罗教师总是苦口婆心地教导我们。那次，我对学习松散了，十分贪玩，成绩也就明显下降了。罗教师把我请到办公室，她并没有板着脸，也没有责骂我的意思，只是面带笑容，心平气和地对我说：“孩子，一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴啊!你要记住，世上是没有后悔药的!你错过了机会，也就永远找不回来了。如果你此刻好好学习，长大后不就能够享福了吗?将来做个有前途的中国人，为祖国做出贡献，这才是你的目标，懂吗?”我听了教师的教导后，思考了片刻，便惭愧地低下头，脸被烧得火辣辣的，这时，我耳边又荡漾着教师那温馨的话语：“你此刻努力还来得及，别失望!教师，对你很有信心!”听了罗教师那激励我的话，给我很大的力量。为了报答罗教师，从此我就努力学习，奋发向上!

在罗教师的帮忙下，我在学习的道路上仍旧走得平平稳稳!

Students in our school have one thing in common- an interest in sports. According to their different intentions in taking part in sports, they fall into three groups.

Many students go to the playground when they tired after a few hours of study, These students put much more tress on their study efficiency than the fun of sports, They just want to go back to their classrooms from the playground with a clearer and quicker mind. Thus they dont actually care whether they can enjoy themselves on theplayground. Most of them choose long distance running, the kind of exercise which few real sports enthusiasts like. So this group of students can be well labeled as study-- oriented participation.

Students that make up the second group are real sports lovers. Sometimes they even put aside their studies for a match. They take part in the sport that interests them most, not caring whether it is most beneficial to their health. They may be called fun-oriented sports participants.

The third group want beauty from sports. Boys want to become strong; girls want to be slim and graceful. Those who consider sports the only way of reducing weight also belong to this group. They are very careful in choosing the kind of exercise they do, and are afraid that certain sports may ruin their figures. Horizontal bars and parallel bars are the boys choice, and the hula hoop is now the girls favorite. The appropriate name for this group may be beauty - oriented sports participants.

No matter which group we belong to, we all benefit from sports. If you look around the campus, you will find that bookworms have disappeared, and, instead, there are healthy, strong, clever, modernized students everywhere.

"沙沙沙，沙沙沙……”这是什么声音来着对了，是扫地的声音。于是，那个人的身影又浮此刻我眼前……

“哈哈!又能够买好多呢!”暑假里的一天，我高兴地拿着妈妈给我的十几元钱，向超市奔去。超市门口，一个人引起了我的注意——是一个清洁工。她穿着一件灰色的汗衫，头戴一顶黄色的草帽，下身穿着一条黑色的布裤——很普通。但不知怎的，我的脚步渐渐慢了，眼睛渐渐对准了她。

只见她手里拿着一把扫帚，另一只手拿着一个长柄灰钵子，正在专心致志地扫地。她先用扫帚把灰扫成一堆，再把灰钵子放在灰堆前面，再用扫帚将灰扫了进去，最后将里的灰倒入了身旁的红色垃圾车。之后，又拉着车到下一个地方……这似乎没有什么稀奇，但我，却深深地感动了——看她的脸上，灰黄的脸上滚动着一颗颗豆大的汗珠;再看看她身旁在的车，已经快要满了——她已经扫了很长时间、很多地方了。

她仍在扫，而且越来越起劲。路边的树上停留的蝉使劲叫的声音，也渐渐被扫地声吞没了。她似乎忘记了一切。此时，在她的眼里只有长柄的灰钵、红色的垃圾车和整洁干净的马路。

她目送着每一个行人和车辆，心里有说不出的满足。这时，来了三个十四五岁的男孩，他们正在吃冰棍。在路边，就是垃圾桶，他们却似乎没望见，随手将冰棍纸丢在地上。那个清洁工望见了，轻轻地摇了摇头，但没说话，悄悄地走过去，扫掉了冰棍纸，又回到了原处。清洁工又看了那三个男孩一眼。那三个男孩望见了，转眼间，脸红了，低着头从她身边离去……

