清明既是节气又是节日，古时也叫三月节，有2000多年历史。万物生长此时，皆清洁而明净。故谓之清明。清明节后雨水增多，万物由阴转阳，吐故纳新，一派春和景明之象。

在现代人眼里，清明与扫墓祭奠的联系则更紧密。这是因为，清明节前一天是寒食节。寒食相传起于晋文公悼念介之推一事，后来，唐玄宗被这个故事感动，于开元二十年诏令天下寒食上墓，且列为当时五礼之一。寒食与清明仅隔一天，为图方面，人们干脆决定在清明扫墓，到明清时，清明扫墓更为盛行。新中国成立后，人们也选择在这天祭扫烈士墓，缅怀革命先辈。

年年祭扫先人墓，处处犹存长者风。历来有扫墓的习惯，每到清明，家家户户的后代子孙就要携带酒食、果品、纸钱、鞭炮等到祖坟墓地，将食物供祭在祖先墓前，再将纸钱焚化，鸣炮祈祷，为坟墓培上新土，栽几株鲜花或折几枝嫩绿的新枝插在坟上，然后叩头行礼祭拜，最后，还必须在墓前吃掉酒食才回家。

In the past, the living conditions were very poor. There were not many

buses or cars, and the roads were narrow. Usually, a big family was crowded into

were simple and slow. People kept in touch with their friends and relatives far

201x年4月5日，又是一个清明节到了。青山肃立，绿水长歌，太阳不再露出笑脸，鸟儿不再欢唱枝头，所有的一切都显得那么庄严。平日里有说有笑的人们，今日也变得格外严肃。他们来到烈士墓前，伫立在那里，凝视着墓碑，心潮澎湃，久久难息，有的甚至潸然泪下，让泪水打湿衣裳。我虽然没能亲自去先辈烈士陵园，但那弥漫着硝烟的战场还是不断地在我脑海里浮现……

饥寒交迫的杨靖宇，在部队打仗失败，仅剩自己的情况下，依然边走边战，为了生存下来与敌人交战，他迫不得已吃起了树皮草根，甚至吞下了棉絮;被烈火烧身的邱少云，为了不暴露部队，忍受剧痛，纹丝不动，壮烈牺牲，保证了战斗的胜利。感人的事迹还有很多，尤其是抗日战争的小英雄们：舍身忘死的王二小为了掩护后方机关和几千老乡，把敌人引进了埋伏圈，被敌人挑在枪尖，摔死在大石头上面，就此牺牲，年仅13岁;某儿童团团长王朴坚决不泄露机密，在敌人的狂叫和威胁下，面不改色，昂首挺胸，为祖国献出了自己年少的生命……

我们是21世纪生在新时代，长在红旗下的少年儿童，比起生活在战火纷飞年代的孩子们，可谓是幸福的多了。不愁吃，不愁穿，还可以在明亮宽敞的大教室里上课。我们还有什么理由不珍惜时间，不珍惜现在的生活呢?还有什么理由抱怨作业多，叫苦不迭呢?……以前的我，过着小公主的生活，享受小公主的待遇，总爱胡乱地发脾气，没有滴水穿石的不懈精神。但现在，每当想起他们，我总会鼓起勇气，去攻克生活中的每一个难关。

虽然，我们不能亲眼见证祖国所蒙受过的耻辱，但在大人们的言谈中，还是可以感受到烈士们的伟大。当西方的铁蹄踏入我们的祖国，猖狂地践踏我国的大好河山时，是谁，用血肉之躯挡住罪恶的子弹，捍卫锦绣山河?是你们!你们把满腔的热血洒遍了祖国大地;你们把宝贵的生命无私地献给了祖国、人民;你们用神圣的行为向我们解释什么叫做英烈;你们用光辉的业绩永远催促着我们奋发图强!

长眠于地下的烈士啊，你们可曾想过，祖国会有如此美好的前景，人民会有如此幸福的生活，就像现在一样，大家和睦共处。可能你们从未想过祖国会有今天，但我知道，当年你们的奋勇杀敌，血染沙场，不

就是为了民族的解放和人民的幸福吗?时隔几十年，岁月依然不能磨灭你们的光辉业绩和精神光芒，人们懂得感恩，依旧在怀念你们。今天的我明白，热血奋战的是你们，战场杀敌的是你们，为国捐躯的是你们，但如今，努力学习，报效祖国的却应该是我们啊!作为共产主义接班人，我们有义务有责任为振兴中华而奋斗。

清明祭英烈，传承中华魂，作为中国人，永远都不能忘记他们，所有人都应该感激他们。清明节，烈士们的节日。

My favorite sports is playing basketball. I liked playing basketball when I

was a child. I think playing basketball is a very interesting and healthy

sports. Usually, after class, I always go to play basketball with my friends.

Meanwhile, it is beneficial for our health to play basketball. Most importantly,

playing basketball can makes me become stronger. Besides, I can also get the

opportunity to comunicate with each other, which makes me get well along with my

classmates. In short, I can benefit a lot from palying baketball reasonably

every day.
