劳动是人类文明进步的源泉。通过劳动，人类从盘错交织的古树走向陆地，从愚昧无知的远古走向现代文明。当今世界飞速发展，知识、人才、创造的力量越来越重要。而这一切，最终都要靠劳动实现。因此，热爱劳动、尊重劳动应该成为全体公民的共识。

随着经济的飞速发展，社会分工越来越细，劳动的形式和内涵也不断被丰富和拓展。于是，有人把劳动分出三六九等，总想做自认为体面、轻松，舒适的工作，面对平凡、艰苦、繁重的体重的体力劳动避而远之，这样的认识是错误的。

其实劳动没有贵贱之分。不管是脑力劳动，还是体力劳动，复杂也好，简单也罢，只要它有价值，服务大家，就是光荣的。每一位劳动者都应该受到平等的尊重。而那些好逸恶劳者，则应受到谴责和鄙视。我们以辛勤劳动为荣，也要躬行实践。有一位公厕管理员，一次，他发现公厕旁的排粪坑满溢在即，他赶忙拿来一根铁杆将阴沟盖一块块撬开，然后挽起袖子，将手伸进粪沟内打捞堵塞暗沟的赃物，粪便直往他身上溅，他也全然不顾。经过了三个多小时的努力，快溢满的粪沟疏通了。曾有人问他是否觉得管理公厕很不体面，他说，靠自己的双手劳动，没有什么好丢脸的。只有干好自己的本职工作，才不会被人看不起。他这样说的，也是这样做的。

somebody argues that the taes on birth proclaim to the public what the government wants. thats true. but will the public take birth control without hesitation just because the government wants it? besides, we cant always count on taes to reverse peoples behavior. the doubled taes on wine and cigarettes over the past years dont discourage the consumption of them at all, not to mention other luuries. to a certain degree,drinking and smoking have become more attractive to people as a symbol of financial abilities. how can we epect things to work out better if we simply apply the similar kinds of taes on birth?with the taes on birth policy, the government seems to suggest to people that it is acceptable to have more children, as long as their families can afford the taes. thus new challenges to social equality were posed. rich people can enjoy larger families while poor people are supposed to have fewer children. the rights of giving more births seemed to be entitled to wealthy people under the taes policy.

besides, once a child is born, he should be guaranteed the very best his parents could offer. in poor families, wouldnt the children, who are taed be regarded as burdens by other family members because theyve imposed more economic pressures on their families? the ta also directly deprives his or her rights to grow up in a better economic condition while such deprivation to a child in a wealthy family doesnt have much influence at all.

the taes on birth policy is, after all, gentle to the rich and tough to the poor, especially to the taed children in poor families. thus, it is not worth so much recommendation.

As is shown in the first picture, on a mountain of university tiredly climbs a college student, almost finishing his journey in the university, and awkwardly and surprisingly finding that he has to climb another much higher mountain -- hunting a job, bus as is shown below, in front of a post board for recruiting government officials stand an ocean of people, with only one in front of the board for hiring waiter. There has been a heated discussion about these pictures recently in the newspaper. Simple as the pictures are , they do demonstrate certain thought-provoking social phenomenon.

The pictures tell us the issue of hunting jobs for college students is increasingly and seriously important in current days. What’s more , individuals, organizations and even the whole society have been attaching due attention to this issue. On one hand, when facing the pressure of finding a job, students are struggling painfully. The burden can cause not only depression but also anxiety and such problems as isolation and solitude. One’s thought , creative thinking and exploration spirit, therefore, have been stifled by pursing measurable high scores and various certificates when confronting this harsh reality. On the other hand , that college students fail to change the conventional view on jobs and to adapt their goals to the reality deepens this problem. Were there no prompt and proper solution to this problem, never would we taste the happiness of the harmonious society.

What should be done to reverse this situation? For one thing, instead of just earning their degrees and high exam scores, college students are expected to cultivate their potentials such as creation, imagination and coordination. Such qualities, though cannot be measured by their college certificates, really matter in their prospective career. For another thing, the educational institutions are supposed to integrate more practical training in their programs so that more netpetent college graduates can be produced for our society. Above all, the new awareness that all jobs are equal in dignity and that fame and excellence can be reached at any occupation should be promoted in the whole society.

晚上，和朋友约了一起去公园。

看到广场上有很多大妈在跳广场舞，一时兴起，便和朋友跟着领舞学舞蹈动作。看着并不复杂的动作，没想到自己做起来却手忙脚乱，完全跟不上节奏，更别说跳出那个舞蹈的韵味了。

行百里者半九十，任何技艺想要修习至一定的境界，总不免耗费漫长且曲折的精力心血。棋中妙手的灵光，并不是脑海里乍现的幸运，而是扎扎实实的本手功夫。若无泛着黑色的墨池，《兰亭集序》的飞扬似乎难由王右军来演绎;若缺了铁杵磨成针的心气而空是日日“金樽清酒斗十千”，青莲居士定难以驰骋诗才，傲然成仙;又像是缺了“一把辛酸泪”，《红楼梦》又如何成为“满纸荒唐言”的深刻预言呢?“本手”的积累与磨练，亦如是——它可以是初学者刻进脑海的一个个棋谱，可以是弈士失利后的一遍遍复盘，可以是褪了色的棋盘和棋子;但无论如何，脚踏实地，方能对本手理解深刻。

