一：是工厂责任人不负责任。

二：是工厂为了省钱，不加以及时有效的处理。

三：县有关部门不重视。

为了使临泽这个远近闻名的枣乡更加美丽，我提出以下建议：

一：加大打击力度，对污染环境的工厂，进行教育，批评，罚款。如果不整改，就封厂，关门。

二：领导带头，公民参加一起抓。

三：协调工厂，多在环保方面下功夫。
