早晨醒来,很难再看到以前那蓝色的天空,经常是一大片浓浓的雾笼罩着，连近处的大楼都模糊不清，这就是最近几天糟糕的雾霾天气。

近几天的报纸上,一直都登载有关雾霾天气的报道，今天的报纸上还有一个醒目的“最近空气质量不会明显好转”的大标题。空气质量的确很烂，学校里的广播上说有重毒污染，要求我们不要在操场上做运动，在那脏兮兮的空气里运动，感觉自己成了吸尘器。

这几天天气变暖了，但这满天的大雾还是挥之不去。从窗户里眺望远方，还是一片迷茫，近处天空的一角似乎有了些好转，呈现出了点蓝色，但仍然透着灰。我和奶奶出去散步时，感觉人就像被罩在一个巨大的玻璃罩里，呼吸十分困难，气体吸进嘴里还有一股令人作呕的干粉味。

大雾和阴霾，为何挥之不去?我们做错了什么?这难道是天空对我们的惩罚?

我们要的是清新的空气，要的是健康的体魄。请不要以牺牲健康为代价，而换来所谓的美好生活。少开车，绿色出行，多种树，保护森林。治霾，从我做起。

早晨，我费力地从床上爬起来，一副还没睡醒的样子，迅速的穿好衣服准备晨练。

刚从房间走出来，透过窗子看到外面的天气，一大堆的好心情顿时没有了。我用失落的模样走到院子里，雾霾太大了，当我想回到房间的时候发现自己走到了一个白茫茫的世界。一想到雾霾对身体有害就想快速离开这个白茫茫的世界，却什么也看不到。我就只能靠着直觉找到房间了。不到一分钟终于回到了房间。回到房间后，我想透过窗子看外面的雾霾，我刚一看，我的天呀!外面一片白色呀!什么也看不到。那时我觉得我正站在天上的白云上呢!

因为雾霾太大，不能总出门。所以我妈妈就没去上班。因为雾霾天气，我们一定要记住，雾霾天气尽量不要出门。

我眼中的雾霾是有害的。

在北京这几天，仅有5天不是雾霾天。有报告显示，中国最大的500个城市中，只有不到1%的城市里是达到世界卫生组织的空气质量标准的。如果人们再不采取一些明智的方法，那么肯定会有一天，地球会被雾霾这个恶魔给包围的。

那么为什么会有雾霾呢？是因为人类。人类啊！担任着“破坏环境、浪费资源”的称号，现在还要再担任一个“雾霾创始人”的称号吗？由于人们贪婪，工厂、电厂、化工厂开始疯狂起来，它们几乎遍布每一个城市。它们嚣张地排放毒气，人类的汽车排放的尾气，绚丽的烟花，人类烧烤导致PM2。5值直线上升。人们为了满足自己一时，却害了自己一世啊！

难见青天头难抬，

行人无奈口罩戴。

遍地雾霾向何处？

生态环境被破坏。

地球，这位人类的母亲，是那样和蔼可亲，伟大而善良。她无私向我们提供资源，而我们不仅没有回报，还在破坏她。

现在许多人们都意识到这个问题，经常喊着保护地球的称号，却一个都没有做到。所以，从现在开始，让我们行动起来。一起保护地球母亲。如果你是一名小学生，那么请呼吁大家爱护环境。如果你是一名农民，那么请你与大伙儿一起，在荒无人烟的沙漠种上第一棵树，创造一切不可能。如果你是一名公务员，那么请你发动大家，一起来对抗这位坏蛋。

请大家记住，大自然的雾虽然是美好的，然而因为人们一些行动，变成了大家可恨的恶鬼。

曾经，有多少诗人赞颂过华夏的美好风光，中国的大好河山在他们的笔触下是如此优美，杜甫那“星垂平野阔，月涌大江流”的感叹，李白对“峨眉山月半轮秋，影入平羌江水流”的赞颂，还有白居易沉醉在“日出江花红胜火，春来江水绿如蓝” 的情景下无法自拔……这一切的一切都描绘出当时我们的祖国各地风景如画。

