在张家界天门山海拔1400余米的西线栈道绝壁上，一群吊着绳索的环卫工人在悬崖外清理峭壁及树枝上的垃圾，过往的游客看到这样用生命捡垃圾的惊险一幕，既对工作人员抱以敬佩之意，同时也对随意丢垃圾的不文明行为表示谴责。为加强提升旅游文明，各地各部门从做细做小做实等方面出实招，努力营造良好的文明出游环境。中国旅游协会首次发布文明旅游倡议，积极引导广大游客文明出行；中国民航局与国家旅游局依法依规，联手整治不文明乘机行为。而仅仅靠有关部门的努力是远远不够的，公众的参与是实现文明出游的重要基础。笔者认为，保护环境、保护自然是每个人的责任，一个人最起码应该注重自己的形象，进而知耻而守礼，比如在附近没垃圾桶的情况下，可以塑料袋存好垃圾，带到山下，只有让文明的观念内化于心、外见于行，才能使其成为一种自觉行为。美景遭破坏，我们出游的质量也会打折扣，出游不文明行为最终影响是游客本身，会让美好初衷窘态频现。

诚然，文明出游不是一朝一夕能养成的，需要“德治”与“法治”的双轨驱动。一方面，游客在提升自身文化和道德修养上下功夫，做到让文明出游成为一种自然的习惯，尤其要加强早期的教育，从娃娃抓起；另一方面，要进一步建立健全法律法规和监管体系，保障文明出游的硬约束。现在全国很多省份都在制定文明旅游行为准则，用法律和制度规范游客的行为举止。国家旅游局依法制订的《游客不文明行为记录管理暂行办法》也已经施行，全国游客不文明行为记录管理工作也同步开展，游客不文明行为的劣迹将保存一至两年。准确有效地制定一部让全社会认同的法律，重要的是要注意法律实施的有效性，使制定好的法律一定要起到实际效果，从这个角度说，文明旅游还仍然任重而道远。

旅游出行不仅仅是一种回归自然的体验，更是一个人文明素质和文化修养的展示平台。“你站在桥上看风景，其他看风景的人也在楼上或远处望着你”，出行时让我们记住旅途中的风景要靠目光去发现，而生命里的风景要靠行为去雕刻，让我们所有人一起对不文明行为说“不”。

Then you can save useful webpages which get you out of the time-consuming information. Last but not least, we should be self-control and never be attracted by the distracting information. 风和日丽的早晨，秋涵和晨凯走在上学的小道上。一阵扑面而来的臭味不得不让他们捂住了鼻子。什么味儿啊？这么臭！晨凯瓮声瓮气地说道。好像，好像是垃圾箱里发出的味道。两人赶忙跑过去，那些饭菜洒在了外面，可乐瓶，煤渣，瓜壳纸屑到处都是。还有一块香蕉皮，一半在外，一半在里，还发出阵阵恶臭。苍蝇。蚊子围在一旁，不时嗡嗡嗡地叫着，实在是恶心。秋涵眉头紧锁，不管三七二十一，弯下腰，一次，两次。。。。。。她虽然已经挥汗如雨，却不肯停歇。这样也不是办法啊！就算秋涵把垃圾捡干净了，但明天，后天，依旧会有人丢，也不能从根本上解决乱丢乱扔的问题，怎么办呢？有了。晨凯从书包里抽出一张白纸，提笔写道：文明—只差一步。秋涵也把垃圾捡完了，把纸粘上去，两人相视而笑。又是一个阳光明媚的早晨，两人走到垃圾桶旁，没有了臭味，没有了倒在外面的垃圾，也没有了难听的嗡嗡嗡声。

文明—只差一步。

这个漫画让我触动了。它告诉我们：生活中，有些行为离文明往往只差一步。如果每个人都克制不住自己，随心所欲，为了自己的方便，而不讲文明，那家园将肮脏不堪，无法生存，这难道就是我们想要的吗？不，不是！

我看过这么一篇报导：

去年5.1黄金周期，被国人视为圣地的天安门广场，日产垃圾19吨！7天就是133吨！环卫工人说，如果不及时清扫的话，广场每天的垃圾足以淹没脚踝。

[小学作文：有些行为离文明只差一步

我家住在海甸岛，出行经常经过世纪大桥。在世纪大桥上我发现一个现象：有不少电单车驶上世纪大桥，上下班高峰期更多。

这个现象非常不文明。世纪大桥上的六车道，全部是给汽车行驶的，而且汽车在世纪大桥上行驶的速度非常快，如果电单车行驶在机动车道上，和汽车抢道，汽车为了躲避电单车，被迫在高速行驶的状态下变道，很容易造成交通事故。其实，世纪大桥两头上桥处，都有个大大的告示牌，上面写着：世纪大桥禁止非机动车、行人通行，违者处罚。可是还是有些人不遵守规定，驾驶电单车上桥，才导致这些不文明的现象发生。

我妈妈一个朋友的亲戚，就是去年九月份骑电单车在世纪大桥上，被一辆汽车撞倒了，至今还没醒过来，成为一个植物人。她的家人不仅要承受亲人受伤的痛苦，承担违反交通规则的处罚，还要支付庞大的医药费。这个深刻的教训难道不能给大家警示吗?

