Society Calls for Heroes

In my opinion, it is not so easy to be a hero. First,a hero must be brave. When he sees someone do a bad deed, he must be brave enough to catch him or to stop him. Secondly, he must be strong enough, otherwise he himself will be beaten to death. There are fewer heroes now because of several reasons. I think the most important reason is that people dont want to mind other peoples business. Because they think it will do them no good. But I think society calls for heroes. Fighting against crimes is not just the job of the police. Its the duty of every citizen.

Good listening can always show respect, promote understanding, and improve interpersonal relationship.

Many people suggest that parents should listen more to their children, so they will understand them better, and find it easy to narrow the generation gap; teachers should listen more to their students, then they can meet their needs better, and place themselves in a good relationship with their students; students should listen more to their classmates, thus they will help and learn from each other, and a friendship is likely to be formed.

What I want to stress is that each of us should listen to others. Graduation is a time when we move on, from school to university, or out

Before graduating from school, We usually have a variety of activities,

[难忘的高考记忆英语作文

今年广东省参加高考的考生69.2万，满分作文15篇，评论：高考满分作文为什么这么少？。据参加阅卷的语文老师透露，其中一部分还是阅完卷后拔为满分的。

连续五年来的高考满分作文数字说明什么？要么说明高中生写作水平太低，要么说明高考作文评分标准太高。承认前者，说明我们的作文教学是低效的；承认后者，说明我们的高考评价标准可能不符合高中生作文水平的实际。

“为考而教”使得当今的作文教学成了单纯获取高分的工具。每年高考之后，不少媒体总要发表一批满分作文，其中不乏抄袭套作之文，不乏内容空洞，词藻华丽的“美文”。在这种氛围里，“满分秘诀”、“高分作文”结构模式、“作文材料分类大全”之类书籍迅速蔓延，流入课堂。学生不愿通过广泛阅读，勤于练笔来扎扎实实提高作文水平，而是热衷于模仿、拼接。教学急功近利，也大讲应试技巧，传授猎取高分的秘诀。

据调查，高中学生喜欢的作文题材依次是自我剖析、家庭、校园、社会，而实际上交给老师的作文(尤其是考场作文)大多数是社会题材，多于家庭校园题材和个人感受。这说明学生为了迎合教师口味与作文的评价标准有意委屈自己。

美国高考作文实行开卷考试，并要求作文必须体现自己的独特个性。美国的开卷作文既可以证实已知的知识，又把重点放在探索未知方面，而我们的高考作文往往是看你能否用某一哲学原理去阐述、证明人所共识的道理或用生动创新的语言去暗示、寓指某一哲学道理。这样的命题理念，迫使高中学生作文时写自己不愿说的话，不熟悉的事，抒不愿抒的情，于是学生作文千人一面，个性丢失。

个人以为，我们的作文评价至少存在三方面的误导：(1)过于强调立意积极；(2)过于看重文体规范；(3)过于青睐华美纯熟的语言。而教师批改作文往往没有科学的严格的标准，评价方式单一、苛刻、主观随意。这就给学生一个错觉：作文成功全靠运气，练与不练一个样，于是就会觉得平时花大时间大力气练习写作文，不划算。同一篇作文在不同阅卷老师手中或在同一阅卷老师不同时候、不同情绪的情况下，打出来的分数往往有差距，甚至有较大差距。

高中生生活阅历有限，认识问题能力不足。而现今“中心突出，思想健康”成为一类作文的首要标准，这就不自觉地抑制了他们原有鲜活而真实的思维，抑制了他们以自己眼光看世界的话语表达权力，他们所表达的和他们想表达的并不一致，作文成了成人、社会的传声筒，成了没有个性，没有创见的批发产品。目前高考用成人的写作甚至专业作家的创作标准来要求高中生。这种高标准使绝大多数学生，尤其是写作基础较差的高中学生不仅体会不到成功的乐趣，反而陷入苦恼、厌倦作文的境地。

又是一个惊心动魄的早晨，教室里鸦雀无声，个个埋头耕耘。干嘛呢?肯定是考试啦。

其实用生命写作也并不是什么玄奥的东西，就是努力写自己的思想，自己的心灵不知从何时起，“高考作文”似乎成了一种新的独特的“文体”，有了自己的“行规”、“招式”和“套路”，被日益模式化、公式化，甚至拥有某种可操作性，从而距离写作的本真、心灵和生命越来越远。

写作的本质就是宣泄内心情感的律动，张扬自己的个性，观照思想，用文字展现心灵的风景，是心的跳动，是灵魂的呼吸。真实是写作的生命，真实来源于生活，所有的痛苦、欢欣、感动、幸与不幸都因是生命的原态而美好，所有的理性因之与生命有关而变得高贵。

