Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.

昨天，我在图书馆做公益去获取公益实数(类似于学分)。我早上8点到达图书馆，一个图书馆管理员让我去擦一楼到六楼的厕所里的镜子。然后

就开始擦镜子了。等我完成了所有的工作，已经过去两个小时了。我非常地累，但是看着被我擦得干净闪亮的镜子，我感到很开心。说实话，我在家里从来没有做过像这样的事情，所以，这对我来说是一次新的体验，这也让我体会到了父母的艰辛。

时光飞逝，转眼时又是一个多姿多彩的新年，今年是猪年，是我们的吉祥之年，有一半的人是属猪的，而我却不是。

当在大年初一这天，我和几个小伙伴一起放鞭炮，我们高高兴兴地来到了小店，再回来的路上，我们四处乱放，有一个伙伴，不小心把鞭炮放在了草堆里，火在雄雄地烧了起来，把他吓了，于是他把

草滚到了河里，这才解了难。

到了第二天，我还在我家后面的冰上放了起来。我先去河里踩了一下冰，我发现那里的冰很厚比石头还要厚。

于是，我便用鞭炮向河里一扔，只见“啪”的一声冰全破了，而且还溅起了水花。我还在冰上踢足球，一不小心，我差点掉河里，从此，以后我再也不再冰上踢足球了。

到了晚上，我还在天空中放了三个孔明灯，我还许了三个愿望，过了一会我发现四面八方全都是孔明灯，那情景，好比蓝天般宽阔。就像是一大堆气球在空中，自由自在地顺风而行。

从这件事中，我体会到：我们不能乱放鞭炮。

我国的传统文化独一无二，多姿多彩：有精致的传统工艺，有奇妙而引人入胜的神话故事，有古老而独特的民族艺术......其中我最爱的就要数传统节日中的春节了。

春节一到，大街上挤满了人，家家都开始挂灯笼，贴对联，剪窗花，买年货，热闹极了。地上积满了雪，俗话说“瑞雪兆丰年”，放眼望去，到处一片红，处处都是喜气洋洋的，真是一个红红火火的好日子!

晚上，我们在一起包饺子吃，有的像可爱的小鸭子，有的像弯弯的月亮。我们还吃了又香又脆的春卷，真是令人回味无穷的团圆饭啊!

我们围坐在一起，一边发红包，一边送祝福，一边守岁，弄得我哈欠连天呢!

“当——”午夜12点的钟声敲响了，烟花时间到，随着一朵朵“花儿”在空中绽放，天空中沸腾了起来，大地也随之“跳起舞”来，真是热闹非凡呀!真令人难忘。

这就是我春节做的喜庆之事，同时，我也一直希望2018年的春节会更加热闹，更加喜气洋洋!我爱喜气洋洋的春节!爱中国的传统文化!

过年了，家家户户都放烟花，吃团圆饭，也是我们小朋友最开心时候了。

我家吃过团圆饭，就去放烟花。我和爸爸拿出各种各样花炮，有“太空人”、“蝴蝶”、“冲天炮”等等。

爸爸点燃导火线，只听“嘶”一声，烟花腾空而起，喷出五颜六色花。

我叫着要自己放。我从爸爸手中拿来打火机，去点放在地上盐花，我侧着身子半蹲着，一手去点火。导火线咝咝一响，我赶紧缩回手，向爸爸那儿跑去，还没转身，啪一声，烟花在空中爆开了，飞出一个小降落伞。我回过头，降落伞已稳稳落地了。

家乡的春节从腊月中旬就开始了。家家户户的阳台上挂满了诱人的笋干、香肠、鱼干、鸡鸭、腊肉啊，春节的味道越来越浓了。

过了小年二十三，家里要进行一次彻底的大扫除。全家总动员，外公拖地，外婆擦油烟机，爸爸擦各种电器、桌椅与洗马桶，妈妈整理衣物，我也不甘落后，把他们清理出来的垃圾倒掉。果然人多力量大，家里很快就变得干干净净，地板都可以当镜子照了!

除夕这天既忙碌又热闹。外婆一大早就从菜场抢回满满一小车的菜，吃完早餐后就忙着清洗。外公磨刀霍霍，负责杀鸡杀鱼。至于虾蟹等各类海鲜的处理与烧煮，自然是吃货爸爸义不容辞的事了。

下午，厨房里就飘出一股股令人馋涎欲滴的各种香味，撩拨得我好像饥肠辘辘似得。美食的诱惑实在难以抵挡，趁大人不注意，我会偷偷地先吃点解解馋。妈妈发现了会憋着笑意假装严肃地批评我，而慈爱的外婆这时就是我的护身符，总会站在我这边不许妈妈教训我。外公也会边忙边探过头来说干嘛干嘛，小孩子贪吃很正常，又没事之类的话。不但妈妈想借此对我进行教育的事不了了之，我还能在外婆满含笑意的宠溺的眼神里理直气壮地吃她特意为我准备的东西。

简单祭祖后，外婆就招呼大家上桌吃一年里意义非凡的年夜饭了。当大家大快朵颐，吃得津津有味时，我却只能望食兴叹了，因为我之前已经吃得肚胀腹圆了，后悔也来不及了!

