First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.

水，是生命之源，如果地球上没有水，人类就会死去。但是水也给人带来了危害，如洪水、海啸等，但目前发生最多的还是溺水事件。

其实很多溺水事件是可以避免的，就因为有的同学逞强好胜，因体力不支而溺水，有的同学到水深的地方游泳而发生危险，还有的同学游泳技术不佳，没有经过家长同意就去游泳而发生溺水事故。

Thank you for taking time to read this letter. As the problem of food safety has been becoming worse and worse nowadays, I am obliged to write to you.

Several days ago, one of my classmates came back from supermarket with a large bag of food. Because of having found a new style of tinned?ish in the food store, she was very glad. Several other roommates were invited to enjoy the “mouth?atering chicken”. Unfortunately, after finishing the food, all of my three friends had stomachaches and vomited, their faces having become paler and paler. Due to sensitivity to that kind of tinned food, I escaped that suffer. At that time, my mind went blank. I dialed the emergency number with my trembling hand, therefore they were quickly sent to hospital. The doctor said they were lucky to be out of danger because they did not eat too much of that rotten fish and were hospitalized on time.

This is the matter that happened around me which made me realize the seriousness of the food safety problem. I sincerely hope that the whole society could attach much importance to this issue.

夏天到了，喜欢游泳的小朋友们又可以开开心心地游泳了，但总有一个词刺激着我们的神经，那就是溺水事故。

今年6月1日下午4时，武陟县城南新沁河桥附近，有几名学生去沁河边玩耍，其中一名女生不慎落水，三名男生见状相救，结果都掉进了河里，造成一女三男溺水。

在电视上，当看到他们的父母号啕大哭、悲痛欲绝的神情时，我也深深地替他们感到痛心、难过。

安全问题老师常讲、家长常说，可有的人总是不以为然，觉得这样的事故离自己太遥远。其实，在我们身边类似的事故曾不止一次地发生：今年3月10日晚上8时多，广东省惠州市惠城区水口街道老津老街一鱼塘发生一起溺水事故，造成4名小学生死亡;5月14日，四川省绵阳市一天发生两起小孩溺水事故;6月26日，江西省南昌市红谷滩新区生米镇文青村发生一起悲剧，3个同胞兄妹在村口池塘旁边玩耍时溺水身亡。

每到夏季，这样的悲剧时有发生，如果不及时预防，增强安全防范意识，悲剧还会继续发生。不过，我认为，酿成这样惨祸的罪魁祸首还是他们自己没有紧绷安全这根弦。进入夏季，他们没有把“防溺水”放在心上，只图一时痛快，等灾难来临追悔莫及，在自己失去生命的同时，也给家人造成了重大伤害。

在这里，我要呼吁大家：生命只有一次，一定要珍惜。为了爱我们和我们爱的人，请远离威胁我们生命的水池、河流吧，不要让它们吞噬了我们的生命!
