耳内进水后应及时将水排出，最常见的方法是：

1、单足跳跃法：患耳向下，借用水的重力作用，使水向下从外耳道流出。

2、活动外耳道法：可连续用手掌压迫耳屏或用手指牵拉耳廓;或反复地做张口动作，活动颞颌关节，均可使外耳道皮肤不断上下左右活动或改变水屏障稳定性和压力的平稳，使水向外从外耳道流出。

3、外耳道清理法：用干净的细棉签轻轻探入外耳道，一旦接触到水屏障时即可把水吸出。

Halloween Halloween is an autumn holiday that Americans celebrate every year. It means "holy evening," and it comes every October 31, the evening before All Saints‘ Day. 首先，如果要游泳的话，需要在家长的陪同下到正规的游泳场所游泳。也可以有家长的陪同下到开放区域，并具有救生安全的游泳区域游泳。但千万不要到水库、池塘边、小溪……不具有救生安全或者是有危险性的区域游泳。如果到正规的游泳场所游泳的话，下水之前还是要注意做好下水前的准备运动，不然的话还是照样会溺水身亡。即使没有发生过太多的事例，我们还是要做好准备运动。如果身体是非常敏感和是怕抽筋的话，可以下水前先用冷水在身上拍打几下，可以让身体先适应一下水的温度。

Thank you for taking time to read this letter. As the problem of food safety has been becoming worse and worse nowadays, I am obliged to write to you.

Several days ago, one of my classmates came back from supermarket with a large bag of food. Because of having found a new style of tinned?ish in the food store, she was very glad. Several other roommates were invited to enjoy the “mouth?atering chicken”. Unfortunately, after finishing the food, all of my three friends had stomachaches and vomited, their faces having become paler and paler. 水是生命之源。江河湖海，甚至我们都是由水组成的。但水能载舟，亦能覆舟，水在构成我们生命的同时，也在威胁着我们的生命。

随着夏天的来临，天气转热，凉爽的水中无疑成了避暑胜地。然而，没有做好准备、掌握充分的救生知识、不能沉着自救，就很容易造成溺水事故。据调查，中国平均每天有近150名儿童因意外伤害而失去生命。意外溺水是儿童意外伤害的首要死因，10个因意外伤害而死亡的儿童中，有近6个是因为溺水身亡的。一个个鲜活的花季生命，消散在了水中。

我曾经在视频上，看到过失去孩子的母亲哀号的场景：一位母亲抱着刚被打捞上的尸身，凄惨地哭号，一遍遍地抚摸早已僵直的躯体，一点点地清除身体上残留的污迹那场景，那声音，让每一个看到的人都唏嘘不已。

难道这惨剧就不能避免吗?难道亲人们就只能悲痛欲绝地在一旁凭空看着吗?不，当然能避免。而这正需要每个人的努力，在这里提醒大家一定要注意：

不会游泳的人，千万不要单独在水边玩耍;没有大人的监护，不要和伙伴们玩水。游泳的时间不宜过长，应游一会儿就上岸休息一下。

游泳前应做全身运动，充分活动关节，放松肌肉;在岸边等待数分钟，让身体适应一下温度;下水前要用手测一下水温，再逐步进入水中，以免下水后发生抽筋、扭伤等事故。

小孩子们一般不要跳水，不能起哄瞎闹，不能下压同伴、深拉同伴或潜水“偷袭”同伴，游泳应在游泳区内进行，决不在非游泳区内游泳。

如果有人不慎溺水，不能自己逞一时之勇、贸然去救，要首先寻求周围大人的帮助，学会一些求助的方法。

呼吁每一个小伙伴：学会一些游泳自救的常识，增强一些保护自己的意识，不做那些会给自己带来危险的事。让每个母亲脸上少增添皱纹;让每个父亲头上少增加白发;让每个家庭少一些痛苦，多一些快乐!

生命只有一次，弥足珍贵，不可能从头再来。所以我们要从我做起、自觉行动起来，珍爱生命，预防溺水。