可如今，中国的大好河山已不复当时的清丽。雾霾天严重影响着人们的出行，人们甚至需要戴上口罩才能出门。

曾经的舟山，天气十分晴朗，放眼望去，满眼都是湛蓝的颜色，蓝天有着白云的陪衬，那些变幻莫测的云，或流动，或停驻，为蓝天增添了许多的装饰，这样的蓝天总是能让人心情舒畅，也因此我们这里的游人如织，来过舟山的人都会夸赞舟山的好天气。

而从去年6月份开始，浙江境内的许多城市开始出现雾霾。最近的几天，我每每抬头仰望天空，都是灰蒙蒙的如同一块脏兮兮的纱巾，白云不见了，鸟儿也是迅速划过天空，不敢停留。难道我们这儿也开始出现雾霾了?

我问妈妈：“天上为什么会产生雾霾?”妈妈说：“因为地面灰尘大，空气湿度又低，再加上汽车尾气和工厂的污染才形成了雾霾。”我早就听说大城市里有雾霾，却不了解雾霾的可怕，现在雾霾来到了舟山，我才知道它对人体原来有这么大的危害，当霾进入人的呼吸道后严重的甚至会致死。

偶然一次，妈妈问我：“你的中国梦是什么?”我抬头看了看那灰暗的天空，对妈妈说：“妈妈，我的中国梦不大，我只愿我们的家园能够不再受雾霾的影响，能够天天看见蓝天白云，所以我要从小事做起，随手捡垃圾，废旧电池不乱扔，不使用一次性消耗品。”妈妈点了点头：“你说得对，我也要绿色出行，少开车，为环保做出一份贡献。”

每个人都有自己的中国梦，有人为国家的发展贡献自己的力量，有人想挣钱过上富足的生活，而我的中国梦则是能够生活在风景如画的家园里，让中国重焕诗人笔尖下的美好。

大家好！我是霾，也叫雾霾。我是伴随着人类工业的发展而产生的，空气中许许多多的灰尘和硫酸、硝酸等有机化合物聚在一起，便有了我。最初我在英国伦敦安家，但后来我被英国人驱逐出境了，移居中国北京，现在我准备周游中国的大好河山。

这会儿，我和我的小伙伴正在漫游被称为“人间天堂”的杭州呢。咦，前面好不热闹，我得赶快过去瞧瞧。只见一条长长的“人龙”通向一家店面很小的店铺。我乘着人与人之间的缝隙钻入那家店，那家店铺虽小，墙壁上却挂满了各种各样的口罩。人群中议论纷纷，大多在谈论我、抱怨我。唯独店老板洋溢着笑脸，可能因为我的出现使他发了笔小财在暗暗得意呢！

出了口罩店，我在街上随风乱逛。不知不觉地来到一家医院门口，里面似乎人声鼎沸，我随着人群来到呼吸科门口，里面咳嗽声此起彼伏，医生们正手忙脚乱地叫号问诊，旁边的输液室里床位也已经爆满，连走廊里都站满了等待看病的人。我突然觉得很郁闷，难道是我给他们带来了痛苦，还是他们不注重保护自己生存环境带来的。我没有想明白，便飘出医院，向医院旁边的玉皇山—一座风景优美的山上跑去。

爬上山顶，想极目远眺，山下城里的高楼大厦却隐没在乳白色的浓雾中，只露出几个尖尖的楼顶。被誉为“明珠”的西湖也是若隐若现、如梦如幻，山景湖景都蒙上一层神秘的色彩。这画面仿佛是一部魔幻大片，真是太美了，下回我一定要找专业摄影师来拍几张，肯定能得国际摄影大奖。

七天的杭州之行，我一直有个疑问：明明是人类不注意保护环境造成的，却为什么把责任都推到我头上？我来后杭州变成了仙境，可为什么人类都宅在家里，偶尔出来一下也都戴着口罩，匆匆赶路？

Thank you very much for your concern. Last months several places in Beijing were blanketed with thick yellow fog. Everything around disappeared from oursight. Some highways were closed. Traffic jams were commonly seen in the streets. Many people, especially children and seniors, even found it difficult to breathe. As a result, local hospitals were crowded with people who had problems with their noses and lungs. Part of the cause was the dry weather, but the severely damaged environment contributed a lot to this nightmare. Personally I didn’t get any health problems in the haze because I stayed mostly indoors.But to make a significant change we really have to do more to protect our environment. To live a better life we have to push on with the economy, but it wound be meaningless if we have to achieve it at the cost of our breathing air.

