今天早上，我学书法。一出门发现外面灰蒙蒙的一片，就像走进了一个没有四季，没有颜色，只有黄色的大雾陪伴的国度一样。走在马路上，我感觉三米之外都看不见人，就像双目失明一样。呛人的空气隐隐约约的有股臭味，我觉得这样的世界，万物都没有了生机。

记得书里描写的雾非常的美，人们把它比作白纱，虚无缥缈。人们走在云雾里如同走进了人间仙境。可是现在，我们却称之为雾霾，我们的环境到底怎么了?是谁破坏了它?

这一切的一切，都是我们人类自己造成的。因为汽车的增多排放大量的尾气，工厂随便的排污，森林不断地被采伐，绿地不断的减少，等等，使环境被破坏了，所以才会有了今天这样的雾霾天气。

今年的雾霾天气已经出现了多次，持续时间长，涉及范围广，危害程度重，极大地影响了人的健康，诱发了很多疾病，比如心脏病，肺病，气管炎等等。这种天气给我们一次次敲起了警钟，环境治理刻不容缓!

所以我们要提倡，爱护树木，种植树木，不要焚烧垃圾，随便排放污染物。我们必须要科学发展，尊重大自然，与大自然和谐相处。这样既保护了环境，又保护了我们的生存环境。蓝天、碧水、绿地、新鲜的空气，就能时时在我们身边!

最近一星期内，我们城市里出现了异常情况——雾霾。雾霾严重影响了居民的生活。在我上学时，周围灰蒙蒙，什么也看不清。这个星期六，爸爸送我去上古筝课，快到了，当时我没有看到周围的高楼大厦，还以为爸爸开错路哩！

一般雾都是跟纯牛奶一样，是乳白色的，而霾是灰色的，还有点儿呛鼻。我对雾，霾并不了解，所以我今天特意上网查了一下。哦，原来是这样啊，雾是有大量悬浮在近地面空气中的微小水滴或冰晶组成的气溶胶系统，是近地面层空气中水汽凝结的产物。雾的存在会降低空气透明度，使能见度恶化，如果目标物的水平能见度降低到1000米以内，就将悬浮在近地面空气中水汽凝结物的天气现像称为雾。

霾也称灰霾，空气中的灰尘，硫酸，硝酸，有机碳氢化合物等粒子使大气混浊，视野模糊并导致能见度恶化。随着空气质量的恶化，阴霾天气现象出现增多，危害加重。近期我国不少地区把阴霾天气现象并入雾一起作为灾害性天气预警预报。统称为雾霾天气。

雾霾能使人旧病复发，因为雾霾里包含细菌，灰尘和病毒等污染物，再加上人为地工业废气，汽车尾气等，严重影响人们的身体健康。现在，我们班里的一些同学得了重感冒，做什么事都无精打采，一副病怏怏的样子。所以大家一定要保护已经千疮百孔的地球啊，保护环境，从我做起，让蓝天白云永远陪伴着我们！

雾霾气体能直接进入并粘附在人体下呼吸道和肺叶中，对人体健康有伤害。雾霾是雾和霾的混合物，早晚湿度大时，雾的成分多。

天空象被人扣上了一口灰蒙蒙的大锅，清晨的雾如烟一样笼罩在我们的周围，能见度只有几米，汽车开着防雾灯，有的开着大灯，在公路上慢慢爬行，汽车的大灯在这雾霾的天气里，如同夏天晚上多长萤火虫，发出一点点光，几十米以后，消失在茫茫的大雾中。到了中午，太阳带着橘黄色的光，时隐时现。这就是最近几天经常发生的雾霾天气。

80年代以后，我们国家以牺牲资源和环境为代价，换来了gdp的高速增长，牺牲的资源换来了资源的日益贫乏，牺牲的环境换来了今天的雾霾。 雾霾的天气，对人的呼吸道有严重的危害。有多少人在不知不觉中，受到了雾霾的伤害。

雾霾，成就了多少官员升迁的梦想，给多少官员创造了政绩。

国家已经发现了这个问题，正在调整，不知道为了政绩，那些执政的官员舍得舍不得砍掉那些污染环境的项目。以后会不会再上这样的项目。

看来，一个人的政绩，不能光看gdp增长了多少，还得看老祖宗给我们留下的家业我们看的住没有。我们的环境有没有破坏。

一个人的是非功过，自有后人评说。

一出门，我就看见漫天大雾，周围五米内都是像蒙着面纱的建筑物，一切都树立在朦胧的雾中，像仙境，好有诗意。但您说雾霾天气引发呼吸道疾病，叫我戴上口罩。哇好像我还不太了解雾霾这两个字了吧！

