随着改革开放的深入，各都在积极吸收外资，除“四害“也是改善投资环境的重要手段之一。对于广大的城市居民来讲，“四害“的存在主要不在于传播疫病，而是其带来的骚扰。“四害“密度的高低，还是环境脏乱差与否的间接指标，反映一个城市综合整治的深度和广度，四害密度的降低表明生活环境质量的改善。特别是苍蝇，可以这样讲，苍蝇的有无或多少已成为判断一个城市卫生水平的标准。因为在“四害“中，只有苍蝇是主要在白天活动的害虫，很容易发现，与人关系密切。开展灭蝇工作是提高环境质量、生活质量的需要，委难设想一个垃圾遍地，苍蝇飞舞的环境，会让人愉快，更不用说吸引投资、发展经济、开展旅游、争创文明卫生城市啦。实践证明有无四害是投资环境的重要方面。城市整洁，看不到四害乱窜乱飞乱爬，人们就认为你人口素质高，够档次，愿意到你这投资。因为几只老鼠、几只苍蝇、几只蚊子，吹了投资合同的时有所闻。

早晨，伴着冉冉升起的朝阳，我来到了这个美丽的学校；下午，夕阳亲吻西山的时候，我与校园挥手告别。久而久之，我与这个美丽的校园相处了六年了。同时，对这个学校有着浓浓的感情。

在这个美丽的校园，也有几处“丑陋”的地方。吃完午餐后，同学们你追我赶的玩耍，留下的是堆积如山的一次性木筷。学校的洗水池里，哗哗流淌的自来水正在悲伤的哭泣。上课后，操场上的纸飞机、纸球清晰可见…

为了让校园更美丽，我提出以下建议：

1、开展“节约一滴水，节约一度电。”活动，通过多种方式让同学认识到浪费、污染很可耻，愿意加入到节约资源的行列中。

2、在学校加强环保管理。对爱护环境、不乱丢乱扔的班级做出适当的奖励，对不良行为做出批评。

3、定个日期作为环保日，既可以保护校园环境，又可以让保护环境的观念铭记心间。