当棋力随着脚踏实地的训练稳步提升时，好像又产生了新的担忧：深耕于合乎棋理的正规下法是否会固化思维，再下不出出人意料的精妙一着呢?显然，妙手并不因着本手的存在而受到干扰，因为本手只是妙手的基石，而非它的阀门。妙手脱胎于熟练至化境的本手，却诱发于对大局的准确把握。一味步前人之辙或者总是刻意求新，都引不向妙着的境界。前者如“学而不思则罔，思而不学则殆”，即便基础牢靠，却未尝从整个棋盘着眼，在全局上难免会处处受到掣肘;后者如纸上谈兵，看似应对自如，其实只能是全局性的溃败，因其阔论没有建立在扎实的实践基础之上。因而，本手、妙手和俗手之间，并不是简单的静态加减，而是同一个动态系统里的博弈榫合。本手是起点，要你脚踏实地去学;俗手是警告，当我们只空谈和走歧路时发出;妙手是终点，也是境界，它在深刻理解本手和从俗手的失败中习得的全局观的基础上自然而然地水到渠成。

一局棋是否能以妙手频现的水到渠成作结，并不是决定性质上的终局，因为输和赢都可以再开一把;如围棋的人生却不然。这既是因其无法复盘，又在于一个人的一生，总受制于大局的变化。一时代有一时代的“妙手”，把“本手”练到极致而不再前进固然能成为持重的弈士，但却可能因为没有把自我融进大局的前进方向中而被伪装成“妙手”的“俗手”误导，陷于困局。如之，当我们身处一个最好的棋局中，为什么不在脚踏实地锤炼本手的基础上，再试着培养大局意识，让一着着妙手延伸到广阔棋盘的各个角落，去到壮阔的边疆，去到美丽的乡间，去到任何一个需要你把自己当成一粒棋子铿锵放上的地方呢?

历史的车轮呼啸着滚滚向前，五千年的悠久岁月给这个古老的民族留下了辉煌的历史和灿烂的文化，也留给子孙后代古老的规矩和无尽的思索……

《韩非子·解老》曰：“万物莫不有规矩。”何谓“规矩”?就是人们在互相交往过程中，在仪态、仪表、言行举止等方面约定俗成的一种习惯。而老规矩是往圣先贤们在社会中历练打磨总结出的社会生活经验，经过口口相传，形成的一种一以贯之的民族习惯。老规矩的可贵之处在于“老”，它经历了岁月的洗礼，经历了时间的检验，经历了历史的实践，在中华文明的星河中熠熠生辉，璀璨夺目。因此它是我们文化的重要组成部分，是一笔巨大的财富。它散发着活力，永远不会老去。

老规矩是历史的，更是现代的，因为新规矩总是从老规矩的母体中孕育而生。老规矩提倡“先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐”，新规矩提倡“吃苦在前，享乐在后”;老规矩提倡“鞠躬尽瘁，死而后已”，新规矩提倡“全心全意为人民服务”;老规矩教育我们要有修养，“笑不露齿，话不高声”;老规矩教育我们有气度，“站有站相，坐有坐相”……今天我们所讲的“八荣八耻”“以人为本”等都能找到老规矩的影子，所以老规矩并不老，它只是以另一种方式存在于新规矩中。

老规矩一直是指导着我们如何做人。现代社会生活的多样性给了每个人选择自己生活方式的自由，老规矩似乎正逐渐被遗忘、被抛弃。但在我们的社会里，是非、善恶、美丑的界限绝对不能混淆，坚持什么、反对什么，倡导什么、抵制什么，都必须旗帜鲜明。无论怎样选择，都不能脱离做人的底线，都不能是非不分、黑白不明。

中国是个人情大国，除原有的宗族关系之外，又重新发展了诸如情同手足、亲如兄弟之类的新感情。在处理各类事务中，喜欢拉关系找后门、找熟人等等，仿佛这样做才能万无一失，如同上了保险一样。

我们不能否定这样做带来的好处，但靠感情的亲疏来处理事务和认识事情，是否片面了些，岂不知这样做的后果往往会得不偿失，会蒙蔽我们看待事物真实一面的双眼!

《韩非子》中有这样一个寓言，说宋国有个富人，一天大雨把他家的墙淋坏了。他儿子说："不修好，一定会有人来偷窃。"邻居家的一位老人也这样说。晚上富人家里果然丢失了很多东西。富人觉得他儿子很聪明，而怀疑是邻居家老人偷的东西。自己的儿子与邻居说同样的话，而宋人对此却做出了两种截然不同的论断，究其原因，都是感情惹的祸。邻人出于好心却被认作贼，只是缺少了一份血缘关系，宋人做此论断不但会伤了邻里关系，而且会有真贼逍遥法外，而他丢失的东西也不可能失而复得，片面地强调感情亲疏与事情发展的紧密联系，毕竟会使我们走进某些误区，而造成不必要的损失。

诚然与你关系亲密的人值得信赖，可以给予你帮助，但与你疏远或是完完全全的陌生人，就一定会陷你于不义，想加害于你，成为被怀疑、被仇视的对象吗?有一句老话："世上总归是好人多。"在你处于困难的泥淖不能自拔，当你面临四面楚歌的境地无法突围，当你徘徊于迷途之中不能前进时，也许有些与你平时亲如手足的人只会观望，而许多好心的陌生人会交给你一根救命的稻草。多少人当官时门庭若市，又有多少人下台后门可罗雀，"人走茶凉"的话并不是平白无故就有的，"落井下石"者往往是你意想不到的人。所以不要把感情当做你惟一的筹码，信赖他人，以友善的目光去注视每一个你不认识或疏远的人，从而你便收获一份意想不到的惊喜;原来并非熟人才能把事情办得如此之好，并非手足才能给你亲人般的关怀，也并非亲朋好友才值得你信赖。
