Though I was born in an ordinary family, I live the happy life. My parents

will stand by my side when I meet trouble, especially my mother. She will cook a

lot of delicious food, so I am so excited to come back home from school. I know

my mother has prepared great food for me. What a great happiness for me.

There was once a little boy that wanted to be a good captain, but he knew

that he was too poor to do that. So he made up a plan to go a world called

Penny. It was a funny name but he didn’t mind. He also thought that his family

wouldn’t let him to go on such a long trip, for Penny that world was a

hundred100 miles more away. It was a very, very long journey for a boy only 10

years old to do.

He insisted that he would go away on a night when nobody could find him, so

he set off on a day in March, 1981. He got his purse, starting his journey with

bare feet. On his way, he met a little girl wishing so much for money. He picked

up his purse, but found out that he had but only a little bit of copper coins,

which was not enough for her.

He stopped a while for about 10 days to find a job to earn money. He was

always kind, and was willing to help others when they were in need. At last he

got 100 cents which were 100 silver coins, then he sent the little girl the

coins wealthily. However, he still kept the copper coins in emergencies.

After two more days of journey, he arrived at a place where it was icy and

一点担心

其次，爸爸说一点自己的担心。现在你的体重会比周围小朋友都重一些，爸爸还是希望你能稍微瘦一点。

针对这一点爸爸觉得有两方面改进的空间：管住嘴，迈开腿。

根据爸爸自身的经验，如果想减重，管住嘴比迈开腿要重要很多，在吃东西这件事情上，咱们应该向你妈妈学习。你妈妈在面对美食的时候，会很有节制，不贪嘴。

爸爸后续能想到两点：一是咱们俩每隔两天称一次体重，在纸质表格上做好记录，通过记录实现改变。爸爸曾经亲自践行过这个方法，还是有效果的;二是每周陪你运动一次，形式不限。

同时也希望你眼睛的近视度数能够不进一步恶化。

欣喜的变化

聊完了前面的，还是说一些开心的话题。

看着你每天一点点成长，爸爸还是感到由衷的欣慰。举几个小例子：

1. 现在你已经认识了不少的字，可以自己进行简单的阅读

2. 上次参加主题班会，你和同学们一起表演拉丁舞，你自信的笑容让我记忆犹新

3. 最大的惊喜可能还是你在魔方方面展示的天赋。

爸爸陪你一起去上魔方课，一共是三节课。在第一节课上完我还指导你应该如何如何做;第二节课咱们的水平就已持平;上完第三节课，我发现已经全面落后于你。

而现在你最快可以一分半时间复原一个三阶魔方，而爸爸至少需要三分钟。

爸爸自认为脑子不笨，但在这件事上的确甘拜下风!

斗智斗勇的做作业

现在回想起来，每天与你交流最多的话题，就是写作业。

其实现在的你，已经成长了很多，课内的作业爸爸妈妈基本已经放手，每天的作业由你自己独立完成，而不像原先由我们来主导推动。

现在爸爸妈妈的主要精力是放在你的英语上，因为现在你上的课外英语班对你来说还比较有挑战，同时作业量也不小。

我和你妈妈建议你把较多的英语作业进行任务分解，拆解到5天完成，这样每天的作业量都不会很大，同时学习效果还好。

为了鼓励你按时完成课外的英语作业，爸爸还承诺你如果当天20:30之前完成，可以自由Happy 20分钟，你懂滴。

从最近这一周的试运行效果来看，还不错。

不过按照《系统思维的艺术》中所述，解决系统问题分为三个层次，分别是：

1. 直接命令(下策)：想要什么就直接要，反对什么就直接禁止;

2. 间接刺激(中策)：找到系统中的一个平衡反馈回路，让回路松弛

3. 达成共识(上策)：在这个新的共识上，所有人团结起来去做一件事。

现在的方法属于上面所说的中策——间接刺激，爸爸还需要去寻找更好的方法——达成共识。

魔方课程

在你上完学而思的魔方课以后，现在已经熟练掌握了三阶魔方的复原技巧，并且没事的时候就喜欢玩。

有一天你跑来和我说，想开一门魔方课，通过教小朋友们玩魔方赚钱，并思考了一些促销措施：如第一个学员免费，节假日推出优惠活动等等。

听完你的想法，我还是很惊讶的，同时也很欣喜，有以下几点原因：

1. 通过自己的努力能够赚到钱是一件很令人开心的事情，爸爸最早挣到钱是高三的暑假，如果你在二年级就可以挣到钱，那就轻松的碾压你爸爸

2. 教是最好的学，通过教别人，可以更好的巩固自己所学的东西

3. 在教授别人的过程中，也可以更好的提升沟通能力，并学会从他人角度思考问题

现在已经临近寒假，我觉得这件事还真有一定的可行性。小朋友们平时课业压力较大，假期的时候相对轻松一些，正好可以利用这段时间。

关于价格的制订爸爸是这样考虑的，当时上学而思魔方课的价格是700元，那么咱们的小目标就是把学而思的学费挣回来。

比如把课程分为5次，每节课5元，第一节课可以免费体验，用20分钟学会复原魔方的一面。

关于上课用的魔方可以免费提供，如果有小朋友想购买也可以，价格10元。

所以整个课程的费用包括25元课时费+10元魔方，总计35元。

为了完成挣到700元的目标，700÷35 = 20，需要教会20名小朋友!

为了保证教课的质量，爸爸建议你先从教你妈妈开始。一是积累经验，二是统计每节课的用时时间。

爸爸初步想法是每节课20分钟，一共是5节课。

当然还有很多细节需要考虑，诸如上课的场地、上课的时间等等。不过最关键的问题是：不知道有没有小朋友愿意学习?

不过不管怎样，爸爸还是很愿意帮助你实现这个心愿，我相信在此过程中你会成长很多。

It was a sunnyday. We went out to watch a sport meeting. Six students from

our class were in the girls relay race and won it. Lin Feialso won the girls
