当今世界，经济发展迅速，现代科技突飞猛进，对我们的生产、生活方式，都产生了深刻的影响。我们作为学生，要按照学校的要求，既要学好文化知识，同时也要加强身体的锻炼，使自我的文化知识和身体素质同步提高，使我们的德、智、体能够全面发展。尤其是我们地处长江和洞庭湖水域，学会游泳，学会正确的游泳是对我们的一项最基本的技能要求。

第二，夏天去游泳要有目标、有准备、有计划，要在家长的带领下去游泳池游泳，不能几个朋友一邀就私自去，尤其是不能去澧水河里或者是其它的水塘里去游泳。我记得前年的秋天，在我住的社区里有两个初中的男孩子私自去乡下的池塘里游泳，结果其中的一个就溺水了，另外的一个没有准备，等到他回家找到家长来救人时，已经晚了，逝去的生命再也无法挽回。所以，我认为，作为学生，我们还未成年，还不能够有独立的生活和应急的本事，学校要求我们去游泳必需要家长陪同是正确的，也是为了保护我们，让我们安全、舒适的享受游泳的欢乐。

第三，在游泳之前，尤其是在下水之前，要做一些准备工作，做一做徒手操，让自我的身体能够适应水温，让自我的关节、韧带和肌肉做好充分的准备，以免受伤或者是下水后的抽筋。因为夏天的气温很高，突然下水会造成身体无法适应，有可能带来伤病甚至是抽筋，真的在水里面一旦抽筋那可是大嘛烦，轻则让你痛苦不堪，重则可能造成溺水的事故，所以必须要注意，做好游泳前的热身准备，这样才能确保安全。

第四，夏天在游泳时，尤其是游泳时间较长时，抽筋有时候很难避免。所以，要学会控制节奏，尽量的在游了一段时间后要休息一下。当然，也要学会如何在水中自我去解脱抽筋。一旦出现抽筋的情景，不能慌张，必须要冷静，如果是在浅水中，能够立即上岸，经过自我或家长的按摩，能够得到缓解;如果在深水中，则首先要将自我的状态放松，最好能够改成仰泳的姿态，然后立刻呼救，请自我的朋友或者是家长来救援，最终再尽量的经过自我身体抽筋部位强制性的伸

直绷紧然后放松的方法，解脱抽筋的状态。其实，一旦在水中发生了抽筋，千万要坚持镇静，只要不紧张，人处于仰泳状态，能够很简便的浮在水面上等待救援。

第五，当发生了溺水事故时，一般的情景下，因为我们还属于未成年人，没有救人的专业技能，所以我们要尽可能的去呼救，并且尽快将救生圈等救生物品扔给溺水者，我们不能够贸然下水营救。如果溺水事故比较严重，则要立刻请家长或其他的大人拨打急救电话，或者去找车送医院救治。

我们作为一名中学生，主要是要在校期间学好文化知识。学校为了我们的健康成长，为了我们能够既学好文化知识，又能够让我们的身体素质得到同步的提高，除了体育课之外，每年还组织召开学生运动会等活动。在炎炎夏日到来的时候，又组织我们学习安全游泳，防止溺水的相关知识。我们绝不辜负学校和家长对我们的关怀和期望，让我们努力加强自身的学习和身体锻炼，争取早日成为一名高素质、高本事的合格人才!

“六不”：

不私自下水游泳;

不擅自与他人结伴游泳;

不在无家长或教师带领的情况下游泳;

不到无安全设施、无救援人员的水域游泳;

不到不熟悉的水域游泳;

不熟悉水性的学生不擅自下水施救。

尤其要教育孩子遇到同伴溺水时避免手拉手盲目施救，要智慧救援，立即寻求成人帮助。学生安全工作需要各方面尽心尽责、密切配合、齐抓共管。让我们携起手来，共同为保障广大中小学生平安健康成长而努力。