我希望，一是大家都自觉遵守交通秩序，电单车不要上世纪大桥行驶。二是交警加强管理，加大处罚的力度，不让非机动车上世纪大桥。

海口是我家，文明靠大家。如果每个人都是文明人，这个城市就会变得更文明、更美丽。

古人云：“不学礼，无以立。”那么，礼仪是什么呢?礼仪就是礼节和仪式等道德规范。中国是数干年的“礼仪之邦”，《礼记》曰：“夫礼者，所以定亲疏、决嫌疑、别同异、明是非也。”古人以礼待人的事例多如牛毛，而如今很多人认为礼仪已经不重要了，且渐渐被人们遗忘，现实生活中已经找不到了。但其实这只是他们不善于去发现，去注意，今天这种讲文明讲礼仪的事例也不胜枚举。

记得那是一个阳光明媚的清晨，我正走在街上，就看到这样一幕感人肺腑的事：马路上，绿灯亮起，等待过马路的人们开始前行，人群中有一位年过古稀，白发苍苍的老奶奶特别引人注目，她虽然被一位中年女子搀扶着，但动作迟钝，行动缓慢，时间流逝，绿灯向红灯倒数：5、4、3、2、1……行人道的红灯亮起，此时的斑马线上只留下她们两人。老人停住脚步，慢慢地抬起头，似乎在等待前行的车流从她们身旁穿行而过，但她却发现车辆并没有呼啸而来。的哥在车内微笑着用手势示意她们继续前行，没有丝毫不耐烦。老人点了点头，表示谢意，走了过去。

其实礼仪很简单，很平常。时代在改变，如今的我们随着生活节奏的加快，很多繁重的礼仪仪式已经被一再的简化，但这并不表示礼仪已经不存在了，它其实已经深入我们的骨髓，体现在我们平时的举止行为中。礼仪是温暖的阳光，给人无尽的温暖;礼仪是新出的绿叶，衬托花的美丽，礼仪是高大的树木，让人感到凉爽;礼仪是一股力量，会给人无穷的魄力。礼仪是多么的重要!文明礼仪我们身边无处不在，让我们从身边的一件件小事情做起，常常使用“请”、“你好”、“没关系”等一些有礼貌的日常用语。让每个人彼此之间都用诚恳、友好的态度待人;用热情、大方的举止处事;用善于宽容的方式对待他人……让我们的校园、我们的生活更加和谐与美好!让祖国越来越昌盛，越来越伟大啊!

不文明是一个城市、一个国家的黑色标记，令人感到恶心和烦躁。今天就让我们把它们找出来改改吧，让这座城市，这个国家抛掉这些烦恼吧!

不久前，曾看到这样一则报道，说的是新加坡，新加坡是一个通用英语的国家，这个国家的公共场所的各种标语大多是用英语书写。但其中的一些文明礼貌的标语，如“不准随地吐痰”、“禁止吸烟”、“不准进入草坪”等却用中文书写。为什么呢?人家回答：“因为有这些不文明行为的大多数是中国大陆的游客。”为此，到新加坡考察的一位中学校长语重心长地说：“不文明行为也是国耻。”

不知大家是否记得，三年前中央电视台报道，国庆节后的天安门广场，随处可见口香糖残迹，40万平方米的天安门广场上竟有60万块口香糖残渣，有的地方不到一平方米的地面上，竟有9块口香糖污迹，密密麻麻的斑痕与天安门广场的神圣和庄严形成了强烈反差。

通过这两个事件，很明确的说明中国人身上有着各种各样的不文明行为。正是这些不文明的行为，让中国的黑色标记越来越大、越来越明显。对于这些不文明，我们小学生应该对它们说“不”，帮助整个社会进步，让随地吐痰、乱扔垃圾、践踏草坪的行为……不再出现;帮助整个国家进步，让“不准随地吐痰”、“禁止吸烟”、“不准进入草坪”等文明标语不再以中文的行式出现在国外。

我们国家自古就有“礼仪之邦”的美称!继承先祖的优良传统是我们每一个国人的义务。面对这些与社会主义极不相称的现象，我们应该会有深刻的启发!我们是新时代的小学生，而且我们当中也有一些人身上存在不文明的行为!

让我们努力争做好学生，从小做起，抛弃那些不文明行为，让大家一起努力吧!

星期天，阳光明媚，我十分开心，可以到外面走走。

我来到大街上，前方一个人，嚼着嘴里的泡泡糖，吮干了里面的甜味，只见他一个深呼吸，鼓起腮，三、二、一，瞄准，发射。那泡泡糖就像一颗子弹一样，发射出去，停留在地面上。没过多久，泡泡糖被人踩到了，像胶水一样贴住了人的鞋。没有办法，他忍着恶心，慢慢地用鞋在地面上磨，费了九牛二虎之力，才磨干净。

只是磨下来的泡泡糖又重新粘在地面上，清洁工来了，不论怎么扫也扫不下来，只好从口袋里掏出卫生纸，一点一点地抠下来。仔细地想一想，这泡泡糖还夹杂着无数的细菌，感染太多的人。

其实，我们真不该乱吐泡泡糖，让这些垃圾回自己家，让文明重新回到世界上。
