一、教学经验

1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

2.严宽结合，狠抓课堂常规。我一直坚持对学生充满爱的教育，但绝不是无条件无原则的爱。尤其是在抓班级教学常规工作中，我更是注重严宽结合，当学生注意力集中时，我就抓紧讲解基础知识。当学生表现疲惫不专心时，我就放慢速度，运用课堂口令帮助学生集中精力。如：我要求学生坐端正会说：one-two-three学生就说：A-B-C并坐好。我要求学生认真听会说：Listen!学生要说：I will listen!总之，恰当的口令语是保证课堂顺利进行的重要条件之一。

3.以鼓励为主，关注学困生。我感觉教师的鼓励是学生奋进的催化剂，尤其针对学困生。平时我总是多给学困生表现的机会，及时肯定他们的进步，坚持给他们写鼓励性评语，让他们时时尝到成功的甜头。一学期下来，个班的学困生明显减少，并且普遍增强自信心，发挥出较强的主观能动性，激发出前所未有的兴趣和热情，英语成绩持续上升，在这次期末考试中脱颖而出。对于纪律不好的学生，我也是坚持多表扬少批评的原则，只要他们一有好的表现，我就会在全班同学面前大加表扬，强化他们已经形成的好习惯。确保班上每一个孩子都能参与到课堂教学的有效互动中，提高了课堂教学效率，在这次期末考试中四个班的成绩名列前茅。

二、不足之处：

1.对待学困生缺少耐心，没有关注好每一个学困生，为他们制定恰当的补习计划和措施。

2.经常犯急躁情绪，没有很好的反思自己的课堂教学而怪罪学生不会学习。

今后我会在原有成绩的基础上继续努力，潜心学习，积极探索更加有效地教学策略，关注每一个学生，为他们的终生学习奠定坚实的基础!

不少同学往往认为作文无课本，没法复习，怎样准备考试作文。这些同学对作文考试，大多采取这种态度：考前猜猜题，背几篇文章；临场套套题，凑几百字。这样做，莫说很难碰上题，便是侥幸碰上题，也是高分低能，升学后跟不上班，是不足取的。

那么，应该怎样复习作文这门课程呢？

一、系统总结自己作文中的经验教训。

复习作文并非无本本作依据。小学写的就不说了，单中学课内写的加起来就不下几十篇，这些作文，都是在老师指导下写的，有些还是由老师认真批改、讲评过的。从这些作文中，大家既能总结自己的成功经验，又能总结出自己的失败教训。如果你时间充足，还可以挑选其中写得较好的文章，进行认真修改，编成一本自己写的“作文选”。这是很有意义的。由于回顾以往自己作文练习走过来的路子，从自己作文实践中把写各种常见文章的经验整理一遍，临场应考无论碰到哪种类型的题目，都容易中心有底，思考有路，这比猜题碰运气好多了。同时，升学之后继续练习作文，也容易提高的快。

二、归类整理自己作文中的错字病句。

别看同学们作文每篇都有错字病句，但归纳起来无非下列几种类型：错字，有因增笔、减笔、误笔写错的。有因辨别不清而写成与之形相近、音相同、义相似的另一个字的；病句，有成分残缺的、重复罗索的、用词不当不合事理的，等等。这些错字病句，平日老师在批改、讲评中屡次指出过，但是有的同学硬是不注意。如能借总复习之机，把这些错字、病句一一抄出，按不同类型归并起来，容易引起自己的警惕，查明其产生的原因，防止它们再次出现。

三、结合复习课文，纠正自己的作文弊病。

不少同学复习课文，往往是孤立地记忆课文中的字词句和听老师讲解时写下的课堂笔记，不能把课文跟自己的作文挂起钩来。这样复习是不利于提高自己的写作能力的。如何把课文跟自己的作文挂起钩来呢？

1、对比法。复习课文跟学新课文不同，因为课文都是熟的，每读一篇都很容易想到和它体裁相同、写法相似的其他题目。因而我们不妨把课本原先排列次序打乱，把类似的课文连到一起复习。这样便于对类似课文进行仔细比较，从而掌握这类文章的基本写作要领。再用这些课文跟自己的同类文章认真比较，就容易纠正自己文章的弊病，缩短自己作文跟范文的差距。

2、设想法。读课文，感到某个地方写得很好，就设想一下，假若让我写这篇文章，这个地方我将怎样处理呢？这样一边读，一边联系着自己的写作实际想法就会从范文中学到更多的东西。

当然，复习课文并非全为了提高作文能力，还有个学习有关知识，提高阅读能力的任务。这些就不具体说了。

“我这次英语考得不错!” 英语调研考试结束了，同学们小声议论着，大家看起来都很自信，我也有信心能考一百分。

这不由得让我想起黄老师经常对我们说的一句话：信心来自于实力，实力来自大家的努力。我们也是因为努力过，才有今天的自信啊!可我的心里却像打翻了的五味瓶有一种说不出的滋味。