然后我就盼望着观赏除夕夜的美丽烟花。等啊等，五颜六色的烟花终于绽放在夜空中了!千姿百态，有的像银蛇狂舞，有的像孔雀开屏，还有的像绽放的花朵。它们把兰溪装点的绚丽夺目，整个兰溪城真是火树银花不夜天啊!

大年初一开始，我就要跟父母去长辈家拜年。这也是我喜欢的事。因为拜年有好吃的，可以与亲戚家的同龄小朋友一起玩，最让人高兴的是还会有红包。我常常一领到红包，就连忙躲到个没人的地方，偷偷地打开红包看看有多少，只要是达到或超出预想，我就很兴奋，觉得这个长辈对我真好，真大方。当然，不管多少，最后我都会乖乖地主动上交给爸爸妈妈，因为我是好孩子。

元宵节是春节的最后一个高潮。家乡的元宵节要舞龙灯，那景象，美丽壮观极了!龙头威武高大，龙身有好几十节，长的甚至有上百节，身上色彩斑斓。每节龙灯里都点着蜡烛，在漆黑的夜晚，特别明亮炫目。长长的龙灯在很多年轻健壮的小伙子肩上扛着，有时穿街走巷，有时在空旷处盘桓，有时龙头还要叩拜祈福、求财、保平安呢。

元宵过后，我们又要背着书包去上学了，大人们早就已经开始上班了。热闹喜庆的春节就这样过去了，谁能告诉我，下一个春节可以早点来吗?

终于放假了，春节对我来说好像是一个假期一样，我很期待，但是过了春节以后我又长大了一岁。

在超市商场里边，到处都是春节喜气洋洋的气氛，很多很多的东西包装都是红颜色的，年味儿很浓。买年货的人人山人海，我和爸爸在超市买了一副春联，还买了3对窗花，我很想买那只红嘟嘟的毛茸茸的小羊，但是爸爸说我的玩具太多了，不能再买了，我心里很不舒服。

大年三十的时候我们回老家了，在老家的集市上一点儿也不亚于超市，一会儿一个鞭炮的响声，到处都是叫卖声，讨价还价声，好不热闹。下午爸爸的朋友送来一三轮车的烟花，我帮忙搬着，烟花的种类真多，有“大财元宝”、“一鸣惊人”……。我好期待晚上。到了下午4点多钟，村里想起了鞭炮声，烟花声，我就嚷嚷着爸爸赶快放烟花，爸爸说放这个是有规矩的，要等吃了饺子才能放的，我快速跑到厨房喊奶奶赶快煮饺子。终于可以放烟花了，爸爸把烟花固定好，开始放了，哇，好漂亮，五彩缤纷，天空跟开了花儿似的。

放完烟花以后，长辈们开始给我发压岁钱了，我把所有的压岁钱放进了我的钱包。大年初一的早上，我还在梦中就被鞭炮声惊醒了，睁眼一看才6点，哎，该起来磕头了，我们老家的风俗，起床以后我跟着爸爸妈妈姑姑一起给爷爷奶奶磕头，还说着新年好，新年吉祥，这样就可以了。随后就可以和小朋友们一起玩放鞭炮、用自己的压岁钱买一些小饰品一起分享了。

我竟把上联“福门吉祥千财旺”和下联“家顺人和万事兴”这哥儿俩弄错位置，变成“左上右下”啦！唉，我这糊涂虫真是丢人丢到家！接下来，我在姐姐的指导下又一次“再创辉煌”！我小心翼翼地拿起沾满糨糊的刷子，从上到下，不紧不慢地均匀地涂在对联反面，由于动作不娴熟，小手上也沾满乳白色的糨糊，变成花猫爪，然后我笨手笨脚地将上联“绿柳舒眉辞旧岁”贴在右边，用手轻轻抹平，把挤出的糨糊擦去。嘿，上联大功告成！按照这样的方法，又将下联“红桃开口贺新年”安家落户。

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline

and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of

stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.

Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to

avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my

opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor

performance and ill health.

Chinese New Year is coming and my family is very busy. Its because Chinese

New Year is very special and important. We must prepare many special things to

get ready for this festival.

