当你在没有家长陪同，有炎热难耐时，你还会任性的往水中跳吗?

一些学生因为逞强好胜，不知水深，潜入水中，还做出各种各样的姿势，导致体力不支。碰到这种情况的学生，有的被救了，但另外的学生呢，则再也无法重新开始了。这难道是天意吗?难道活下来只能靠运气吗?

离去的学生或许很后悔，但再也来不及改正了，只留下在世的亲人悲痛不已;死里逃生的学生，带着侥幸心理，但恐怕再也不会有第二次了吧;对于那些从没有遇到过这件事的人，趁来得及，更加珍惜自己的生命。

溺水时可以避免的，只是学生缺乏“游泳安全”的意识以及防溺水知识。

身边的河流只便于用来欣赏，享受游泳的乐趣还是留给那些有经验和准备的人吧，他们总是预料到一些可能发生的事情，准备好应对的方法。

在不知水深的情况下，绝对不可以以身试险;在有障碍物或有漩涡的激流中，也不可以轻易下水。游泳之前一定要做好安全措施，如救生圈，必须要有懂水性的家长陪同，还要做一些准备活动，否则有可能会导致头晕、恶心、心慌等不适应的现象。若在水中大腿抽筋，应立即上岸，在无人时，也要学会自救的方法：先吸一口气，仰浮在水上，用抽筋肢体对侧的手握住抽筋肢体的脚趾，并用力向身体方向拉，同时用同侧的手掌，压在抽筋肢体的膝盖上，帮助抽筋的腿伸直。

生活中世事难料，我们要好好把握自己的生命，对自己的生命负责，不能因为一时大意而让自己身处险境。看着身边一个个生命就这样在世界上消失，请记住这一个个教训。

预防溺水，珍爱生命，希望我们每个人都能够重视这些问题，不要为了一时的快乐，而让自己的生命陷入危险之中。
