在这里，我向同学们发起倡议：

一、不私自下水游泳;

二、不擅自与他人结伴游泳，

三、不在无家长或教师带领的情况下游泳，

四、不到无安全设施，无救援人员的水域游泳，

五、不到不熟悉的水域游泳，

六、不熟悉水性的青少年，不擅自下水施救。一会：学会基本的自护自救方法。

珍爱生命，就要远离危险，不要被那些表面没有危险的事物所迷惑、所吸引。

随着夏天的到来，又到了溺水的高发期，溺水安全常常挂在老师同学们的嘴边，可要怎样做呢?

首先，如果要游泳的话，需要在家长的陪同下到正规的游泳场所游泳。也可以有家长的陪同下到开放区域，并具有救生安全的游泳区域游泳。但千万不要到水库、池塘边、小溪……不具有救生安全或者是有危险性的区域游泳。如果到正规的游泳场所游泳的话，下水之前还是要注意做好下水前的准备运动，不然的话还是照样会溺水身亡。即使没有发生过太多的事例，我们还是要做好准备运动。如果身体是非常敏感和是怕抽筋的话，可以下水前先用冷水在身上拍打几下，可以让身体先适应一下水的温度。

如果在水中游泳的时候抽了筋，首先要保持镇定，千万不要惊恐慌乱以至呛水致使抽筋加剧，因为还有很多办法可以缓解抽筋的。若你游泳时抽筋了，可以先深吸一口气憋住，身体仰浮，用抽筋腿对侧的手抓住脚趾向身体方向拉，用另一手向下压膝盖，使腿后部伸展，缓解后上岸继续按摩牵拉休息。

如果在游泳时看到了有人溺水，千万不要贸然下水，不管是青少年还是成年人，都要大声呼叫周围的群众拨打119或是110，让专业的人员来救援。记住，这不是见死不救，而是不能救，为了证明这个观点，我在此通过一些血泪的教训来告诫大家。

在4月30日下午四点左右，杭州一名四岁的女童不慎掉入池塘，旁边的一名五岁的男童本想过去拉她一把，结果两人都掉入水中。4月23日时许，广东阳山县3名小孩溺水身亡，本是一名女孩被水草困住脚，其中大的女孩去救她，可别人获救了她却离开了这个世界，一起的还有两个女孩一个男孩……

听到这样的消息，我们感到非常痛心。为了防止类似的事情发生，我们必须要小心谨慎，时刻铭记血泪的教训。

朋友们，溺水安全虽嘴上说的那么简单，可实行起来却那么的难。所以在日常生活中，我们要时刻叮嘱，呼吁广大青少年远离海边，远离湖边玩耍。生命只有一次，我们要好好珍爱生命，预防溺水，不要让那么小的生命就永远的离开了这个世界。

这一桩桩，一件件溺水的事件给了我们许多的启示，并告诫我们在游泳中必须掌握一些防溺水的知识，以下几条请同学们必须牢牢记住：1、下水时切勿太饿、太饱。饭后一小时才能下水，以免抽筋;2、下水前试试水温，若水太冷，就不要下水;3、若在江、河、湖、海游泳，则必须有伴相陪，不可单独游泳;4、下水前观察游泳处的环境，若有危险警告，则不能在此游泳;5、不要在地理环境不清楚的峡谷游泳。这些地方的水深浅不一，并且凉，水中可能有伤人的障碍物，很不安全;6、跳水前必须要确保此处水深至少有3米，并且水下没有杂草、岩石或其他障碍物。以脚先入水较为安全;7、在海中游泳，要沿着海岸线平行方向而游，游泳技术不精良或体力不充沛者，不要涉水至深处。在海岸做一标记，留意自我是否被冲出太远，及时调整方向，确保安全。珍惜生命，预防溺水从掌握游泳知识开始。