In China， Spring Festival is the biggest day. People will come back home and enjoy spending some time with their families. So no matter how far they are， they will figure out all the ways to come back home and get reunited. The house cleaning work before the coming of this big day always brings me the happy memory.

Thanks for your letter which finally caught up with me in London. I suppose youre keen to hear how the trip has been so far. So heres a short description of whats happened.

Well, you remember we left Sydney on Monday and arrived in London 24 hours later. After such a long and exhausting flight the first thing we did was to have a good, long sleep. And after that?a good meal to make up for all that horrible airline stuff!

The first real day of our holiday was spent just walking around London to get a feel of the place. After that, however, we were more particular and planned each day carefully.

First, we looked at all the historical sights, such as the Tower of London, the Houses of Parliament, the British Museum and the National Gallery. Then we visited some other famous places, such as Kew Gardens and Hampstead Heath. Finally, we took a one-day trip to Oxford, which is really the most marvelous town. You should make sure to go there when you visit England.

After we had seen a lot of London, we flew to Paris. A t first, we didnt like the place-I suppose because it was so different from London. Later, though, we began to really love it and started to appreciate its differentness.

The final stage of our trip is a visit to Rome, after which we will be staying in Singapore for two days before returning to Australia.

Christmas Day is very popular around the world, which originates in western

country, but now it is celebrated by the world. When this big day comes, there

肚子吃饱了，今天玩的也很开心，压岁钱也拿了好多，天晚了，我们回家了。

Christmas is the most important festival in the western world.It falls on December 25th.When my mother and Istayed in America,we were invited by one of my mothers friends to have Christmas with an American family.We bought some presents for our American friends on our way to their house.They had prepared different kinds of gifts for their family and guests when we got to their house,such as Christmas candles,cakes,cards,little toys,biscuits and so on.A Christmas tree was placed in the comer of the brilliant hall.How beautiful it was！We were impressed by these.We had abig meal.After dinner,they told us some interesting stories about Christmas.We learned that Christmas had something to do with God.We went to bed at midnight.Though we knew the Santa Claus was not true,we were still waiting for the Santa Claus with white beard to bring us presents.And we received many beautiful presents the next morning.This Christmas was really unforgettable.Not only did Ihave agood time,but also Iknew something about foreign culture.

今年的除夕，人们还在最后的忙碌，有的剖鱼、有的杀鸡，有的宰羊。大街小巷早已披上了红色节日的盛装，树上挂满了红灯笼、中国结;屋门上、墙壁上、门楣上贴上了大大的福字，对联、窗花，把房子打扮得像一个个俏姑娘，祖国各地，沉浸在一遍喜庆之中。

妈妈告诉我在满桌的佳肴中，有两道菜是最有寓意的，一道是红烧鱼，预示着我们今后生活红红火火、年年有余;还有一道是肉圆，预示着一家人吉祥美好、富贵团圆。全家老少围在大圆桌上，边吃边互相道贺祝福，干脆响亮的酒杯互碰声，蕴含着来年的事业能兴旺发达。大人们爽朗的笑声和热情的祝福，预示着来年的生活会美好灿烂。吃年夜饭间，震耳欲聋的鞭炮声连绵一片

吃完团圆饭后，我们就开始守年岁了。8点钟，《春节联欢晚会》开始了，我们一家坐在电视机前看《春节联欢晚会》，耳边还不时传来震耳欲聋的鞭炮声。晚会节目很精彩：有优美动听的歌曲，有幽默风趣的小品，还有滑稽逗人的相声……节目是丰富多彩，看得我眼花缭乱。

我就缠着爸爸陪我去放鞭炮。我们拿着精心挑选的烟花朝屋外走去，我们来到一个空旷的地带，那里早就有人在放了。我拿着自己买的鞭炮，我把它立好在地上，先打燃打火机，然后我蹲下点燃它，我就捂住耳朵飞快地向安全地带跑去。当我跑到安全地带时，它已经疯狂地旋转起来，最后“轰”地一声响起来。

然后我又拿了一个又长又细的神鞭。我拿着安全的那一头，我伸长着手臂请爸爸帮我点燃另一头，我看着神鞭放出金灿灿的星火向周围放出，我不由自主地在原地转起圈来。那些星火像一条龙不停地围着我转。同时响起了噼噼啪啪的声音。

这天晚上到处是烟花爆竹声;到处是喜气洋洋的欢笑声，烟花爆竹声彻夜不绝。在新的一年里，我希望我可以有更大的进步。

假如我当英语小老师，我要充分利这短短的40分钟，培养同学们学习英语的兴趣，让他们以后能自觉学习。

假如我当英语小老师，我首先要请教我的老师，家长，并去书店或者上网查资料。