但是，近几年，高考满分作文成了法典，魔棒牵引着炽烈的视线和更加炽烈的功名心。由于高考作文逐渐模式化和概念化，出现了这样的怪现象>只要通过有意识的训练就可以得高分。当然高考满分作文不乏生命的产物，心灵的结晶，才子的行云流水。但几经切割，几经模仿，几经肢解，几经传经布道，早已与心灵无缘，与生命无关，与真、善、美失之交臂，散发着浓重的“名利”味，充斥着求“回报”的猥琐不堪。如果说若干年前的《赤兔之死》这篇高考满分作文让人惊艳，而接下来几近泛滥的“故事新编”让我们感到的是审美疲劳、是厌倦。全国各省市使用的高考语文试卷有近20套，也就是有近20个作文题目，而全国高考满分作文却几乎千人一面，惊人地相似，毫无个性。生命是生长的，生命是创造的，没有生命质感的满分作文是可怕的。

“原生态”、“寻根”、“回归”是潮流，更是冲出高考作文瓶颈的必由之路。让学生的心灵贴近大地，贴近民族文化，贴近心灵，高考作文的标准一定要多元、一定要有差异和个性，让我们再一次呼唤生命的写作吧!

“君不见黄河之水天上来，奔流到海不复回，君不见高堂明镜悲白发，朝如青丝暮成雪。”流年似水时光如电地过去，也许，只有历史才能让“无字碑头镌字满”，也许也只有历史，才能最高地诠释曾国藩在天京城破共黄袍欲加身之时，写尽生平心境的一句话：“倚天照海花无数，流水高山心自知”。这是2004年福建考生的一篇满分作文中的片断，文章巧妙引用名句排比铺陈，大气磅礴，十分抢人眼球。

而随之而来的就是铺天盖地地翻版，一时间无论江南，还是塞北，无论是都市还是乡村，都用同一个腔调，开始了众口一词的假唱。“文化散文”一时间成为高考作文的“最高境界”。一夜间，我们的学生都变成了“才子”，旁征博引，博闻强识，才华横溢，艳若仙人。其实他们中的许多只是背了一些精彩的段落，准备几个典故，熟吟几句名句便仓促上阵，慌乱中不免坠于云里雾中，不知所云。

高考作文炫示的倾向越来越明显，考生争相在作文中表现高境界、大抱负，以天下为己任。其实用生命写作也并不是什么玄奥的东西，就是努力写自己的思想，自己的心灵。

高考作文离生命写作还有很远，要缩短这个距离还应做到以下几点：

第一，正本清源。写作的根本：一是生活心灵，二是阅读。新课程标准认为，“写作是运用语言文字进行书面表达和交流的重要方式，是认识世界，认识自我、进行创造性表达的过程。”因此写作的过程，其实就是体验生命的文字呈现之过程。首先，要求语文教师建立一个大的语文观，学生的范文不仅是高考满分作文，更应该是古今中外的经典名著，诗词歌赋，这就要求我们真正地更新理念，做一个真正的语文教师。其次，语文教师必须适时地激发学生的写作灵感，要以宽容的态度对待他们的写作，努力求新、求异，而不是用“套路”、“技巧”来扼杀灵性，努力呈现“百花齐放”的局面。

第二，在高考命题导向上进一步体现多元性，让文题进一步贴近生活，凸显主体情感，让学生有话可说，有情可抒，应该敢于识假、打假，对那些矫揉造作、无病呻吟的文章敢于封杀。高考作文批阅的指挥棒作用不可低估，学生们盲目地推崇语言华美，与导向有关，“多元共生”的高考作文是我们期待的。

第三，加强对高考阅卷教师的培训。高考阅卷时间紧、任务重，许多阅卷教师只能是一目十行，没有时间去含英咀华。这也是高考作文强调“视觉冲击力”、强调“语言华丽”、重修饰的原因。这诸多现象的出现和阅卷教师的素质息息相关，固然时间紧、任务重，但是六朝奢华浮靡的骈文和唐宋质朴刚健的古文毕竟不可相提并论。可惜相当一部分阅卷人“拎不清”。怕高考阅卷的教师欣赏不了，怕高考阅卷教师误判，也是一些语文教师和一些学生不得不媚俗从众的症结所在。所以加强对阅卷教师的培训也十分必要。

i’m very glad to hear from you again. from your letter i know you want to know more about reducing learning load for primary and middle school students in china. let me tell you. before learning load was reduced, i had had to do my homework, so i could not go to bed until half past eleven; but after learning load was reduced, i can visit museums, take computer and painting lessons. at night i can read books and newspapers or watch tv. now i usually go to bed at ten. we are all like it very much.