“沙沙沙”的声音又传来，越传越响亮，一向传到我的心里……

“放学啦!噢耶!”同学们欢呼着冲出了教室。

我更是高兴得不得了，背上书包，说：“完成了一天的功课，让我们尽情欢乐!”我刚跑到二楼，看见二楼“发大水”了，二年级的弟弟妹妹们一起用扫帚在扫水。我问一个正在忙的小女孩说：“小妹妹，这里怎么那么多水呀?”女孩指着一大堆的水对我说：“我们二楼不知哪里的水管漏水了，整个楼都是水，我们班也不可幸免。我们都在这儿扫了十多分钟了，还有这么多……”我说：“那我来帮你们吧!多一个人就多一份力量。”

于是，我拿起扫帚开始扫水。有的水都很听话地跟着扫帚下楼，一波一波就像划动的小溪，还唱着动听的歌：哗啦啦，哗啦啦。有的很倔强，不愿意离开自己已经待了才10分钟的家，死死赖在那里不走。还有的像调皮的孩子，一会儿躲到这儿，一会儿躲到那儿，让我怎么也抓不住。当我拿他们没办法的时候，倔强的水就跳起舞来，调皮的“孩子”便叮叮咚咚地为他们伴奏。

我静静地听着水叮咚的声音，感受他们的喜悦，可爱他们的调皮。劳累瞬间被赶走了。全世界仿佛在这瞬间静止了，时间已经停在了这世界上最美妙的一刻……

哗——哗——大家听见了吗?这声音是不是很像大河一样波涛汹涌呢?不过这远远比不上江河，这是我们所有二楼漏出的水，全部都跳着舞走进了他们的新家。

当我正准备离开的时候，突然又发现了一些调皮的“孩子”还“残留”在楼梯上。他们真不像话!

我拿着扫帚，很讨好地“请”他们回家睡觉。谁知他们吃软不吃硬，居然像小鱼一样从我的眼皮子底下溜走了!我勃然大怒，操起扫帚，使劲儿地扫走那些“调皮鬼”。欺软怕硬的水全部乖乖地跟着我，被我“捉拿归案”了。

满头大汗的我高兴地冲出校门，跑进了妈妈的怀抱。“今天怎么出来这么晚?”“我帮二楼的弟弟妹妹扫水去了。”“你看你，弄得大汗淋漓的……”“妈妈，你先等我给你讲讲。我们……”我把事情的来龙去脉讲给妈妈听，妈妈一个劲儿的夸我棒。我说：“我今天终于明白了，原来帮助别人这么快乐。”

今天，我明白了快乐的真谛：帮助别人，快乐自己!

Saving Water

The world is not only hungry,but also thirsty for water. This may seem strange to you, since nearly 75 % of the earths surface is covered with water. But about 97% of this huge amount is sea water, or salt water. Man can only drink and use the other 3% -- the fresh water that comes from rivers, lakes,underground, and other sources. And we cannot even use all of that, because some of it is in the form of icebergs and glaciers. Even worse, some of it has been polluted.

However, as things stand today, this small amount of fresh water, which is constantly being replaced by rainfall, is still enough for us. But our need for water is increasing rapidly-- almost day by day. Only if we take steps to deal with this problem now can we avoid a severe worldwide water shortage later on. A limited water supply would have a bad effect on agriculture and industry. Let me give you just one small exampie of how necessary water is to industry. Did you know that to produce a single ton of steel, it takes about 91, 000 liters of water?

We all have to learn how to stop wasting our precious water. One of the first steps we should take is to develop ways of reusing it. Experiments have already been done in this field, but only on a small scale. For us, the systems are as important as the spacecraft.

Today is my birthday. My mother bought me seven small candles and they are colorful and beautiful.

In the evening， I set them in my birthday cake one by one. Many friends came to celebrate my birthday. I was very happy.

When I blew out the small candles， all my friends said， "Wang Bo， happy birthday to you!" In the end， all of us got dancing happily.

I enjoyed a happy birthday!

Today we visited Red Star Farm.

Early in the morning, we met at the school gate and went there together.

About two hours later, we arrived. On arriving there, we were given a warm

welcome by the farm workers. Then one of the workers showed us around the farm.

We were very glad to see the crops and vegetables growing so well. At noon, we

had a picnic happily.

After the picnic, we enjoyed ourselves in the sunshine. We listened to

music, dancing and singing. Some were talking happily and even two of our

classmates played chess. How time flies! It was time for us to leave though we

didnt want to. It was really an unforgettable visit for us.

今天我们参观了红星农场。
