The concept of responsibility is a necessary fiction. Although socities must hold their individuals accountable for their own actions, people‘s behavior is largely determined by forces not of their own making.

In the title statement, the speaker holds the contention that the concept of ‘individual responsibility‘ is no existence but a fiction. On the other hand, there are not only specific individual responsibilities in diverse areas but also some fundamental values and accountabilities, which we all human beings cherish. From the moment one can speak or even is born, the society begins to instill the moral and ethical standards, which is so called humanity in every one‘s mind. The older one is, the deeper influence the humanity would be. When one is just a little child, he would go directly to what he like and claim it. Then when he is old enough, he would realize that it is incorrect and ashamed. And because of the awareness of what is right and wrong, one would probably never do any misdeed again. Actually, humanity is just the common individual responsibility shared by all of us.

the development of science and technology have brought about many changes in peoples life. for eample, the invention of television and space rocket have opened a new era for mankind. through the use of tv people can hear the sound and learn the events happening thousands of miles away. owing to the invention of spaceship and rocket, the dream of mans landing on the moon has now come true.

science and technology also play an important role in our socialist construction. we may say, our socialist construction is just like a skyscraper, while science and technology are its base. without the base, the skyscraper cant be built. therefore, we should try our best to contribute to the development of science and technology so as to provide a more solid base to build our country.

Today， pollution has become a serious problem to us. It means that the air， seas， rivers and land are polluted by waste or poisonous things. It does harm not only to human beings but also to animals (It does harm to animals， as well as human beings.)。

We cannot have fresh air because many factories have the poisonous smoke sent into the air. Beautiful parks are made dirty by plastic tins and bags. Fish die from the polluted water. It is said that strange diseases have appeared in some places because of pollution.

I hope scientists can find ways to solve the serious problem. We are looking forward to seeing the clear sky， clean rivers and beautiful parks again.

我是我校六年级一班的一名学生，我已经在这美丽的校园里学习、生活五年之久了。每天早晨伴随着冉冉升起的太阳去学校；每天傍晚伴随着徐徐落下的落日回到家。每天的8个小时都在校园中度过，我已经和校园建立了深厚的感情。

我们的校园现在经过了装修，已变得越来越美丽，可是在校园中还有不少这样的现象，比如：有些同学乱丢纸屑，而且这些纸屑还仅仅只写了几个字，既浪费资源又破坏环境；还有些同学放学后不回家，在学校里转来转去，或者和三五个同学一起在学校里写作业，回家后都很晚，害得他们的爸爸妈妈担心；有些同学更可恶，他们随意破坏学校的设施，学校旧楼走廊图了一层红漆，可是过了不久，就会看到这红漆上已有很多脚印，下课后，有时还会看见有人故意踢这些红漆，脸上还笑嘻嘻的，好像还很好玩似的。难道他们就不觉得羞愧吗？校长为了装修这学校花了多少钱？难道我们不应该爱护他们吗？

为了能让我们这美丽的校园不再被人破坏，我向学校提出几点建议：

1、在学校开展“节约资源”的宣传活动，使学生们知道保护环境的知识。

2、学校给不浪费资源的班级颁发奖励，对浪费资源的班级颁发奖励，对浪费资源的班级做出相应的惩罚。

3、学校定时关门，对放学后不走的同学给予相应的批评。

4、学校多做些关于节约资源的板块，每星期给同学上一节关于节约资源的课，是同学们增强节约资源的知识。

希望副校长能抽入一点时间来看看我对学校提出的建议。我衷心地希望我这一份建议书能让学校的明天更美好！

Some will make the pollution of air, thats car. In car exhaust pipe, there will be some smoke comes out of black, is more serious is that the big trucks, as long as a open, can let a person cant help hold your breath, until the car away.

In order to make our air more pure and fresh, I suggest that we should plant trees, a lot of trees to help us make more air, less drive a car, low carbon travel, ride a bike more, environmental protection and can exercise the body. Even less air conditioning, can best use electric fan!

如果你看到了这些你又会不会去阻止呢?对于大多数人来说，不会。因为你也经常会这么做，所以你认为是平常事，可在我看来不是的。花草也是有生命的，如果你的四肢被砍了，你是否会痛苦，甚至死亡。花的生命是有限的，它的有限的生命力为人间增添一种色彩，这谁说不是一种美德。草，给我们大自然一些绿色，让我们身边多一片清新，这又何尝不是一种奉献的精神。垃圾箱不惜把整洁的身体弄得臭哄哄，人们还轻视它的存在，真是不应该。

My School Life

I like my school .My school life is nice,too.Now,I will tell you something about my school life.I usually qo to school at seven o"clock.We have eight lessons every day.At about five o"clock,Igo homeand do my homework.My school life isn"tvery intreseting,but it is very useful for me.

Protection of EnvironmentThere are still many problems of environmental protection in recent years. One of the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. the polluted air does great harm to people’s health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. What is more, vegetation had been greatly reduced with the rapid growth of modern cities.

To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot. Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. Therefore, governments are playing the most important role in the environmental protection today.

In my opinion, to protect environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, it should let people fully realize the importance of environmental protection through education. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the population planning policy into practice, because more people means more people means more pollution. Finally, those who destroy the environment intentionally should be severely punished. We should let them know that destroying environment means destroying mankind themselves.