我上网查了一下。雾霾天气是心血管疾病患者的健康杀手尤其是有呼吸道疾病和心血管疾病的老人，雾天最好不出门，更不宜晨练，否则可能诱发病情，甚至心脏病发作，引起生命危险。

雾霾天气遇到冬季寒流，导致本市各大医院门急诊患者中，呼吸道感染的患者比例同比明显上升。据北京市儿童医院统计，1月5日至11日，北京儿童医院日门急诊量最高峰曾达到9000多人次，呼吸道感染占到内科病人的50%左右。

雾霾是雾中悬浮着大量的烟、灰尘等微粒而形成的混浊现象。据环保部遥感卫星监测：1月29日中国范围内有130万平方公里的地区被雾霾笼罩，空气质量严重污染。

早晨，我费力地从床上爬起来，一副还没睡醒的样子，迅速的穿好衣服准备晨练。

刚从房间走出来，透过窗子看到外面的天气，一大堆的好心情顿时没有了。我用失落的模样走到院子里，雾霾太大了，当我想回到房间的时候发现自己走到了一个白茫茫的世界。一想到雾霾对身体有害就想快速离开这个白茫茫的世界，却什么也看不到。我就只能靠着直觉找到房间了。不到一分钟终于回到了房间。回到房间后，我想透过窗子看外面的雾霾，我刚一看，我的天呀!外面一片白色呀!什么也看不到。那时我觉得我正站在天上的白云上呢!

因为雾霾太大，不能总出门。所以我妈妈就没去上班。因为雾霾天气，我们一定要记住，雾霾天气尽量不要出门。

我眼中的雾霾是有害的。

在我小时候的记忆中，临泽一直是一个环境优美，有着蓝天白云的旅游城市。每次下完雨后，都是云雾缭绕，但那并不是霾，而只是雾，雾带给我们清新、湿润的空气，让我们感觉十分清爽。我们无忧无虑地在空地上玩耍、嬉戏。虽然在电视上看到大城市有雾霾，但是觉着那里离着我们好远，我们不用担心雾霾的出现，更不用担心雾霾对我们身体的危害。

最近这几年里，雾霾已经入侵了临泽，使我们看到蓝天白云的时间越来越少，空气质量越来越糟糕。雾霾竟然发生在了这美丽的城市，竟然与我们每一个人息息相关。我深切的感受到了雾霾对我们的生活和身体带来的巨大影响。

我见到的最大的一场雾霾就是在下完大雪后，我和妈妈晚上坐舅舅的车去兖州车站接爸爸。晚上，我和妈妈走着，小区已经被寂静笼罩，天色暗黑色，我和妈妈走在漆黑的路上，准备去小区门口找舅舅的车。结果，手电筒连前面的路都照不清，出现在手电筒面前的就是一个个小颗粒，几乎看不见周围的环境。我和妈妈在小区门口等了好一会儿，舅舅的车才来，我和妈妈刚坐上车，感觉更不好了!从车窗向外看，如果走在行车道上，连车旁十厘米的白线都看不清楚，我就和妈妈帮着舅舅看。这时，小汽车已经不多了，主要多的是大车，这些大车总感觉胆子好大，在如此大雾中开的如此快，真是厉害啊!能见度顶多一米，我们提心吊胆地看着后面，不时有车过来，猛不丁地吓我们一跳。我们跟着一辆大货车，只要保持着车距，就不会有危险。这样，大车把大雾给冲开，在后面，雾就少多了。就这样，该拐弯了，这个地方有路灯还好一点，但即使这样我们还是差点迷路。终于到了兖州火车站，接了爸爸，我们又如法炮制从兖州回来。从这可以看出雾霾对人们出行危害有多大!这也大大增加了事故的发生，晚上视野本来就不好，再让雾霾一掺和，视野更加模糊了!

这几天，我们曲阜雾霾越来越严重，几乎几天就有一次雾霾。而且也很大。一有雾霾，就没法户外运动。如果在操场上就会感觉嗓子一吸气就十分难受，都是雾霾惹得祸!下了课，连跑一跑都不行，嗓子就会痒痒，导致不停地咳嗽。也会危及人身健康。一天，我上学去，看到大街上的人都几乎带着口罩，好像不戴口罩就很奇怪似的，我也加入了“口罩一族”，不戴口罩不行呀!

希望大家可以保护环境，不让我们的地球受污染，减少雾霾的出现!

