抱了每一个地方。而我，也懂得用坚强的心去面对每一天不同太阳。

心灵的墙永远刻着无法抹去的痛，用手轻抚着，总能感受到深深的痕，既然挥之不去，何不让我们从一个个痛中变得更强呢？

现在我想说：风雨中那点痛算什么？擦干泪不要问我为什么。

life is beautiful and happy but also hard sometimes.what should we do to deal with the life problems?just smile toword it and face it bravely.in this way， you will find lifes difficulties are fairly simple.just like the Stephen William Hawking ，whose life is not easy as the simple ones.but he has never given up.he just face the life with a brave and happy mood.they can simplify the things we are afraid of.just do it.life is in your hand and dont let the life handle you.what you can do and the powerful tool to fight for yourself is smiling and facing it .if you want， you can do it .

when we talk about dreams, we are so excited, we have many dreams, such as being a famous person, traveling around the world and so on. dreams are what we pursue for a lifetime, with many dreams, we have motivation to fight for our life. the opposite side of dream is reality, we have to face reality everyday, reality is what we perceive in our life. reality always frustrates us to be successful. we need to balance them. first, we need to face reality, though it is not ideal, we live in a world, we have to know exactly who we are. second, to make our dreams come true, we need to adjust our dreams according to the reality.

in this way, our dreams can achieve. lets work hard together to make our dreams come true.

“变化”，“坚守”这类词眼让你熟悉又让你陌生，想脑海中那支离破碎般的散落，世界的变化?人群的变化?时代的变化?又类似于人格坚守。亦或是一件事让你格外的坚持。结合，完美无缝。

你忽而想起，浩浩朔风，大漠孤烟，生存于边疆之境界的人们，有谁愿于存的下寂寞，奈得下孤独，顽强地过着自己生活，又不失乐天派的一如既往。硕大的世界变化，却也只不过是人格的坚守与不放弃，得就与一个不一样的自我。苏武，他须发尽白，始终铭记着“生是大汉人，死是大汉鬼”的信仰。他也同样满霜白鬓，即使最爱的人死去，即使在那一刻，整个世界好似倒转，草是蓝色，天是绿色，他却永不放弃那乐天派的个性。爱极了苏武，他似我的偶像，好像就是他那在变化中坚守的个性成为了我爱他的理由。

你又想起了李尚龙先生写下的，寂寞是的增值期。还记得他写的一个故事：一个朋友，在准备一个英文辩论赛，因为需要查阅大量资料，背诵大量专有名词，于是，很贪玩的他，竟然三个多月电话打不通。后来，李尚龙先生才知道，他去了一个很安静的地方租了一个房子，每天除查资料就是对着墙对自己说英语，搞得都快人格分裂。故事结束了，结果呢?他得了那年的辩手。他说，只有偏执狂，才能创造卓越。而在李尚龙眼中，是那些寂寞时光，创造出卓越的他。看完后，你羡慕极了，那个能够坚守寂寞时光的辩手，又想想，自己是否曾与他一样，奈得下寂寞的时光，虽是岁月流逝，却是换来更好的自己，没错，有人会说，一点都不值得，为了一个辩手，又或是为了一些东西，时光怎放于这种时候。可是，往往这种人的想法却是错误的，因为你在为了你想要的东西时，付出了你的一切，而又在付出着一切的过程中，你是在寂寞值中完成的。

回头过来看，你的寂寞值呢?是不是，从没有过?又是不是丢失了，你会不会去寻找呢?我相信，即使世界在变化，只要是你想要的，都不会丢，愿的是你想不想找回，属于你的那一份坚守，寻找回的自己。

Since we go to school, the teachers educate us to be a better person, they

tell us that we must study hard, so that we can be the useful person. Many

students confuse about what is the useful person. In my opinion, the useful

person must have the good merit.

A person with the kind heart is favored by everyone and he has the sense to

serve others. The bad person will bring danger to others, even to the society.

The most important thing of the useful person is to make a contribution to the

society.

They will make full use of their knowledge and be proud of serving for the

society. Our premier Zhou stated his purpose of learning knowledge was to make

our country rise. He did it and he became the great person. Becoming the useful

person is not easy, we should fight for it.

Mid-autumn Day is a Chinese festival。 It usually es in September or October 。On that day we usually eat a big dinner and mooncakes。 It is said "Hou Yi" missed his wife，so he made mooncakes。 It looks like the moon。

There are many kinds of mooncakes。 They are small round cakes with meat， nuts or something sweet inside 。 eating mooncakes has been our custom。 Families stay outside in the open air eat a big dinner and mooncakes。 The most important thing is looking at the moon， On that day， the moon kooks brighter and rounder。 We call this moon the full moon。

On that day， families get together， so we call this day getting together。 This is Mid-autumn Day。 I love it very much。 Because on that day I can eat mooncakes。 And my brother es back home。 He works outside all year。 Only that day and the Spring Festival。 He es back。 So that day I am especially happy。 On that day my family gets together。

中秋节是一个中国节日，通常是九月或十月。当天我们经常吃一顿丰盛的晚餐和月饼。据说“后羿”想念他的妻子，所以他做了月饼。它看起来像月亮。

有各种各样的月饼。它们是小圆饼，里面有肉，坚果或者里面的甜点。吃月饼是我们的习惯。家人在户外露天吃大餐和月饼。最重要的是看着月亮，在那一天，月亮变得越来越明亮。我们称这个月亮为满月。

在那一天，家庭聚在一起，所以我们称这一天聚在一起。这是中秋节。我非常喜欢。因为那天我可以吃月饼。而且我的兄弟回家了。他全年都在外面工作只有那一天和春节。他回来了。所以那天我特别开心。那天我的家人聚在一起。