记得考试前一天，我们上了将近一天的英语课，同学们认真地听老师讲着，认真地做着笔记。老师也很辛苦地为我们一题一题地讲解，为第二天的英语调研考试做准备，可我还会偶尔思想开小差，没有把考试放在眼里，可正是因为这次考试，使我知道了我应该好好地听讲。

考试当天，监考老师拿着一堆试卷走进我们教室。上课铃一响，就把试卷发下来了，同学们拿起笔，“唰唰唰……”地写了起来，我过五关斩六将，在前面听力部分做得很轻松，最后只有一道选择题实在想不起来，我的心像十五个吊桶打水——七上八下。我看了一下表，还有二十分钟呢?难道就白白浪费了吗?这道题两分呢，我可错不起，我一定要做出来!我又看了看题目，使劲回忆老师平时讲的内容，这时一个念头闪过了我的脑海，抄!我向老师看了看，老师正在低头找东西。这可是最好机会，可再想一想老师昨天为我们复习了一天，难道老师的辛苦换来的就只是抄吗?我不能这样，我静下心来，把答案一个一个地带进题目中试读，然后，终于得出了答案!对，选C。考试后，我又与同学对了一下，对了，我高兴得蹦跳了起来。

这次考试，让我明白了抄是我们不应该做的，我们要在平时下功夫，认真学习，好好听讲，因为成功就来自平时的努力。这是一次让我受益匪浅的考试。

十一月二日下午，一场令人“害怕”的考试来了，为什么说害怕呢？因为大家都怕自己考砸了。

我中午一进班级就开始复习，先从词开始下手。我每一个比较难的词都自己多写几遍，因为怕错了。下一个就是古诗，我找朋友默写，默写完检查。

我复习了好几遍，老师来了。我顿时懵了，因为老师手里拿着考卷！我急急忙忙地赶紧看看生字，每一课的生字都认真地看下来。我害怕的情绪又开始了，我太紧张了。

接下来的时间，我更“严肃”的复习，不管谁叫我，我都不管，因为我害怕考不好。

“叮——”开始考试了，老师让第一桌同学往后传试卷，如果多了拿给别组。考卷一共有三张，一张是基础题，一张是阅读题，还有一张是作文。

拿到我手里的时候，我的手突然抖了起来，应该是紧张吧！我盯着考卷，才发现自己有好几道题不会做。我心想：“应该怎么办啊，好多题都不会做啊。”

但我笔一直停不下来，直到写完。

On Cultivating the Sense of Gratitude

On college campuses across the nation, there is a noticeable phenomenon that we cannot afford to ignore: far too many young college students lack the sense of gratitude, one of the countless traditional virtues of this ancient land with a splendid civilization spanning over 5,000 years. These young adults were not and are not aware of the huge importance of expressing gratitude to those who once helped them, from teachers to parents and so forth。

Personally, I deem that the root cause of students without a graceful heart is that they receive an education not valuing the moral sphere. I strongly believe that joint efforts from folks across society are the final remedy for this social headache. As young university students of the new era, we should make our own contributions to this cause. Imagine a world without the sense of gratitude. This kind of world is doomed to failure. Simply put, we should join our hands to heighten our awareness of fostering a graceful heart. Only in this way can we build our society into a harmonious one. Since school comes into being， the test standard has been used to appraise performance of students. So far it is still being used， which may suggest that actually there are some advantages in it. However， it is also highly possible that the test standard is a not ideal way to find out what students have learned and what they haven‘t. In my opinion， the following three points are the critical flaws in the test standard.One of the most harmful effects on the test method is that it will force us to study just for passing tests， not for acquiring knowledge especially in China. Those practice tests are heavy-laden to them. So in this case， how can they be expected to study to obtain knowledge? To them that are enough if they can reach the level which tests need. In the end what our nation will get， genuine persons with ability or just test robots?Secondly， tests will bring the examinees great pressure， which can affect their lives. A typical example of this is that most young students have worn glasses even though some of them are still children. For preparing for tests， they must spend a lot of time on doing their homework so that their eyesight becomes worse and worse. And the more time they spend on those， the less time they have for playing and relaxing. Consequently， there is a bad influence on their health.Thirdly， in fact， test system itself can not veraciously estimate who is better than others because there are many factors impacting the results of test. For instance， someone cheated in test so that his score would be higher than others. Or someone who was too nervous to perform well fell in the test.

Only in spare time and no pressure of tests existent， students can study simply for the fun， for obtaining knowledge and for the things that they are really interested in. But now the test system is the only way to select which one is better， who can reach better school and who can get good job. Then what we can do is to improve the test system or hope that something better will be invented and replace the test system.
