一：是工厂责任人不负责任。

二：是工厂为了省钱，不加以及时有效的处理。

三：县有关部门不重视。

为了使临泽这个远近闻名的枣乡更加美丽，我提出以下建议：

一：加大打击力度，对污染环境的工厂，进行教育，批评，罚款。如果不整改，就封厂，关门。

二：领导带头，公民参加一起抓。

三：协调工厂，多在环保方面下功夫。

四：把一些有关领导进行思想教育。避免弄虚作假的形象发生，要从根本上解决问题。

五：把一些不接受教育，依旧弄虚作假者，给予行政处分，撤职等。

这就是我的建议，请县长多多采纳，淀粉厂的污染一日得不到解决，临泽治理污染的硬仗一日得不到平息。望县长能在百忙之中，抽空看看我这个小学生的建议，如果我说的什么地方有所冒犯，请多多包涵，指导。

第二，要从我做起，从生活小事做起，首先选择有利于节约资源的生活方式，并从点滴做起。例如，不浪费水电，节约资源等等，善待我们的家园，善待地球，创造一个适合社会发展与进步的崭新时代。

第三，实行垃圾分类，定点投放。这样不仅仅能减少环卫工人的工作量，也能更好地起到废物利用的作用，从而减少污染，节约资源。

我在电视看见韩国的饭店用的筷子都是金属做的，可以反复用。可是在我们国家大大小小的饭店全是用的一次性筷子，据我了解一棵生长五十年的桦树只够十家饭店一天用的筷子的数量，中国有多少家饭店?一天要用多少棵桦树啊!!

对于我们校学生来讲要保护环境，首先要从不要乱人垃圾果皮纸屑，见到有人乱扔垃圾要给他讲道理。大人们也不要砍伐树木，这样会污染环境。要从节约每一滴水、每一度电做起、从小树立保护环境的意识，做到保护环境，人人有责。使我们的家园更美好!

Last Sunday, I went sightseeing with my friends in the Fairy Lake Park. The park was full of freshness and beauty of spring, with the sun shining and birds singing. When I was enjoying the fantastic scenery around, something unpleasant caught my eye. A young couple in a boat were eating, talking and laughing loudly as if they were the only people in the world. Whats worse, they spat and even threw rubbish into the lake, totally ignoring the noticeable sign "No Littering" nearby. What a shame!

Such behavior left me deep in thought. If all visitors to the Fairy Lake Park do as the couple did, the lake will be severely polluted and soon turned into a huge dustbin. (二)在冰箱内存放食物时，食物的量以占容积的80%为宜，用数个塑料盒盛水制冰后放入冷藏室，这样能延长停机时间、减少开机时间，更节电。

(三)用微波炉加工食品时，最好在食品上加层无毒塑料膜或盖上盖子，这样被加工食品水分不易蒸发，食品味道好又省电。

(四)开车时尽量避免突然变速，选择合适档位，避免低档跑高速;定期更换机油，轮胎气压要适当和少开空调。

(五)我们在家用洗衣机洗衣服时，用同样长的洗涤周期，但 “柔化”模式比“标准”模式叶轮换向次数多，电机启动电流是额定电流的5—7倍，所以，用“标准”模式洗衣服，更省电。

其实，我觉得“低碳”并不神秘，它就在我们身边。只要平时生活习惯稍微注意一点，每个人都可以做到“低碳”。

保护环境第一步：自己学会保护环境。要求：自己要自觉地保护环境，不能连自己都在破坏环境，这样你就连管别人的要求都达不到了。保护环境第二步：劝告别人保护环境。要求：如果见别人乱扔垃圾或吐痰等，应该立即上去劝阻。当然自己也要管得知自己哟!保护环境第三步：让一个集体保护环境。要求：让几十个人并成一个集体，并保护环境。如果你这三点都做到了，那你就是一个“保护环境小卫士”了!

Those, however, are not what University life is all about. As we all know, University is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. Therefore, the ideal University life is that I become matured both physically and mentally, and that I obtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at the same time.

Under this circumstance, I never expect my University life to be too ideal, or you can call it too perfect. It is not realistic to make all things on my own way, with everyone liking me, winning the first prize all the time, and so on. Of course, I’d like to lead a carefree life. However, this does little good to my future. What really helps is hardships like failure, betrayal, and unjust treatment.