最近一段时间，天气总是雾蒙蒙的，早晨起来，周围原本美丽的景物变得十分模糊，新闻上也频频报道雾霾天气的不断出现而带来的严重后果，雾霾天气已经严重的影响到了空气质量，影响到人们的正常生活。

近年来，雾霾天气不但严重的影响了空气的质量，更是容易引发哮喘等疾病的主要来源。雾霾天气的空气中，包含了一些尘土形的微小颗粒，这些微小的颗粒是我们用肉眼无法看见的。这些微小的颗粒足以使人们得上肺病。它们，可称得上是无形杀手。那么，雾霾天气究竟是由什么而引起的呢?其实，雾霾天气就是由汽车尾、炒菜的油烟、还有吸烟吐出的烟、烟花的烟形成的，从而引发雾霾天气的出现。

不要说雾霾天气是杀手，更不要说雾霾天气很可怕，其实，真正的凶手还是我们人类，是人类不懂得保护环境，是人类要破坏自己的家园，所以才引起雾霾天气，这些都是人类自食其果。

当然啦，现在的局势还是无法挽回，我们还是可以阻止雾霾天气的。我们可以把汽车改成骑自行车;可以不吃炒菜，吃炖菜;可以戒烟或可以把吸完烟的烟头仍到垃圾桶里;可以少放烟花爆竹;还可以多种植花草树木，来净化环境。只有我们选择低碳生活，才能阻止雾霾天气的发生。有时候，我真希望，汽车里喷出来的不是难闻的尾气，而是淡淡的芳香，烟囱里吐出来的不是浓浓的黑烟，而是晶莹的露珠，。我真希望，我们的家园能变得树更绿、花更红、小鸟的歌声更动听、更悠扬。

我相信，只有大家行动起来，从自身做起，我们的梦想一定会成为现实，让我们大家一起努力，保护环境，保卫我们的家园，让雾霾天气不再危害人间，使我们的家园更美好。

雾霾相信大家都早已习以为常了吧，他既是我们的“伙伴”每天陪伴着我们，还是一位不速之客。

雾霾每天围绕着我们，使天空阴沉沉的看不见一点云彩，小鸟也搬了家，逃进了森林。它的危害很大，让肺炎发病率更大，他给大家带来了无数危害，但人们无动于衷。工地污染严重，黄标车在公路上肆意乱开，给天空的污染带来了许多问题。

但人类却始终不改。仍然随意排放着pm2。5等许多有害气体。人们本可以改过自新让天空重新回到那原本的湛蓝，空气可以变得更加清新，但人们屡教不改。国家早已发动了号召，但那些公司却为了财产偷偷摸摸的排放不好的气体。有些公司为了省钱，不安装过滤器气体。这些公司火上浇油，为天空的更差添了分力。

那些人明明知道雾霾不好，却依然对雾霾依依不舍，不愿离开他们。

他们为什么不能跟雾霾说再见，最好永不相见，贡献自己的那一份力量，哪怕十分微弱。人们多么希望能跟雾霾再见，但却不能实现愿望，这渺小的愿望。

大家一定要共同团结，让雾霾离开我们的生活，让他永不回来，让大家一起动员起来，和我们说再见。

天灰蒙蒙的，又是一个雾霾天气，路上的行人戴着口罩艰难的呼吸着，路上的车依旧那么多，可是乘坐在车里的人，他们应该没带口罩吧。

雾霾不知什么时候成为天气预报的常客了，晴朗的天气越来越少了，我们讨厌这种天气。整天呼吸这样的天气，严重影响我们的身体健康，更恶劣的是带来不少疾病，像呼吸系统疾病，心血管病，癌症等等。雾霾不仅影响着我们的健康，也模糊了我们的视线，甚至影响到我们的正常生活，在家里连窗户都不敢开了。我们的心理上更是蒙了一层厚厚的土。

造成雾霾的原因是人类对大气的污染，工厂排放废气，还有就是图中的汽车排放尾气，汽车一族的不断增加，所带来的不仅是交通问题，还有严重的污染问题。大自然的自我净化处理能力已经受不住我们如此的折腾。所以市民现在应该有这样的反省，不能只为了自己方便，就给环境施加压力，应提倡绿色出行，公共出行，为美好的蓝天做出自己的一点努力。

Hazy weather has become a frequent visitor to the weather forecast, and sunny weather become less and less.So people hate this bad,annoying,dirty weather. If we often breath such bad air，it will threaten our health. Because the bad weather cause a lot of diseases, such as respiratory disease, cardiovascular disease, cancer and so on. So citizens should have such consciousness, not their own convenience, but they should advocate green travel and give preference to public transportation. Only by doing this,can they make their own efforts to build up the blue sky once more.