Oliver Twist one of the most famous works of Charles Dickens is a novel reflecting the tragic fact of the life in Britain in 18th century.

The author who himself was born in a poor family wrote this novel in his twenties with a view to reveal the ugly masks of those cruel criminals and to expose the horror and violence hidden underneath the narrow and dirty streets in London.

The hero of this novel was Oliver Twist an orphan who was thrown into a world full of poverty and crime. He suffered enormous pain such as hunger thirst beating and abuse. While reading the tragic experiences of the little Oliver I was shocked by his sufferings. I felt for the poor boy but at the same time I detested the evil Fagin and the brutal Bill. To my relief as was written in all the best stories the goodness eventually conquered devil and Oliver lived a happy life in the end. One of the plots that attracted me most is that after the theft little Oliver was allowed to recover in the kind care of Mrs. Maylie and Rose and began a new life. He went for walks with them or Rose read to him and he worked hard at his lessons. He felt as if he had left behind forever the world of crime and hardship and poverty.

How can such a little boy who had already suffered oppressive affliction remain pure in body and mind? The reason is the nature of goodness. I think it is the most important information implied in the novel by Dickens—he believed that goodness could conquer every difficulty. Although I dont think goodness is omnipotent yet I do believe that those who are kind-hearted live more happily than those who are evil-minded.

For me the nature of goodness is one of the most necessary character for a person. Goodness is to humans what water is to fish. He who is without goodness is an utterly worthless person. On the contrary as the famous saying goes The fragrance always stays in the hand that gives the rose he who is with goodness undoubtedly is a happy and useful person. People receiving his help are grateful to him and he also gets gratified from what he has done and thus he can do good to both the people he has helped and himself.

To my disappointment nowadays some people seem to doubt the existence of the goodness in humanity. They look down on peoples honesty and kindness thinking it foolish of people to be warm-hearted. As a result they show no sympathy to those who are in trouble and seldom offer to help others. On the other hand they attach importance to money and benefit. In their opinion money is the only real object while emotions and morality are nihility. If they cannot get profit from showing theirkindness they draw back when others are faced with trouble and even hit a man when he is down. They are one of the sorts that I really detest.

Francis Bacon said in his essay Goodness of all virtues and dignities of the mind is the greatest being the character of the Deity and without it man is a busy mischievous wretched thing no better than a kind of vermin.

That is to say a person without goodness is destined to lose everything. Therefore I a kind person want to tell thosevermin-to-beto learn from the kind Oliver and regain the nature of goodness.

冬日里的一天，我看着窗外那灰蒙蒙的天，不禁叹了口气。窗外，灰色的雾霾像一张无形的巨网，把整个城市给笼罩了起来，街道上的人们都戴上了口罩，我不禁又想起了妈妈每天上学前的例会。

沈天一，你知道吗?妈妈严肃地对我说，一看她那表情，我就知道她的下一句话肯定是你要注意了......果然，她接着说：你要注意了，最近PM2.5又爆表了，上学和放学都要戴口罩，千万不能张嘴呼吸......

唉!何止是雾霾，越来越恶劣地天气和全球变暖，不也是我们一手造成的吗?我想起了爸爸的话：我小时候，晚上一抬头就能看到星星，现在只能偶尔看见一两颗了。我也想看到满天星呀!

我们一定要让环境变好，少开车，多骑自行车或步行，并多种植物，积极治水，减少废水偷排，让天更蓝，水更清，环境更美丽!

地球只有一个，如果人类破坏它，受苦的也会是人类。所以，让我们爱护她、保护她，让她更美丽吧!
