雾霾相信大家都早已习以为常了吧，他既是我们的“伙伴”每天陪伴着我们，还是一位不速之客。

雾霾每天围绕着我们，使天空阴沉沉的看不见一点云彩，小鸟也搬了家，逃进了森林。它的危害很大，让肺炎发病率更大，他给大家带来了无数危害，但人们无动于衷。工地污染严重，黄标车在公路上肆意乱开，给天空的污染带来了许多问题。

但人类却始终不改。仍然随意排放着pm2。5等许多有害气体。人们本可以改过自新让天空重新回到那原本的湛蓝，空气可以变得更加清新，但人们屡教不改。国家早已发动了号召，但那些公司却为了财产偷偷摸摸的排放不好的气体。有些公司为了省钱，不安装过滤器气体。这些公司火上浇油，为天空的更差添了分力。

那些人明明知道雾霾不好，却依然对雾霾依依不舍，不愿离开他们。

他们为什么不能跟雾霾说再见，最好永不相见，贡献自己的那一份力量，哪怕十分微弱。人们多么希望能跟雾霾再见，但却不能实现愿望，这渺小的愿望。

大家一定要共同团结，让雾霾离开我们的生活，让他永不回来，让大家一起动员起来，和我们说再见。

二、尽量绿色出行，用自行车代步，少用汽车，不排放尾气，不吹起公路灰尘。

三、节约用电，节约能源，化工厂要提高排放废气的处理能力。

四、多种植绿色植物，净化环境。

Thank you very much for your concern. Last months several places in Beijing were blanketed with thick yellow fog. Everything around disappeared from oursight. Some highways were closed. Traffic jams were commonly seen in the streets. Many people, especially children and seniors, even found it difficult to breathe. As a result, local hospitals were crowded with people who had problems with their noses and lungs. Part of the cause was the dry weather, but the severely damaged environment contributed a lot to this nightmare. Personally I didn’t get any health problems in the haze because I stayed mostly indoors.But to make a significant change we really have to do more to protect our environment. To live a better life we have to push on with the economy, but it wound be meaningless if we have to achieve it at the cost of our breathing air.

今天早上，我刚起床拉开窗帘，就看见窗户外面雾蒙蒙的，对面的楼房若隐若现。我高兴地大声喊：“妈妈！今天大雾！我们像在仙境里一样呢！”说完，我就准备打开窗户，感受一下大雾天气。闻声跑过来的妈妈阻止了我，妈妈说：“今天是雾霾天，我们尽量不要开窗。这种污染的天气，对人的健康有很大的影响。”我觉得好遗憾。

马上就要上学了，我刚走出家门，妈妈就把我拽了回来，她拿着一个蓝色的口罩对我说：“跟你说过，今天雾霾污染严重，你怎么连个口罩都不带就走了呢。”说完就把口罩戴在了我的脸上。我走出家门，感觉口罩里特别闷，虽然口罩有防霾措施，让我能呼吸干净的空气，但我总感觉有点不通畅，闷得要命。一路上都是带口罩的大人和孩子，哎，不能自由大口地呼吸，真让人难受啊。

终于到了上体育课的时候了，我们大家都要出去排队，这时体育老师开口了：“同学们好！因为今天雾霾天，所以不上室外课，我们只上室内课。”全班同学都眼巴巴地看着不远处的操场，唉声叹气。不能在室外自由地奔跑嬉戏，真让人不舒服啊。

一直持续到下午放学，天还是灰蒙蒙、阴沉沉的，感觉特别压抑。回到家，妈妈正在拆一个大包装盒，原来妈妈买了台空气净化器回家。妈妈说这是她好不容易在商场抢来的，空气净化器都卖断货了。接上电源后，PM2。5竟然显示126了，妈妈连连叹气：“这样的空气，真是让人太不放心了！”

晚餐，妈妈烧了红烧鸭血，红烧白萝卜，都不是我爱吃的。我问妈妈，为什么要吃这些，妈妈说这是抗雾霾的食物，非得让我多吃一点。还要吃不喜欢的食物，真是让我感觉心都要碎了。

雾霾天，真的好烦。我好想念蓝天白云，可以大口呼吸的日子。看到雾霾的形成原因主要是灰尘、汽车尾气、工厂污染等等，看来我们真的要好好保护环境，保护好我们的地球，否则没有干净的空气让我们呼吸，那该是一件多么难过的事情啊！

一转眼，冬天就来了，这可是我们这些孩子最喜欢的季节，堆雪人、打雪仗。但是，今年，我们却没有玩得那么开心，大多数的时间都是在室内度过的，让我们来看一看这到底是怎么回事吧？

雾霾不仅给我们的出行带来了不便，对我们的身体健康也有很大的危害。现在只要一遇到雾霾天气，大多数的人都在家里不出来了，就算是要出来，也要带着口罩，防止吸入灰尘。这样看来，雾霾还真的是很讨厌呢！
