感悟：以赛代练，以赛代学，在丰富多彩的活动中学习语文，是大家的一致追求。我在今后要多动脑筋，丰富他们的学习与生活！上次的“这就是我”语文实践活动，以“赛”的形式，鼓励学生全程参与，气氛热烈，学生的热情十分高涨！

12、多用多媒体和扩音器。

感悟：现代化的东西大家都喜欢！

13、平时测验要写作文，可以训练学生作文的速度，提高写作水平！

感悟：有两次单元检测，我考虑到时间的关系，就不要求他们作文，没有想到他们自动请缨。我的感觉是：喜从天降，何乐而不为！写作是语文教学的重点和难点，次数训练是基础，所谓量变导致质变嘛。学生都懂这个道理！

14、抓好预习，利用多种机会养成学生自学的习惯。

感悟：教学的最高境界就是：教是为了不教。好的学习习惯会让他们受益终生！“地球人都知道”！

15、不准对学生瞪眼睛，不准大声批评学生，不准打断学生的发言，不准拐弯批评学生。

感悟：学生是聪明和敏感的，我们每个老师都要当心呀！

2、尽心尽力：指费尽心力。

3、研桑心计：研：计研，一名计然，春秋时越国范蠡老师，善经商；桑：桑弘羊，汉武帝时御史大夫，长于理财。形容善于经商致富。

4、默默无闻：无声无息，没人知道。指没有什么名声。

5、一鸣惊人：鸣：鸟叫。一叫就使人震惊。比喻平时没有突出表现，一下子做出惊人成绩。

6、教导有方：教育引导很有办法。

7、桃李满天下：桃李：指培养后辈或所教学生。比喻学生很多，各地都有。

8、后继有人：继：继承。有后人继承前人事业。

9、鞠躬尽瘁：指恭敬谨慎，竭尽心力。

10、尊师重道：道：指教师指引应该遵循道理，也指教师传授知识。尊敬师长，重视老师教导。

11、埋头苦干：专心一意地刻苦工作。

12、良师益友：良：好；益：有帮助。使人得到教益和帮助好老师和好朋友。

13、师道尊严：本指老师受到尊敬，他所传授道理、知识、技能才能得到尊重。后多指为师之道尊贵、庄严。

14、青出于蓝：青：靛青；蓝：蓼蓝之类可作染料草。青是从蓝草里提炼出来，但颜色比蓝更深。比喻学生超过老师或后人胜过前人。

15、循循善诱：循循：有次序样子；善：善于；诱：引导。指善于引导别人进行学习。

16、一字之师：改正一个字老师。有些好诗文，经旁人改换一个字后更为完美，往往称改字人为“一字师”或“一字之师”。

17、勤勤恳恳：形容勤劳踏实。也形容勤恳样子。

18、兢兢业业：兢兢：形容小心谨慎；业业：畏惧样子。形容做事谨慎、勤恳。

19、呕心沥血：呕：吐；沥：一滴一滴。比喻用尽心思。多形容为事业、工作、文艺创作等用心艰苦。

20、和蔼可亲：和蔼：和善。态度温和，容易接近。

21、德才兼备：德：品德；才：才能；备：具备。既有好思想品质，又有工作才干和能力。

22、孜孜不倦：孜孜：勤勉，不懈怠。指工作或学习勤奋不知疲倦。

23、无微不至：微：微细；至：到。没有一处细微地方不照顾到。形容关怀、照顾得非常细心周到。

24、潜移默化：潜：暗中同，不见形迹；默：不说话，没有声音。指人思想或性格不知不觉受到感染、影响而发生变化。
