上思品课的时候，老师给我们讲解过食品安全的有关知识，我当时没怎么在意，只顾着打瞌睡，谁知道这以后不久，我就尝到了不懂“食品安全”的苦果。那一天放学回家路上，我闻到路边的烧烤摊上传出诱人的香味，禁不住和一帮同学围了上去。摊住主正在烧烤羊肉串，上面洒上辣椒油，在红红的碳火上滋滋地响着。我禁不住打了个喷嚏，口水就快流下来了。摊主烧烤完毕，把羊肉串递给在旁边等待的一位同学，他用嘴巴吹了两口气，也不顾烫不烫就塞到嘴巴里津津有味地吃开了。我摸摸口袋，还有十元钱，正要掏出来的时候，耳朵边又响起了妈妈的声音：“不要在路边小摊上买东西吃，要吃东西和妈妈说，我带你去店里吃。”可是，现在已经傍晚了，我的肚子已经开始咕咕叫了，这么香喷喷的烤羊肉串，我实在就禁不住诱惑啊。我吞了一下口水，终于把钱掏出来，买了两串。吃完了香辣的羊肉串，抹一抹嘴巴，我高兴地往家里走，肚子里还火辣辣的，这一种充实的感觉真舒服。回到家正好开饭，我匆匆扒了两口就上楼写作业去了。到了作业写到一半，肚子突然刀搅般疼痛，我大声呻吟着往卫生间跑，却不敢喊妈妈，她知道我吃了小摊上的羊肉串，非虎着脸训我一顿不可。谁知道肚子痛起来没完没了，我只得求助妈妈，送到医院打点滴了。吃一堑，长一智，从那以后，我就怕了小摊上的食品了，吃什么东西都要向妈妈说明，让妈妈代替我选择。现在，学校里开展“关注食品安全，共创健康美好生活”的活动，使我懂得了更多，我不仅自己注意食品安全，还常常劝说同学们注意食品安全。

夏天来了，花儿都露出了美丽的笑脸，大树都发芽变绿从冬天的漫漫中变得更加茁壮，就连被冰封的河水都开化了，河边变得有更多的人，还有广场上很多的孩子都被家长领出来晒太阳。

河水开化，有很多人就开始河里游泳，那天我和妈妈一起去河边就发现有很多在人自由的游玩。他们的姿势专业，妈妈说让我离江坝远一点，因为我不会游泳。可是想要玩水的心却不能停，因为这个还让妈妈给训了一顿。妈妈告诉我说，如果我不会游泳就不应该里河边远一点，因为不知道什么时候会发生什么危险。加上我还不会游泳，就算河边的路人也不知道他们会不会，这样生命就存在着潜在的危险。

珍爱生命远离河边，如果你也是一个旱鸭子，那么就离河坝远一点，因为我们的生命只有一次，宝贵的生命一生中虽然会有坎坷，但是我们要更加防范这些可以预防的危险。远离溺水，不代表不可以玩水。事事都没有万全的把握，就不能肯定的去判断事情的结果，正如同所谓的意外，因为无法预测所以叫做意外。而我们能做的就是尽量减少自己的失误。

今天班会课上老师给我们看了《防溺水安全知识》的视频。

在视频中我知道了这样的一些真实故事： 2006年5月14日中午，安徽蚌埠，三个小男孩在村头的河里游泳，其中一个小男孩溺水身亡。2006年6月25日中午，湖南某村的6名13岁的小孩，在一个偏僻的河边，一个小女孩不幸溺水身亡……

我不禁感慨，生命是如此脆弱。以下是我观后的一些感受：

不能在无家长或老师带领下私自下水游泳，否则后果不堪设想!不要去不知水情,偏僻的地方游泳，不然会被水草或其他杂物挂住四肢，有时还会遇到漩涡，当遇到漩涡时，不要慌张，要绕过漩涡游走，因为它不能承受比它要重的东西。在手掌抽筋的时候，用力地合拢手掌，再用力地展开，这样反复做，直到不再抽筋为止。如果你溺水了，你的朋友千万不能直接下水救人，否则也会溺水的，要给溺水的人一些自救工具，如一块长木板，游泳圈，绳子等，然后叫大人或者打电话求救。

我一定会把它牢记在心底的。让我们珍爱生命，远离溺水。
