The older one is, the deeper influence the humanity would be. When one is just a little child, he would go directly to what he like and claim it. 虽然校园鸟语花香，但也有不中人意的地方：在校园的一些隐蔽的角落里，我们不难发出一些零零丁丁的纸屑。每当看到这些，我就情不自禁地想起一些同学用粉碎的纸作仙女散花的情景……除此之外，校园里还有许多浪费现象，有一些同学写错了字竟不用橡皮而是把整张纸撕下来，揉成一团扔掉了，当修理工人在厕所里捞到一些垃圾、红领巾、包装纸的时候，同学们竟若无其事地欢笑着。随意浪费，不讲文明这些难道是对学校的一份贡献吗?对此，我为了学校这朵美丽鲜花开放得更鲜艳，更夺目，而向各校领导们提出以下建议：

1、校园里由领导们在广播里颂发“十大杰出环保卫士”，加以表扬、鼓励。使同学们积极地参与这项活动，并尽心尽力地做好校内保洁工作。

2、每个星期一都用一节课时间，用动漫视频或用口语交际的时间教育每一个同学垃圾分类，增强同学们对环保的意识和加强对环保的重视。

3、让学校的每年级的那些做得特别突出的同学教育那些没对环境保护有更高认识同学，给他们树立榜样。

4、学校还可以实现“捡垃圾，得奖品，赢积分”的方法刺激同学们的，使那些没有被评上优秀环保小卫士的同学不气馁，再接再厉!

希望校领导们能在百忙这中看到我递上的这一封小小的建议书，也希望我这小小的建议书能为学校增添一片色彩。

The environmental issues facing each country are not unrelated to the well being of the rest of the world。 The impact is long term and international in scope。 Without international cooperation and agreement to address such environmental issues as glacial melting at the South Pole， depletion of the ozone layer， water pollution， air polution， etc。， the environmental conditions of the world will deteriorate to the detriment of every nation， not just those that ignore or lack the resources and technology to resolve their individual environmental problems。

As part of the same planet， it is the responsibility of each individual and nation to protect the global environment。 Only international cooperation will provide the timely solutions and the effectiveness needed to stop the deteriorating global environment。

我是城关小学六年级4班的——柴哲明，我生活在这个美丽具有现代化气息的枣乡，但在这个美丽的大花园中，也有许多不尽人意的地方。

大沙河以前，水清澈见底水中虾鱼成群，自从雪晶公司开始排污，河道中臭水横流，臭气弥漫。使原本造福临泽，养育临泽的河，成了一个破坏临泽环境，毁坏临泽面貌的“祸河”。 大沙河东岸有一片土地，以前土地肥沃，草木茂盛，如今，土地荒芜，寸草不生，成了一片荒地。

造成这一切的原因是什么？

一：是工厂责任人不负责任。

二：是工厂为了省钱，不加以及时有效的处理。

三：县有关部门不重视。

为了使临泽这个远近闻名的枣乡更加美丽，我提出以下建议：

一：加大打击力度，对污染环境的工厂，进行教育，批评，罚款。如果不整改，就封厂，关门。

二：领导带头，公民参加一起抓。

三：协调工厂，多在环保方面下功夫。

四：把一些有关领导进行思想教育。避免弄虚作假的形象发生，要从根本上解决问题。

五：把一些不接受教育，依旧弄虚作假者，给予行政处分，撤职等。

这就是我的建议，请县长多多采纳，淀粉厂的污染一日得不到解决，临泽治理污染的硬仗一日得不到平息。望县长能在百忙之中，抽空看看我这个小学生的建议，如果我说的什么地方有所冒犯，请多多包涵，指导。

我是六年级七班的一名学生，在这个多姿多彩的学校里学习、生活已有六年之久。校园是授予我们知识、赋予我们欢乐的地方，每一个在这个美丽的校园里学习的学生都感到很快乐：因为这儿有伴随我们的小伙伴和我们一起学习、一起玩耍，每天的广播、电视节目让我们知道了学校里发生的有趣事情、一些科学小常识和许许多多的课外故事。学校里还经常开展一些有意义的活动，让我们大家都能积极参与到其中来。校园里的景色也美不胜收：大门台阶上摆放着一盆盆美丽含香的花儿，每当我们走近校园，那些花儿都对我们笑，让我们感到无比的舒心和愉快。教学楼下的长方形花坛、大树的枝叶无比茂盛、小草生机勃勃、富有活力，这些不仅美丽、葱郁，还让我校的每一个同学玩得开心、生活也开心。

可是，没过多久，我们美丽的校园就变了样：原本美丽的花坛里，今天却躺着一大片“悠闲”的枯枝败叶，那些枯枝败叶身上却还舒舒服服地睡着一群报废的垃圾袋、食品袋——咀嚼完后随地乱吐的口香糖随处可见，地上散落着的树叶片、草根都是一些淘气的同学们的佳作。还有一些三无食品包装袋、饮料瓶，被塞到艺体培训班的窗台里，一股辛辣难闻的腥味常常扑鼻而来，这也是那些贪吃的同学们的佳作——这些事例如果反复、多次的出现，会严重导致美丽的校园变成一个死气沉沉的“垃圾场”!

为了能让我们现在被污染的校园恢复以往的美丽，我向学校提出以下建议：

1、继续像以前那样开展“争当绿色环保小卫士”的活动，让这些小卫士向在校学生宣传环保活动、呼吁环保，将同学们乱丢乱扔的恶习纠正。

2、在广播电视节目里播出一些环保小常识，让同学们认识到浪费资源、污染环境对地球造成的危害，从而自愿加入到保护环境的行列中来。

3、对校园加强环境管理，不让在校学生随意进出施工重地乱丢乱扔，对爱护环境、不乱抛撒废弃物的班级进行适当的奖励，对危害环境、破坏植被行为作出合理的批评。
