Third,we should develop green and energy-saving energy to lower the emission of haze and improve air quality.As far as i am concerned ,if we work together to be able to do such measures ,our environment will getting better and better and haze weather will vanish completely.

“低碳生活，从我做起”相信这句话人人都听过吧，可是又有几个人可以做到呢，比如说现在的天气雾霾天气。

春节这几天有雾霾，相信大家也看到了能见度只有几十米，因为大家放假，有车的开车，那么汽车尾气为也随之增加。今年回奶奶家的时候出租车师傅给我们说他已经看到了五起车祸最严重的是两个车头全部撞坏了，并且高速公路给封了。雾霾不仅会造成车祸，而且还对人体有害呢。现在国家规定大城市不要放炮了原来卖炮都有一条街，现在卖炮的只有几个摊了。

让我们珍惜环境，远离雾霾吧!

今天早晨，大雾弥漫，世界白茫茫的一片。人们穿着棉袄、戴着口罩，小心翼翼地行走着。建筑物在很远的地方若隐若现。窗户上也起了一层白白的水雾，就像冬爷爷悄悄为窗子送上了一幅洁白了窗纱，我用手指在“窗纱”上随意地画着画。

树叶在大雾的笼罩下绿中带着一丝白，像一个个在云朵里飞舞的小天使。大雾看似轻曼，柔和，但这只是它掩盖自己邪恶的面纱。听妈妈说，大雾中有对人体有害的物质，在大雾中出门，一定要戴上口罩。它能遮挡视线，阻挡为人们出行，引发交通事故。

但我仍然喜欢雾，因为雾像白茫茫的雪，让我想起了打雪仗、堆雪人的欢乐;雾像白白的围巾，让我想起了那温暖的感觉;雾像洁白的画纸，我可以在上面画出美丽的图画。

每天早晨起来，我再也没有看到那火红的太阳来照亮大地。只有走出家门，你才会发现大雾笼罩着整个城市，周围原本美丽的>景色也变得模糊不清了。由雾霾引起的交通堵塞现象;由雾霾引起的哮喘等疾病??雾霾天气时刻困扰着我们，给我们带来许多不便。虽然我常常裹着大衣、背着书包从街上匆匆走过，但也会时不时打一个喷嚏，连感冒也久治不愈。

最近一段时间，我们成都的天气总是雾蒙蒙的。就在2013年11月21日，四川省成都市遭遇史上最严重的雾霾。现在，雾霾天气严重地影响成都的空气质量。雾霾天气的空气中，包含了一些尘土行的微小颗粒，这些微小的颗粒是人们用肉眼无法看到的，它们足以使人们得上肺病，对我们的身体造成伤害。现在的成都，雾霾天气几乎每天都有。美丽的“天府之国”也变成了一座“雾霾之都”了。

不要说雾霾是杀手，更不要说雾霾很可怕，其实，真正的凶手是我们人类，是我们不懂得保护环境，才引起的雾霾。要想挽回美丽的“天府之国”，我们可以把坐汽车变为骑自行车;可以少吃炒菜，多吃炖菜;可以戒烟或把吸完的烟头扔到垃圾桶里;可以少放烟花爆竹;还可以多种植花草树木，来净化环境。只有我们选择低碳生活，才能阻止雾霾天气的发生。

啊，让我们立刻行动起来，一起来阻止雾霾天气的发生，挽回我们美丽的“天府之国”——成都吧!

张爱玲说：“人生如一袭华美的旗袍，但上面爬满了虱子。”读到这句话的那一瞬间，我有了醍醐灌顶的感觉，像是坐禅入定的老僧突然顿悟了一样。是的，人生是美好的，但总有着这样那样的雾霾笼罩心中。

每个人的一生总会遇到这样那样的挫折，我们常常被这些挫折困住，从此一蹶不振。困住自己的心灵，将自己打入心灵的死牢。从此拒绝阳光，一味地自怨自艾，却不去想解决的办法，卷入回忆的漩涡中不能自拔，迷失在雾霾中。

还有人说，人生如剥洋葱，每剥一层，总会让人流泪。我们拒绝洋葱的辣，因此也忽略了它的营养和美味，正如我们忽略了在坎坎坷坷的夹缝中所隐藏着的细微的美好和感动。不过，那些被我们忽略和错过的美好，不会就此而消逝不见，只要你走出心灵的困境，打开那座束缚你心灵的死牢，那些美好和感动会重新回到你的身边。生命中总有很多值得我们用心感受的美好：父母无微不至的关爱，朋友之间真挚的友谊，灾难面前祖国儿女的风雨同舟……用心体会，你会发现，你的身边充满阳光。伸开双手，拥抱阳光，放眼望去，外面的风景真美，窗外，还有一只美丽的蝴蝶飞过。

生活中常常可以看到这些一些人，他们出身不够高贵，相貌不算出众，衣着不够新潮，言辞也不够华丽，这是一种扎进人堆便会消失的人，但他们快乐、阳光、开朗，他们常常微笑，即使遭遇不幸，他们也可以坚强地面对，他们的肩膀也许不够坚实，但照样可以扛起生活的重担。他们也许会哭，但眼泪不代表懦弱。擦干泪，继续前行。

《茜茜公主》里的茜茜曾说：“当我感到郁闷或者沮丧的时候，我会走到公园里去，亲吻每一朵花，抚摸它们的叶子，它们使我感觉到生命无处不在。”是的，走出心灵的雾霾，其实只在一念之间。

近期，雾霾天气频频发生，越来越严重，也引起了全国人民的注意和关照。中国不少地方把雾霾作为灾害性天气预报。

雾霾是怎样形成的呢？请听我慢慢道来。它是由pm2.5尘粒、烟粒、盐粒等均匀地浮在空中从而形成霾。不过，雾和霾还有本质上的区别。起雾时空气潮湿，出现霾时空气干燥，并且对人体有害无益，长期吸入会导致死亡。

雾霾又是怎样产生的呢？汽车尾气，工业生产排放废气，和鞭炮等都是雾霾的主要来由。少开一次车，少放一次鞭炮。让我们中国人不要再忽视环保。

不过，相对的自我保护也是要有的。为了避免吸入雾霾，雾霾天气切勿开窗。出去旅游，或者游玩时，请戴上口罩。多喝桐橘梗茶，并且适量补充维生素d。还要多喝水，饮食要清淡。

雾霾还会引发许多疾病，如呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病等，各种危害人体健康的大病。

保护自己，与雾霾做斗争是最重要的，雾霾虽然恐怖，但是人们还是想出许多办法与雾霾决战，如：人工降雨等。但是，这毕竟只能小范围短时间地控制雾霾，不是长久之计。所以，大家应该保护环境。

保护环境吧！让这几年的雾霾天气逐渐减少吧！让人们不用因此而死亡！
